OMG congrats happy??!! Did you do just the 1 attempt at +opk? Our second attempt is coming next Monday or around there, I'm getting nervous. I'm soooo happy to hear all these BFP!!!

Thank u 4 the kind words. I'm just sooooooo depressed :( I gave in & tested today @ 10dpo & it was a BFN :( I don't know. This is cycle 6 & I'm just exhausted. I have those stupid "symptoms" again & like EVERY other month it's been pre-pms symptoms. Did you test @ 10dpo? I had the left side pain 5dpo, all over stomach cramps 9dpo, & just the usual back ache, nausea, & killer boob pains in between. God I just wanna bawl my eyes out :(

I tested at I think 11 or 12DPO - BFN, then what I thought was an early AF started which suddenly stopped the next day. I had sore breasts which stopped, backache (which I was putting down to my bed) as well as indigestion from around 4DPO which was making me physically sick which I put down to medicinal changes which has eased up a lot but still need to be careful with everything I ingest - still living on antacids. There's still time. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you x

Dreaming try not to upset yourself until AF or if she shows up. Are you just doing one attempt or using jellies? Maybe if it is bfn this month you can drop jellies and add more attempts, also if your DH is doing fr/abstain have him do every 2-4 days instead. I know we see better results w one attempt but if that is not working and your not getting pg something has to give ;) we will try the one attempt for a short while, if a couple bfn continue we are going to add attempts. Hugs!!!

Congrats crazy and have a good holiday!! :) cauli you have to hold on Hun! If you test too early all you'll get is bfn and upset! Try to wait another 4 days at least, if not till 10 dpo (and even then that would be a very early bfp!) remember it usually takes the fertilised egg a good week to travel down to the womb and snuggle itself in its bed, then it will start churning out hgh (what hpt test for) but even then it takes a while to build up and 'show'. That's why most tests say to wait till your p is due before testing as by then the little eggy will have gotten itself nice and cosy! Good luck for your bfp!! :) x

Ok I see, the stress level is amped then dear. Try and get to that place in your mind where "if it happens, it happens". The stress can do some damage for sure. It will throw your hormones in an evil place. Try to take a step back and be calm. Yoga, meditate...whatever is a distraction...try to get back to your "happy place" ;) I read so many "sways" where the woman says "and then we stopped XYZ and I got a BFP!" You can totally do this sweetie!!! Xoxo

crazylady & bunny....that is soooo amazing!! Crazy- What lube did you use or did you not use anything? Let me know because I by accident used Sylk and realized now that I shouldn't of had. I doubt I am preg. I also did the clomid!!
Cauliflower- Since I did the orvidrel shot it is stills saying I am pregnant. I do not think I got pregnant this month, but I am going to really pray that next month is my time. It's ok, because if next month worked I could have a Leo baby!! :)

I believe you ovulate 14 days before your pd so I think you are due sept 3rd... I'm kind of new to all this so I could be wrong!

9dpo for me today and unsurprisingly, bfn.
I had to test this am because I am just on my way to the dentist for emergency treatment and i'm so nervous.
I am having a lot of the symptoms I had last month prior to my BFP. Back ache, nausea upon waking, excessive hunger, crazy sore boobs, veins dark and VERY visible all over thighs, arms, shoulders and mostly boobs, thick yellow/green tinged CM (this was the biggest hint for me last month, never before had it but had it all the way up to BFP) and incredibly irritable/moody/hormonal.

I am very reluctant to have dental x-rays/treatment in case I am pregnant - especially because they recommend waiting until 2nd trimester.
I would never forgive myself if I done something that could potentially harm a developing baby or cause another miscarriage.
Really unsure what to say to dentist.

How did you get in at the dentist?

My dentist was great, told me she would not do any x-rays and if we get a BFP in the next few days the x rays will be left until after I have given birth. If we are not pregnant this month, treatment can continue as normal.
She is going to replace my lost fillings with pregnancy friendly ones at my next appointment, in 2 weeks time should I get my BFP. I'm still a little unsure about this if I am pregnant. The anaesthesia worries me as does the composite they use as a filling.
But I suppose getting an infection and leaving the nerves exposed is more detrimental to my health and any potential baby also!

So now it's just a waiting game for me. AF is due in around 4-5 days but because this was the cycle after a MC my dates aren't quite right.
Going by OPK and symptoms I am 9-10dpo.

For those that use the cheapie opk's? The strip ones, how many days positives do you get? I got only one truly positive day.

My line gets darker each day. I tested cd13 8pm and line was dark but then cd 14 2 pm the line was a true positive then tested again cd 14 7 pm and it was a little lighter and then cd 15 (today) it's lighter again. So I should ovulate today or tomorrow? This is also my first month temping so should temperature rise once I have ovulated?

I'd only get one day with two dark lines on my OPK.
They're to predict, in advance, so if you take it day of ovulation it would be neg.

Your body temp rises during ovulation, then drops after.

Hi all,
9dpo for me today and unsurprisingly, bfn.
I had to test this am because I am just on my way to the dentist for emergency treatment and i'm so nervous.
I am having a lot of the symptoms I had last month prior to my BFP. Back ache, nausea upon waking, excessive hunger, crazy sore boobs, veins dark and VERY visible all over thighs, arms, shoulders and mostly boobs, thick yellow/green tinged CM (this was the biggest hint for me last month, never before had it but had it all the way up to BFP) and incredibly irritable/moody/hormonal.

I am very reluctant to have dental x-rays/treatment in case I am pregnant - especially because they recommend waiting until 2nd trimester.
I would never forgive myself if I done something that could potentially harm a developing baby or cause another miscarriage.
Really unsure what to say to dentist.

Let your dentist know you think you're p/g. They can still do x-rays if necessary but will give you a special lead apron to cover you and baby. As long as they aren't doing dozens all should be fine...

It depends from person to person. O can last anything from 6-48 hours IIRC, so depends what length yours is for the month. Mine tends to be fairly short (less than a day) so normally get maybe one fairly bright line so go for my attempt the day before that stage (because those little wrigglers can hang around for up to three days).

I know temp drops around AF but I'm 15dpo with strange temp dips and rises and still no AF. FF did initally put me at 17dpo but altered it a few days ago for some reason. I am sure I O'd when I did (if not before) as I had high 21 day prog levels and other O signs incl positive digital OPK.

I can't get out of the house to buy a HPT as I am currenlty housebound due to an ankle op! I had a positive OPK at 10dpo which got my hopes up but I don't feel in the slightest bit pregnant. Just want AF to arrive now to start next cycle!

I can understand your frustration, Becca. Would it be an idea to drop anything like RepHresh, antihistamines and any other supps (apart from Folic Acid) as these are what make the sway a little more difficult.

If it were me, I'd be tempted to do that while sticking it out with the diet for a little longer. I guess I'd wonder if I dropped everything about the sway today and conceived a boy, would I be ok with that?

Yep. I've been on and off diet since Dec. I'm so stressed out and I think I'm getting depressed.
So I am stopping diet and eating healthy again.

Becca jumping in from another board but I really struggled with the diet. I have some blood sugar issues that make it difficult for me to change what I eat too much and im supposed to snack to keep my blood sugar up so the strict meal only on top of skipping breakfast to sway pink was so impossible for me to sustain.

So I took the supps, antihistamines and used rephresh. I felt ok with being relaxed about it. I kind of felt what would be would be. I am going te green so won't find out what my baby is until they are born but I don't regret not going stricter with the diet. I have one more chance after this baby and would maybe do diet hardcore then. Anyway, I say you can only do what you can do. No point in becoming miserable. My third boy is sooooooooo super cute!

Becca, similar to Waiting4Daisy, I didn't do the diet at all. I just know I'm horrible with diets and I knew it would stress me out even more! So I just ignored the diet, did everything else exactly the way I was supposed to and I'm 100% ok with getting a boy. I know I won't look back and wish I had done the diet. Just so what's best for you! Good luck!

I wish I could agree but I think I'd be clutching at straws. It has turned a little heavier from a few spots to red streaked cm (appears to be like EWCM?!) but still only upon wiping.
I am very confused! I'm never early - although this would have been the date AF was due if I hadn't gotten pregnant last cycle/had an early MC.
AF always used to come around the 1-2nd of the month. However after the early MC last month I started bleeding on the 4th.
Maybe this is my cycle regulating itself? Definitely not like my usual AF though. CD1 is usually excruciating for me and I am totally pain free!
