    Am I eating too much?!

    Am I eating too much?

    Yesterday morning I had no breakfast

    Lunch I had white pitta bread, light Philadelphia chilli cream cheese with sliced peeled cucumber on top

    Throughout the day I drank Teapigs Peppermint tea.

    I had a weightwatchers fat free summer fruits yogurt as a snack (oops)

    Dinner, I had a small handful of Quorn chicken, mushrooms, peeled courgette, 1 garlic clove, teaspoon of sliced red onion & half a bag of boil in the bag white rice.

    Not sure if I'm supposed to avoid garlic & onion?

    Today I've had no breakfast & a peppermint tea

    Lunch, I had the same as yesterday but had some rice left over from last night so had that too mixed with a bit of the cream cheese.

    Am I eating too much?

    Can we even eat quorn? I am planning to buy a sway, but trying to do it by myself in the meantime until I can buy one.

    I'd appreciate any advice. Anything I can add, take out?

    If you put that into My fitness pal and give us the totals we can better help you. Quorn is allowe if it's in your daily limits.

    Also, how much do you weigh/BMI ? If you don't have much to lose you should be on upper limits of LE anyways.

    I'm just under 11st and I'm 5ft 4...I don't know my BMI but was going to attempt to get to 10st or under if that's advised.

    Yesterday, I was under 1,200 calories.

    So far today I've had 413 calories. Nutrition:
    11% protein
    10% fat
    79% carbohydrates.

    I need to know the totals of what you'e eating. It doesn't sound like you're eating ENOUGH.

    Quorn is fine.

    RE garlic and onion - it's up to you. Some people want to skip them and since it is possible to do that, I leave it in the mix. But I find it pretty unlikely that they sway too awfully much if at all.

    YOu can have 2 or 3 meals. Both are perfectly fine and allowed. IT is at your preference on that and you need to do what works best for you. I had to have 3 meals because I digest really quick, others do better with two. Eithe way fine.

    In one of your other threads I put the LE Diet Nutshell version. You need to go read that right away. Cals and fat too low, and I suspect your protein is also not enough. Low everything does NOT mean NO everything.

    Thanks Atomic! I did read it, but finding it a bit complicated (I probably sound really stupid) it'll be a lot easier when I buy sway, I was trying to start something in the meantime. Thanks for your advice! Will have a read through LE diet nutshell version again, see if it makes a bit more sense.

    super simple version -

    1500-1800 cals
    40-50 g protein
    20-30% day's cals from fat (this averages out to be 25-60 g fat)
