I don't know how I am going to last until 16 weeks for the gender scan! This is my last, I have 2 boys already and I know if this isn't a girl, I will never have the chance for a baby girl! Although I just have this feeling this time it is a girl. I even went a bought a cute little girl outfit and hid it! ☺️ it could just be wishful thinking but I feel it! Hope we all get our girls!

It's crazy how many girl swayers this site seems to have compared to boys, makes you wonder if boys are easier to get? Maybe because girls favor reduced fertility?

Hello! I swayed girl and my edd is 8th march.
Apart from a little cramping, bloating, moodiness and mild nausea I don't feel too bad yet. Im only 5 weeks. Still soo early...I even took another pg test yesterday to check that I was still pg!
Aoii1711
July 8th, 2014, 06:21 PM
Lol!! LaVie! I did the same thing this weekend!! I had the bloating/pms crampy feeling at the beginning and then that went away so I had to check to make sure I was still pregnant!
When do you all see your Dr's for the first time? Mine isn't until the end of this month!

How many other kids do you guys all have or is this your first?
This will be my 3rd! I have 2 boys ages 1 and 3. I always wanted just 2 but I had to try 1 more time for a daughter.. I really didn't think my DH would actually agree. He was so adamant he was done... But he caved!

This will be my 4th! I never thought in a million years that I would have more than 2 and here I am! I do have a huge age gap between my first 2 and my third (9 years and 7 years!). It's like starting all over again except I'm 10 years older, a little wiser (well I'd like to think lol) and prob crazier!
Georgia_Peach
July 9th, 2014, 05:15 PM
Wow lavie how wonderful!
This is our third. Two older boys aged 6 and 3. :)
Do you guys find that everyone you tell your pregnant to or that your wanting to add to your family etc...always says "oh it will be another boy for sure."
Like its kind of a pet peeve of mine. Kinda bums me out and i think it kinda rude!
Aoii1711
July 9th, 2014, 05:59 PM
Yes, Robin everyone always say that (I'm even guilty of thinking it too though) 😔 it's hard for me to think I can actually have a girl for some reason. Although I do believe this will be my girl. I just don't want to think it so much that I will be sad if it's a boy!! I keep trying to tell myself it might be a third boy just in case but I keep believing it really will be a girl!!! These next 10 weeks are going to be torture! I just want to know already!! 😆

I think the earliest I can go is Sept 20th. I think they say 16 weeks for gender where I go! And I think I am only 5-6 weeks now. I wanted to make my appt but I thought the place would think I was crazy!!! 😊 I even thought of doing a 12 week "sneak peak" (they call it that) to see if I can see anything!! 😁

Hi ladies. Joining in here. Hoping maybe someone can move this thread to DD groups and make it a sticky? Atomic?
Anyway I'm due on March 14th. Symptoms for me are spotty. Nauseous, heartburn, headaches, tired.
I'm not really sure I care about gender at this point. Originally swayed girl and had a loss in December 2012 of mono/mono ID twins, multiple chemicals another miscarriage in February and a chemical in May so I dropped everything this cycle. Just hoping for a healthy happy baby. I have three boys 6,4 and 2.
Congratulations to all! Glad to be joining you!!!

I have 3 boys already, ages 14, 4, and 2 (his b-day is today!). I'm hoping for a little pink to even things out in the family this time. I'm due March 24th. So excited!

Doctors have a way to freak you out. Mine just sent me straight to early preg unit to be scanned and see if bb implanted in the correct spot. I know they need to be cautious with previous ectopic cases - I'm sitting there in this waitin room and its bringing back very sad memories. I hope this time it will be a happy story. Welcome, Lyngostar! Thinking sticky thoughts!
I haven't hit the morning sickness yet, but I'm already getting dizzy in the mornings and have a massive hormone headache right now.
I'm eating everything I couldn't have on LE hand over fist right now as I know I'll be joining the nausea crowd very soon. With my last ds, I lost 15lbs in the first 6 months. SO sick.

So at 11.30 today while dh was in the shower I thought I would check the letter just to be sure. The appointment was at 11.30!! The boys weren't even dressed yet as we had been having a late breakfast and lazy morning. Lol.

Sorry I've been away a few days. Congrats to all the new BFPs. It's awesome to see so many.
I'm finally starting to worry less this bean won't stick lol conception indicator said 3+ at 5w2d, which it never said higher than 2-3 last pregnancy, and I've had horrific nausea--something I've never had with any of my pregnancies. I had my first OB appointment and she said everything looks great, measuring right on and everything. I have an ultrasound weds. to make sure the baby isn't ectopic and they are putting me on progesterone just in case too. Kinda scared I won't see a heartbeat, I'll only be 6w1d which I know could just be too early, but man, it would be rough to wait in uncertainty for a second scan if I didn't. No spotting at least, that's a good sign.

Hi ladies! May I join you? It seems there are a few places people are posting for March 2015 due dates since there's no sticky yet, but this one seems to be the most active. I've been hanging out in the previous group since I couldn't find any for March when I first got my BFP. I'm currently 8 weeks and due March 2nd, but my first came naturally at 37 weeks, so I'm thinking it may end up in a Feb bday for this one. We shall see. Oh, and I'll be the odd one out here because we swayed blue! We have 1 DD as of now who is 3 years old and only plan on having 2 total, so really hoping this is our little guy :-)
Oh, and congrats to all the BFPs!!

TMI...okay, I just went to the bathroom and found brownish bleeding. :/ Now I'm worried, as yesterday I wiped and found a lot of mucus. I didn't think much of it at the time, except that it was odd, but the spotting is making me worried. Praying my bean is still sticking! I don't see my midwife until next week, and even then it's just a "meet your provider" not a regular visit. I just lost my insurance, so I don't have a regular doctor. Ugh! Think this is worrisome enough to go to the ER or should I wait until next week when I see my midwife? I'm googling like a fool, but I'm mostly seeing that unless it's bright red it's *probably* okay. Not totally reassuring...

Girliedreamz, I spotted on and off with my son in the first trimester. At first it was scary but gradually it reduced. It was always brown though - I would rest with my feet up and see how it goes in the next few hours. Take it easy..fx for u and good luck

Thanks, odd! I've never spotted before, so probably freaking more than I should be. I hope. Pouring some tea and resting now.
(It has been an exhausting two days... my babysitter has been out so trying to work and be super-mom at the same time. I had the bright idea to take both boys to the park two days in a row. In the heat. So tired! Lol!)

Girliedreamz - I would be freaking out too but I hear that spotting is normal, and as long as it's not lots of bright red blood it's ok. I hope it stops soon to put your mind at ease. Definitely rest.
I have booked an extra scan on 12th August, it will be £100 but worth every penny to see my little darlings heartbeat. I did the same when pg with DS and it was reassuring to know all was well. It's too long to wait until the 12 week scan! Need to call the midwives today to arrange booking in etc.

Thanks everyone! your support means the world to me right now.
The midwife clinic wouldn't see me since I'm technically "no a patient" yet. They sent me to the urgent care clinic, and I just got back form there. They said my cervix is closed, which is good, but that's about all they could tell me. It could be just random bleeding, a hormone imbalance, or the beginnings of a miscarriage. They gave the name of an OB and said I need to schedule something with them if I want more tests. Sigh. So, now I have to go see an OB. (Which is why I called the midwife practice in the first place...they have a high risk ob on site. Ugh!)

Yah i called the midwife as soon as i found out i was pregnant. They put me on a wait list and im not supposed to get a call until aug.. but before 12 weeks. In the mean time my dr set me up with an ob. Not sure why.. i guess in case i change my mind lol. I have a scheduled ultrasound this fri though (8+ weeks). Maybe. They can get you one to ease your mind? Where do you live (

I did a ton of reading, I mean like hours, when I started spotting before my last loss and it is very very possible to have bleeding, even bright red, and everything be just fine. Try to stay positive :)
I'm lucky to have a longterm relationship with my midwife so I got to come in super early. I had my first scan today 6w1d and the baby measured spot on. Couldn't hear the heart beat but I saw it...very relieving to a point, but know I'm still not out of the woods. I was 6w4d when the bleeding started last loss, and my first loss measured 8w.

Thank you ladies! I spent an hour on the hold trying to get an appointment at the county OB clinic with no luck. I finally was able to get an hcg test through my local lab, at least, so I had that drawn this afternoon. No idea when I'll get results. I'm hoping by tomorrow. I'm not sure there's anything more to do but wait. I'm not overly hopeful at this point. The bleeding is heavy now, accompanied by some cramping, and there have been some clots and/or tissue passing as well. Just so crushed. :(

Girlie, you are in my thoughts and praying your little one makes it through, but even if not, please take care of yourself and know we are all here to support you!
Thank you Two of a kind :-) And as far as symptoms go, I am just like Robin - not much at all until week 6, but as soon as week 6 is here, they are here in full force! I'm now halfway through week 8 and trying to manage them. Got a prescription for Diclegis that I started 2 days ago. So far it seems to be keeping the nausea mostly at bay, although I am so incredibly tired!!! I can hardly keep my eyes open at work. From what I've read in forums of people who have taken it, the total exhaustion clears up after a few days once your body gets used to being on it, but this is tough. Really hoping it gets more manageable because at this rate I'm not sure which is worse, the nausea or the can't keep my eyes open to do anything. Oh, and it's a pricey drug! I heard from other moms in forums to print out the coupon on the Diclegis website just in case, and man am I glad I did! My doctor wrote the script for 30 pills with 2 refills, but you're supposed to start off taking 2 pills a day and can increase up to 4 if needed. Because of the price, I'm going to try and stick with just 2 even though I think a third could come in handy. With my insurance, the 30 pills was going to cost me over $150!! With the coupon, it came down to $30, but still that's $1 a pill, so still $60 a month minimum and maybe more if I find I'll need more :-( I guess it's too new to have a generic out yet, but hopefully down the road they will.

I'm gonna bow out of this group as it's just gonna be too hard to stick around right now, but I'll be keeping up with all of you on other parts of the board. My all day MS usually kicks in around week 5, actually feeling really miserable :(
Having our state newspaper around today to take photos of me & the kiddies for an award ( for my small business) & I I am so sick I just don't even care :( .
Have never taken anything for MS but seriously considering it, with three small kiddies & my business ( & I work one day a week as a midwife) I need help :)

girliedreamz I am so sorry for your loss, rest now and return to swaying/TTC when you feel up to it. Lots of hugs to you x
lavie - the NHS wont have any of it, I am not considered high risk so wont get a scan until 12/13 weeks and I cant wait that long. The midwives havent even called me back yet to arrange booking in etc so I need to feel like there is some kind of progress. I paid for a scan last time at around 7 weeks and it was so worth it. The acupuncture was costing me £75 a session and I was having that once a month to help me ovulate so its swings and roundabouts, plus I am saving a fortune on not buying alcohol!!
Not massively feeling pg, I feel fine in the mornings but get very tired as the day goes on which is pretty normal for not being pg!! Sometimes feel a bit nauseous, sometimes get the stuffy feeling, sometimes get sore boobs, sometimes get cramping, sometimes feel a bit dizzy. Have had a lot of cm these past few days. I have continued to take my temps for reassurance and they are still up.

Congrats Two of a Kind for having your business recognized! That's pretty amazing, but yeah, I totally understand just not caring about much these days. I'm like a zombie lately between the normal pregnancy fatigue and then the addition of the Diclegis, which definitely seems to be helping the MS, but man am I tired!!
We are 8w5d today, so hoping there's only a few more weeks of this...we shall see. It lasted well into my 15th week with DD, but this time doesn't seem quite as bad overall, so hoping it will also end earlier! The first trimester is just not much fun, in my opinion. I'm constantly worried, feeling tired and crappy, and then no one really even knows, so you don't have the excuse of being pregnant, lol. Once we can get to week 13, I'm hoping I can enjoy it a little more since it will be my last. How about you ladies? Anyone else on their last pregnancy no matter the outcome or are you open to giving it another go it the sway doesn't turn out?

Hey ladies!! I swayed girl and I'm 5 weeks. My EDD should be around March 26th.
So far, I'm moody. I'm happy one minute and ready to slap someone the next. I get a little emotional at random times. The thought of red meat disgusts me. I smelled BBQ and tuna and gagged. I ate something too cheesy and was about to puke. I've been craving sweets (mostly chocolate) and healthy stuff. In terms of symptoms, my nipples are starting to feel funny. Not really sore but sensitive. My back has been hurting and I've been crampy. I don't recall any of that early on with my boys.
Had a dream last night that it was a boy. Gaaah! In the dream the lady said SHE and I said SHE?! And she said "oh no I said HE" but she definitely said SHE. I'm wondering if it was an anxiety dream or if there is something to it! Sorry for the rant! Lot to say!

Welcome mamaluv and congrats!! Weird dreams are common I wouldn't worry about it.
Crazycat hope your tiredness goes away so you can enjoy being pg. I have to admit I did not enjoy being pg last time and doubt I will this time.... On the topic of more after this, I'm almost 36 so it's unlikely but DH and I haven't ruled it out regardless of the gender of this child. We probably won't TTC but if an oops happens it happens. And if it does he is having the snip. No more fake hormones for me.

But I really don't want to go through another gender ultrasound. :-/ I know by the time delivery rolls around I'll just be happy to deliver! Boy or girl. Although...my husband won't even talk about "if it's a boy" lol I said, "have you thought about what we would name another boy?" He's like, "nope not even going there."

New symptom, I've off and on felt nauseous over the past couple of weeks but nothing I can't handle. For the most part I've been feeling good. I think the sickness may kick in week 6 or 7. Im kinda excited! ! Ijust read the ramzi's theroy and it said if you have u/s done at 6-8 weeks transvaginally and look at the yolk sack position it can help predict gender. Yolk sack is that big ball on either side of baby. My ultrasound tech confirmed that. Left side of baby = girl
Right side of baby = boy.
I know its not confirmation or anything but mine is clearly on the left! I sure hope its right..

Welcome girl dreaming!
When do u ladies plan on telling every1 ur pregnant? Assuming everything goes well im 6wks2days , I will probably tell at 9 weeks. I will be on vacation in europe at that time and if I have a bump at 9 weeks, which im expecting I will. It will b hard 2 keep it a secret in bikins and tight summer clothing. Plus im thin so any kind of bump is noticable right away.

So ladies...I told a few co-workers today that I'm expecting and one says "FOUR KIDS?! Are you crazy!"....I'm trying to act right but I want to go off. I'm over here stewing. That's incredibly rude! Maybe it's my hormones but I feel like giving her some 'TUDE! :nono:
hotdogz&boyz
August 4th, 2014, 10:31 AM
Congrats to all the new BFPs!! I forget to check all the threads for new posts :suprise:
And yeah, negative comments about four kids seems to be a big thing. My mom even was talking to her dad (80 years old, father of five living, lost a full term 4-day old who would have been #6). He said that even back in the 60s they got a ton of flak when they told people they were expecting my mom (the last). People said "On gosh, you are crazy" and "HOW many are you going to have??" Which surprised me that even back then people had a negative response to big families. I thought it was more the norm, but apparently not.
We have not told too many people (8weeks today), but I am so lucky because of the people we have told (two aunts, my mom/dad, my granddad, two friends), only one (an aunt) had a negative response. And I think hers was more out of jealousy because her DILs don't enjoy pregnancy and she will be "lucky" to have three grandchild total (she already has two, one is planning one more, one is done at one). Additionally, she wanted another child back when she was having kids, so I wonder if she just feels some envy that we agreed on a big family.
But, regardless, it's never okay to comment on a persons family size. Unless they live with you and you are paying for their kids, it's no ones business.
I am itching to try to find the HB on Doppler. I doubt I would be able to, so I haven't tried, I am quite certain ill have another anterior placenta. Thus making it even harder.
And I hate to burst the Ramzi people's bubble, but most transvaginal sonograms are reversed (meaning the right side of the picture is actually the left side of the body). And additionally, the second of the two pictures (sorry, I don't remember screen names) is a saggital image, likely. Since the sac is so round. Unless the tech said "You placenta is developing on the left/right" it's impossible to tell from a pic. But, if it excites you and gives you hope...great! Keep hold of that! Might as well feel happy about it, even if it doesn't mean much :)

Mama luv i hear you! My one cousin (who i think is jealous) said" so are you guys going to stop having babies now or what? !" Congrats Kitkat!! So glad you can officially join us :-) No dating scan for us. Our doc doesn't even do anything to confirm pregnancy until the NT scan at 12 weeks, which I thought was sort of strange.
People can be so rude! How dare they comment like that...you are obviously overjoyed to be having this baby, so they need to just shut it. I love seeing all the big families on here :-) I always wanted 3 or 4 kiddos, but hubby is dead set on 2 only, and I suppose there is compromise in marriage, so we will likely stop at 2. I'm more okay with that now though, but there are times that I get a little sad about it still. He has good reasoning, and for our situation it makes sense, but I always loved having a large family growing up, and so it sort of stinks my kids won't get that.

August 4th, 2014, 03:35 PM
I cannot believe the rudeness of some people!! Why does anyone think they have the right to opine, in a rude/intrusive/interfering way about other peoples family sizes!!
We have only told a few family members and friends who have been very happy for us. I would have preferred to tell less people as it's so early but DH can't keep quiet. I am showing too (am only 7 weeks...started showing a bit at 8 weeks last time) so it won't be long until my colleagues guess. Hopefully they will be too polite to say anything until I'm ready!! But I might have to tell my boss because I'm finding functioning a bit difficult at the mo!! One good thing is that my boobs are fuller yay!
As for dating scan, we are offered a dating scan at 12 weeks on nhs and I have also arranged a private scan next week because I can't wait....

People can be so rude! I am telling people who I know will be rude either via text message or Facebook so I don't have to stress about their reactions. I have only told 4 people who I knew would be super happy for me...all friends and not family lol.
I have my dating scan in a little over 2 weeks at 8 weeks, can't wait. Have booked my Harmony test at 10 weeks and NT Scan at 13 weeks. Gonna see this little baby a lot over the next few months which is great! The place I am going to uses 3D/4D for all u/s's even the one at 8 weeks. The tech there is very into the nub theory and gives guesses at your NT scan. You also get a disk of all the pics each time.
No morning sickness yet but I am exhausted and my boobs are getting fuller and tender. I'm a POAS addict so still testing every few days and that line is getting darker every time so feel pretty good about it. It's 2 or 3 times darker than the control line now. It's going fast...but slow at the same time!

Interesting about Ramzis, had abdominal ultrasounds with all. Can't find #1 DDs scan, but #2 & # 3 DS1 & DS2 were both right &
the tech did say last week bubs was developing on the left? But not holding to much faith in the theory :) x

Literally everyone who knows has asked me if we will find out the gender. And I have told the truth, that I like the idea of a surprise but I am not sure whether I will be able to wait. So I will decide at the time of the scan whether I want to know or not.
I know myself and I will likely want to know but at the same time, I am keeping it in reserve so that if I do find out and its a boy I can then decide whether to tell people I know, or lie and say I am leaving it as a surprise. Just to defect anyone feeling sorry for me or whatever, which I dont want.
Given how much I am showing already it probably is another big boy growing in there!!

oh on the subject of panorama tests, they are available privately in the UK but cost £500 so I will be skipping that, way too expensive!! They do the NT stuff at the 12 week scan.
SamS_TTCPink
August 5th, 2014, 09:44 AM
I won't be having the panorama type tests either. Although now available in Australia, I can't get it in Canberra unless I'm a serious high risk and under the care of a specialist OB. I can go to Sydney and pay $1200 or Melbourne and pay $500. Won't be happening. 😕

We will definitely be finding out because I am such a planner and anyone who knows me knows that, lol. We're 10 weeks along and pretty much anyone who we we interact with on a regular basis, plus family, knows already. We'll announce online probably after our 12 week scan. When people ask about gender, most of my close friends know we swayed, but even people that don't I tell them it would be nice to have a little boy, if it was a perfect world and we could choose, however a healthy baby is #1 and there are pluses to having another girl as well, so we will be happy either way of course. Which most of that is true, but I do downplay just how much we'd like it to be a boy. Even still, hubby and I have been talking a lot lately about how it wouldn't be so bad if it was a girl. I think because we know this is it for us, we're trying to get on board and be happy about either gender, even though I know we both deep down really really want a blue bundle.
We won't be doing any of the blood work. Our doctors haven't even mentioned it as an option, which I'm assuming is because I'm not high risk, but we might do an early sneak peak 4d ultrasound at 16 weeks. It's $100 and we're on the fence. It's only 4 weeks difference, but at the same time, I know it will really kick us into high gear as soon as we find out, which would be nice. We have a lot to get ready for with this one, and right now we're still really dragging our feet. Plus, if we find out at 16 weeks we'll know when we go on vacation, which might be fun :-) Otherwise our 20 week scan will be right after we get back. We shall see...

Hi everyone. I haven't been on much lately as we were on holiday at dhs cousins up in the north of Scotland. The signal up there is terrible. Lol.
Well I had a lot of pain on the Friday before we left for our holidays. I was convinced it was another miscarriage. We went straight to a and e. They couldn't really do much but their tests said I was still pregnant but there was blood in my urine. I was so sure I would wake up to blood but I didn't. I've still had no blood :) and my hcg is still high. I'm getting a scan on Thursday and hoping they see a healthy sticky beans.

Lyngo if the blood is in your urine, it could be something like an urinary track infection or kidney stones maybe? Specially if you're having side pain. Hope all is well.
For me, I got impatient and have tried my doppler the last few days, nothing, which I know likely means nothing. All my loses have been before week 8 so I guess I'm just scared and hoping for that confirmation. My first loss was missed, and it was so horrible to expect to get to see the baby at that first ultrasound and find out I'd been carrying a dead baby for almost 3 weeks. This time we did see a heart beat at 6 weeks, but then if my missed loss was measuring 8 weeks, that baby likely had a beat too before it was lost.
lyngostar
August 6th, 2014, 11:24 AM
Thanks unwirklich. I will ask next time I'm at the early pregnancy unit. I think at the time we all just thought the blood was the start of a miscarriage so didn't really look in to it coming from anywhere else. It wasn't blood we could see. It must have showed up in the test.
Oh that must have been horrible to have that at you 1st scan. Are you getting anymore scans before 12 weeks? I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and I'm glad I'm getting a scan just to make sure everything is ok. I would hate to get to 12 weeks and then discover that the pain I had was something going wrong.

I've thought about buying a Doppler but I think I would worry myself sick if I couldn't find the heartbeat. When can you start using it?
crazycatcouple
August 6th, 2014, 12:39 PM
How far along you you ladies? An old coworker of mine gave me her doppler when we were pregnant last time. It's a pretty good one I think too. I tried a couple of times pretty early around 7 and 8 weeks, but the battery light was on too, so I didn't worry too much when I couldn't find anything. We finally got new batteries for it over the weekend and heard the heartbeat when I was 9w5d. Of course that was the same day I had that bleeding and then couldn't find it at all that same evening which terrified me, but have now since found it each morning since then. I've heard 10 weeks is fairly promising that you can find something, which seems to be accurate for me. The one she gave me retails for $350, but you can rent them for much less, which might be worth it to you ladies. Or I've heard there are some for sale for as little as $30, but I just don't know how accurate they can be at that price, ya know? With our last pregnancy, I would listen for her almost every night until I was to the point that I could feel her moving instead. I have a feeling I'll be doing the same with this one - it just gives me a little peace of mind.
MamaLuv
August 6th, 2014, 01:59 PM
I'm definitely finding out! I can do an early scan at 17 weeks for $100. I'm debating on whether or not I'm going to do that. I don't want to risk any disappointments early on should it be another boy. At the same time, I would at least get to know. I'm on the fence about it. They are checking for the heartbeat the next time I go. That makes me SO NERVOUS with all the if it's above 150 that means a girl and if below that it means a boy. I'm so nervous about hearing what it is...
crazycatcouple
August 6th, 2014, 02:31 PM
MamaLuv, if you google heartbeat and gender, you'll find more women that had the opposite of that than those who that was right for, so I wouldn't put much stock into it. Supposedly so much of it also depends on when you hear it too because the heartbeat is supposedly faster earlier on and then settles down further into the pregnancy. Of course saying all that, it was true for my last pregnancy, but hoping it's not always true because when I counted myself the other day, baby's heartbeat was 165 and we're hoping boy.
unwirklich
August 6th, 2014, 03:09 PM
I tried mine the first time at like 7w5d, the net shows some women finding um that early, but I sure didn't. I think 9-10 weeks is more standard. I have a sonoline B one. It was like $50 on Ebay. ATM I don't have health insurance. I had post-partum coverage on my last loss for a month of this pregnancy and got the ultrasound and a first prenatal appointment, now I'm waiting on my new coverage for this pregnancy to be approved. (It's a state program for just kids and pregnant women) I don't know if they'll do another ultrasound until 20 weeks or so. As far as I know unless medically necessary my insurance only covers a dating scan and an anatomy scan. Maybe they'll give me one because I'm on progesterone though, to check on the placenta formation before taking me off it. That would still be 12-13 weeks, and I'm only 8w1d today. Doing my best to stay positive. I have no signs of miscarriage, MS is still going strong and from what I've read that's HCG not progesterone.

I've told quite a few people. Only if I see them though. I haven't really called people up or announced it on Facebook or anything yet. I'll wait until I'm 12 weeks for that. I'm at 10 weeks now and today I actually feel a little better. But the minute I say I'm feeling ok is when it hits me and I'm back to the nauseous feeling. I have my nt scan in about 4 weeks and my gender scan in 6!! I can't wait!
I am praying for a girl.. My 3 year old son the past few days keeps talking to the baby girl in my belly and I keep telling him that it could be a baby boy and he will not acknowledge that at all and insists it is a baby girl. Every time I ask him what if it's a boy he just says no mom it's a girl. 😁 last night he even prayed and told God that he wants a baby girl in my belly! I'm hoping he is right!

Awww..that's sweet aoii. My son is sort of the same way - he insists its a girl because he wants an sister not a brother.
I am so sick of feeling nauseous. .ugh..have a major food aversion but starving at the same time. I xan only digest watermelon and peaches as of now.
Have only puked maybe 3 times but this constant nausea is just exhausting.
