I was having red maca supplements, vitex, dong quai, inosital - now only having inosital, did suspect PCOS as last month my I did not have my period until weeks later.
hence why i started supplements.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: I know I can do this - I would love to have my little girl who I've been dreaming of since I was a little girl myself.
I have my beautiful boy now reading how people have conceived a girl makes me think how opposite I was when I conceived him. I have been following the LE diet for a while now - no breakfast, more coffee, lunch being my first meal and no such a big meal and dinner being biggest meal. Not a fan of red meat - I eat more chicken/veg meals. Only downside is I do like to snack on junk. I love diet coke!
Things that make me nervous about my sway: have not been doing all things together that help conceive baby girl.
Things worth mentioning: I've only recently started gym 1 hour max cardio only. DH and I really want to try asap for baby girl hope I have given myself enough time.
