Hey just interested in how long people been on le diet and how much weight you have lost so far? I'm on week 2 and have lost 4lbs already! Wondering how others are doing?

This is my second time on the LE diet. Both times I lost quite a lot of weight in the first fortnight, then about a pound a week from then on. The body settles into the new calorific input I think.

I also lost a similar amount in 1st few wks and then haven't really moved that much. I've been on it for about 6 wks and lost around 5 pounds.

I'm kind of the opposite. I was eating empty sugar at first and only lost 2-4 lbs my first month. I ended up losing 26 lbs in 4 months, weight loss sped up quite a bit when I dropped sugar.

I've always been thin-- 5'7 and around 128lbs, so can't afford to lose much weight. I normally eat paleo. With LE I haven't lost much weight and seem to fluctuate up and down 5lbs (lower before ovulation). I'm about 125lbs right now.

I've lost around 4lb, I'm struggling I think because I'm still breastfeeding

I have been on the diet since March, and I have lost an additional 18lbs. I too am breastfeeding, but I don't have much to lose as I am 120lbs at 5'4". I began exercising since last October to lose baby weight, I lost 13lbs, and then we decided to sway for a girl. We have only been ttcing though since last month. I hate dieting, so I had to start the diet way early to be "good" at it prior to our first attempt.

I was opposite. I lost slowly and steadily over a period of 6 months. Towards the end I was losing 1+ pound a week..I was 135+ and was around 112 by the time I got my bfp
Interestingly, I put on 7 pounds super fast once I started eating normally

About the same:) started in June and lost 5 lbs the first 3-4 weeks. I added in cheats and empty calories to hold steady knowing I wasn't TTC until September. I have lost 10 lbs all together. My bmi is at about 21 now and I am at my lowest adult weight which is exciting! But I know once I start eating normal I will put it back on!!!!

I put on 5 lbs during my loss pregnancy super fast (10 days!) when I started eating normally even though I continued with the 60 minutes of cardio daily. So frustrating!

I started the LE diet June 1 and have lost 12 lbs. My BMI is at 20.5 (I think). Now I'm trying to hold steady. I don't want to stop ovulating.

I lost 5.5 lbs in the first 3 weeks but it has slowed now. I'm in week 5 now. Getting a bit over the diet and having lots of cheats :( doing 1hr exercise a day which is probably what's making me hungry!

I'm losing 2lb a week. I'm not counting everything, but I don't eat red meat, bananas or raw tomatoes, and I limit other meat, fish and potatoes. I try to keep fat low and I average around 1500 calories a day across a week, some days fewer, some more.

of course it depends on height and how much you have to start with.
With my first sway (I hadn't really made LE Diet at that point but had started thinking along those lines) I lost about 30 lbs in 3 or 4 months. Got pregnant at 123 lbs. and I had actually just gained 3 lbs in order to relose them (bad idea everyone, don't do that) I am 5-4 and that is actually a very healthy weight for me, not too thin. I got a boy, but was taking all the IG supplements plus prenatals and DHA.
With my second sway I went from 170 lbs after I had my son down to 126 over the course of almost 2 years. I had lost the bulk of that weight earlier on but the last 3 lbs I lost just the week before I conceived. Got a girl

I lost 5 lbs slowly over 3 months then plateaued, I'm naturally thin, effectively 5'7" and I went from 115 to 110. But 115 is on the heavy side for me, 105-110 is my average. I haven't been exercising at all though and that's a big factor for me.
I definitely gained back all the weight lost plus maybe 2 lbs when I took my break from the LE, pretty quickly too. Which is unusual as typically I am thinner during the summer. I'm hoping to drop more weight once I recover from my foot surgery and can run again. I can lose weight quickly but I don't on the LE.

Hi all. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks. Seems pretty drastic to me. We are "planning" our first attempt for October but only if I am my goal weight by then. I am 5ft 3 and currently 148lbs. I am usually 140 or I was before DS1 and DS2. That was 140 and very toned with a high protein low carb diet, and lots of small meals through out the day. I am aiming to be at 125 pre-conception although that seems very thin to me! I haven't weighed that much since I was 13 I am sure!

Both raw and cooked tomatoes are ok. Some people try to limit them because of their mystical reputation as "boy foods" but that type of thinking really doesn't work at all and doesn't really help an overall sway.
If anything, cooked tomatoes are WORSE because they are much more concentrated in terms of nutrients and "lycopene" may boost fertility. but in normal dietary amounts they are fine too.

I am up 2 pounds since starting the le 2 weeks ago..... My scale ran out of batteries over the weekend and I don't plan on replacing them, causing too much anxiety.

I am down 5lbs in almost 8 weeks. I have a BMI of 21.6.... I am at 122 lbs and i'm 5'3... this is the exact weight that I was when I conceived my son (And the lowest weight i've been since). I would like to lose one or 2 more lbs but we are likely having our attempt next week so I don't think that will happen.
