Am I eating too much?
Yesterday morning I had no breakfast
Lunch I had white pitta bread, light Philadelphia chilli cream cheese with sliced peeled cucumber on top
Throughout the day I drank Teapigs Peppermint tea.
I had a weightwatchers fat free summer fruits yogurt as a snack (oops)
Dinner, I had a small handful of Quorn chicken, mushrooms, peeled courgette, 1 garlic clove, teaspoon of sliced red onion & half a bag of boil in the bag white rice.
Not sure if I'm supposed to avoid garlic & onion?
Today I've had no breakfast & a peppermint tea
Lunch, I had the same as yesterday but had some rice left over from last night so had that too mixed with a bit of the cream cheese.
Am I eating too much?
Can we even eat quorn? I am planning to buy a sway, but trying to do it by myself in the meantime until I can buy one.
I'd appreciate any advice. Anything I can add, take out?
