Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I followed the PCOS diet per Atomic's suggestion for my personalized plan. I ate very little meat (really only had it when we went to my mom's for Sunday dinners), and generally had about 14 hours between my final meal of the day and first meal the next day. I didn't snack at all.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 11 weeks before the attempt

Comments regarding DH's diet- For the most part, my DH kept his normal diet. However, he did eat less meat than normal due to my cooking it much less for the family. I did notice he snacked much less, I believe because I wasn't pulling out the snacks for myself DId you consume alcohol?
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I started every day with a smoothie made from full-fat greek yogurt, coconut water (this was the only way I could stomach the flavor), and a serving of fruit. I did the diet completely gluten free (I have celiac) so I found myself eating a lot of the same things daily as there are fewer "whole grain" options.
Any Diet Comments/Additional Info? In the beginning, the diet was brutal, especially cooking for my family and not being able to enjoy what I made for them! After about six weeks, though, it became much easier and I actually began to enjoy the way I was eating. I generally had one "cheat" dinner each week, when we would have Sunday dinner at my parent's house. However, I never went overboard during that meal.
WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? My BMI was 22 at O, down from 24 when I began the diet. I weighed 127 lbs at O, down from 140 at the beginning.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I walked on the treadmill for one hour daily, at an average speed of 4.0 mph. I did this seven days/week, only skipping probably four days the entire time.

Any additional comments? It was likely 1-2 days before O, I got a positive OPK in the morning, we BD that evening, and the next day I got my peak OPK.

Any relevant attempt details? We BD with woman on top, no orgasm for me. Following our attempt, I laid down for 5 minutes, then got up, wiped, and went back to bed to go to sleep.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I followed the diet as strictly as I could, I never skipped the exercise, I was at my lowest adult weight at conception.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Honestly, nothing. What is done, is done and it can't be changed! I did my best!
