Waiting for AF to end after this chemical to, hopefully, get a pos opk. I enlisted Atomic's help- I just bought a personalized plan to see if there is anything we need to do differently.

FX that we all get our BFPs! I haven't been trying as long as you Yogi, but I know I am a close second at cycle 6!

I sent you my blue baby dust Yogi!

I'll be here! I was in last month's group and cannot believe how many gals good BFPs! So jealous and of course happy for them:)
I did end up having to get a Kenalog injection for a crazy allergic reaction but I spoke with my OB and he said it is a green light for baby making.
tested today but neg opk! Hopefully pos soon! Best of luck gals!

Ooh will you share your name? Or prefer to keep it private? I totally understand either way. Emilee: I'm glad you got the OK to try this cycle I hope you O soon!
Yogi and XX- I feel for you both so much. TTC is hard, Swaying is hard, GD is hard and then you have to deal with it taking so long and it just all isn't fair. Christmas babies/BFPs are definitely in order!! :) I wish I could not think about TTC for awhile but I think about it all the time. Do you ladies have tricks for thinking of something else?

November 21st, 2014, 10:10 AM
Yogi and Junie, I too have a boy name picked out, just in case!

I have been swaying so long that I don't count anything anymore, unless I am adding new girlie recipes, because I find I stay under totals that way and don't obsess either. I just bought a personalized plan and have the 21day meal plans, and I am counting things again to get a feel for it. My husband also started LE diet last month. He is very supportive and my pen name says it all- a girl is more for him than me. I would love the experience, but I also simply adore my boys and love their energy.

To better answer your question Junie, I am just at peace with the process. At peace with it taking the time it is supposed to. I think it is great it is taking so long for me, since I was so strongly set for boys before swaying. I take it my chances are high now for a girl. I am also at peace with having another boy. We told each other before swaying that if we want a girl, we should adopt. If we want another baby, then let's try on our own.

Hope this helps! Sorry it is so long [emoji15]

Hugs for you, XX! I'm sorry about the chemical, but your optimism and outlook are amazing. I'm sure good things are coming to you soon!

Good luck, December ladies! I got my smiley face opk+ this morning, cycle 4 of attempting. This is the same time of year dd was conceived, so hopefully my body is with it this season (I got sick last month), and hopefully blue dust for me this time! Any advice on how to be more competitive, controlling, aggressive and all that other good high testosterone boy sway stuff? lol I've got impatient down -- I'm very impatient for my bfp!

XXforhubby
November 21st, 2014, 06:06 PM
I think it must come down to diet, SageViolet. I used to have cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, then a Kashi granola bar for a snack, then a turkey sandwich with veggies and potato chips and an apple for lunch, then a snack of walnuts and raisins (that was my favorite!) or a banana, then I would have a decent dinner something with lean ground beef or chicken with a pasta or potato and a veggie (we also cooked everything with olive or extra virgin olive oil) and THEN a snack before bed of either cereal (God I loved my cereal!!!) or 1/4 cup oatmeal with a 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips melted in. I GUARANTEE if you do these the rest will follow!!! No wonder I have two boys! I was never over weight, 125 at 5 feet 4 inches BMI 20.8, but with lifting weights for 30min then doing 30min of cardio, you WILL become more aggressive/competitive! Plus, it will increase your sex drive! We had sex every other day after AF for both boys.

At least I believe all of that to contribute to me getting boys and my personality. Since switching to the girl diet, I am SO different!

Hope this helps! I can give you some more recipe ideas too from what I used to eat. Just let me know!

I also used to snack all the time and eat whenever I was hungry and whatever I was hungry for. I was always thin but quite active too. I LOVED charting (a great way to obsess and think you have more control over something than you do- which is great for boy moms LOL). I'm not competitive at all so can't help you there :D

Lol Junie yes of course I will share.

I am stuck with Gracy Marie. My mom is Grace in Spanish and my mother in law is Marie in spanish. I want to combine both in english because this would be my last daughter and I want to name her after both moms. I also love Josie. This would also be a name I would consider because the DH loves that name for a girl. If a boy he will be Cesar. :)

Sounds just like me Junie when I conceived DS 1 and 2!! X

November 22nd, 2014, 03:06 AM
Ooh I love that name and Josie. Both sound sweet and fun. I'm so frustrated that AF isn't here yet. Technically it should come by today or tomorrow at the latest and I know having a long LP is a good thing but I just really want to move on to the next cycle. Plus I'm so frustrated that my body tricked me into thinking I was pregnant. I should have known better, I'm sure a girl mom wouldn't test early and would be zen about the whole thing :)

We don't have a girl or boy name that we agree on yet. We love the names we finally agreed on for our boys but haven't had a third name come up so far where we thought it fit perfectly.

I feel you Junie. I lost count with how long my cycle has been since my chemical in September. I think its now over 50 day. I will test wednesday. It would put me maybe 16 dpo. I am tired of testing so it will either be af before I bother testing. Aww how exciting to think of baby names. I cant wait to smell my baby if and when I get a bfp lol

Okay gals do you think. . .
I am on day 13 of cycle. Last night and this morning I had a bit brown discharge. I predict to O on day 16. I sort of think late period discharge since it kind of abruptly stopped. But it was 5 days long and I haven't had brown in any previous discharge. DH and I had sex 2 nights ago but it wasn't rough or anything.
Any ideas???

Why is a long cycle lucky? I o'd on CD 9 or 10 this month according to my opks, so it's been more like a three-week wait! It's driving me crazy!

Junie
November 22nd, 2014, 12:28 PM
Emilee : I've never had that before, but I have had random spotting/ breakthrough bleeding on the pill. Are you taking any supplements that could be affecting your cycle?

Junie
November 22nd, 2014, 12:29 PM
A long cycle can be really frustrating as you may have multiple surges of positive OPKs and not actually Oing and it can be hard to stay motivated and keep your timing on. So I was just hoping it would at least bring a nice fat BFP for yogi.

EmileeJane
November 22nd, 2014, 02:01 PM

Thank you for sharing this XX! I love the way you look at it and it is inspiring because I have trouble sticking to LE and exercise. I dropped the diet because I didn't ovulate anymore and I'm waiting for AF to show so I'll know where I am in my cycle and I can start again

Well ladies, I will get my plan from Atomic today! I found out my hormones are all out of wack from a supplement I have been taking for years. Why it took now to occur, I have no idea, but at least I can work to fix it. What it means is it will probably take me a few months to be able to conceive. The RE wanted me to take DHEA, but I am more comfortable increasing my hormones naturally through diet- which takes time.

We will keep ttcing though to catch the golden egg! GL to the rest of you ladies- keep the BFPs coming, because you give me hope it will happen for me 😊!

Oh boy ladies. My body is on such a ride. I told you I had to get steroid shot for allergies... well 9 days after getting it I started spotting mid cycle. I have heavy spotting still, 5 days later.
I never got a pos OPK and it's too heavy for sex now anyway. I messaged my Ob and he thinks the shot screwed up my LH and I'm stuck in 'anovulatory purgatory'. How fun does that sound when you're On your 4th month TTC! He said it may take 4-5 weeks to straighten out. And if my next cycle is still wonky he wants to put me on something to even hormones out.
I talked with a friend who always has good positive advice. She told me to sit tight and maybe what's waiting down the road is even better than I am experiencing or could ever imagine.
So I am out again this month. Hope to be back next month, fx!
Good luck to you ladies!

EmileeJane- I hear you! I have been ttc 5 cycles now and I had one AF 17 days after another! Needless to say I didn't ovulate that cycle. I had a chemical this past cycle, #5, and I am doubtful about this cycle. My FSH is astronomical, but all my other hormones indicate they are fine. So I am waiting for the fertility diet Atomic put me on to take effect on balancing things. I got preggo with my boys right away, so I feel that this is all good for my little girl! I NEVER was patient before, so I hope this is a good sign!

Hi all. Mind if I join? DH got a bit excited last night and we had an attempt except we did nothing to sway so I'm annoyed at him. I'm on CD14 so right on O day too. It's going to be a long 2 weeks!! AF is due around the 16th Dec.

sageviolet
November 29th, 2014, 09:56 AM
xx - Thanks for all the great advice! I will take you up on those recipe suggestions if I get a bfn. I struggle with eating. I am not a snacker, I'd rather eat big meals that I'm hungry for and appreciate. I like to always eat a big breakfast, light lunch, and big supper. I was battling Lyme when I had my daughter, so I know I was underweight and eating very few grains. Also, dh had a hot shower right before. We weren't swaying, but I remember that because I was concerned he would kill the swimmers and told him he couldn't do that when we were ttc! It was a surprise, I really thought I couldn't get preg since I was still on the herbal meds but I knew I'd be off of them by the time I found out, so I took a chance.

Rosie, how are you?

I've been sick again, another cold from dd. Blah. This time it hit during implantation, not O day, so maybe it's ok? I'm in the 2ww now, 7dpo. I will start testing soon and keep you posted.

Hello! Im glad to see that we are many holiday-swayers! I will ovulate around the 31 of december, so this will be my first christmas ever without gaining any weight. I am following my swaying plan by Atomic. I have been testing for ovulation sometimes over the last years, but I have never seen a positive test. But I know I have ovulated, because I have two boys from that cycles.. So I guess we have to do the baby-dance every 4. day. Sorry if my english is not perfect. Its not my first language.

Grace
November 30th, 2014, 07:20 AM
Mars- the most important swaying factor is diet, I wouldn't worry about stuff like shower or positions, though I know the feeling- I keep second guessing our attempt all the time. I'm 7 or 8 dpo now, and I'm worried that the attempt was too close to my ovulation. I guess we'll know better in a week or so

belleboi
November 30th, 2014, 10:01 AM
I had a temp spike this morning! If it stays up, it looks like my O day will be yesterday:)

Quick question...I was so stressed out yesterday (issues with my mom:() I was crying all day and just a general mess...do you think that could hut chances for blue? I know that's a ridiculous question but I can't help it, LOL. Actually...the last few weeks have been pretty stressful in general. I know IG thinks that stress is no good for TTC boy...

I was also super, super stressed out around the time we conceived DD2 (but I was also actively dieting, doing a lot of cardio, barely eating, losing weight...etc) so I guess this is where my apprehension is from.

XXforhubby
November 30th, 2014, 01:48 PM
Belleboi- I would not worry one iota about that. My mom ALWAYS stressed me out around the time I conceived both of my DSs. I had a very boy lifestyle with them both, and I believe that sways more than any stress could any day!

XXforhubby

Ugee- I will be ovulating within the next 2-4 days too! Atomic told me that antibiotics are fine and probably don't sway much either way. Old school thinking was they sway blue, but has not been proven. Being sick does sway pink though before ovulation, so that may be in your favor if you are swaying pink!

I've tried to be a strict as possible but found it hard to start with to cut out meat, olives, avocardo's so slowly cut back. For the last 3 months I have not eaten them (apart from a small serving of chicken once a week) and stick to coffee in the morning, have toasted tea cakes/soup/crumpets/light cheese spread sandwich for lunch. Then for dinner I will eat sweet potato with a filling/stir fry/a rice based dish/pizza (a weekend treat)/basically lots of carbs and veg.
The snacking is difficult for me around 4pm I am just so used to eating crisps or nuts it takes a lot of willpower to not eat it!!! Still a working progress on that one if I'm honest.
I'm not exercising as I can only give enough time to moderate exercise which sways blue. I'm not really a couch potato (wish I could be sometimes) but always running around doing errands, housework, or playing with my boys so I'm not sure how that affects things either!?

Good luck to the mummies waiting to test...very positive symptoms by the sounds of things!

Gosh sorry for the Long post lol!

Sageviolet-no probs it's a bit boring but I'm used to eating them now. I try to make sure I eat enough tho as worried about not ovulating or not being healthy enough to keep a sticky bean! I also drink a glass of coconut water a day for potassium :)

Hi everyone! I'd like to join as we are currently TTC#2 and hoping for a girl!! We are just hopping on the sway bandwagon (so neat!), so I am doing some swaying, not full out everything just yet. I am supposed to O on Friday, so hoping for a BFP for Christmas!!!

Good luck ladies!! Wishing you lots of pink baby dust!! XX thank you for pointing out that after a positive opk it's still 12 to 48 hours to actually OV as I've been so concerned about dtd too close to OV as I unexpectedly OV 5 days earlier than I normally do according to opk! :ttcgirl:

No problem AlliBalli! Remember too if you ovulate early, you will get AF early too. Use your average LP as a guide for when to expect AF. Atomic reminded me of this a few cycles ago. Same hold true if you ovulate late- AF will come later too.

Me - I'm 31 and 11dpo today. My past two cycles would indicate to expect af tomorrow. My temp was down some today and I'm losing symptoms, not as bloated and tender, and losing hope. But for the first time (this is attempt cycle #4, the longest it's ever taken) I'm not upset about it. I feel at peace. I believe my health is improving and it's bound to happen soon, right?

Hello ladies:) hope everyone is doing well! I just turned 33 last month;)

I finally stopped bleeding/spotting from my mmc a couple of days ago. It's funny because I am taking hpt hoping for a big fat negative!! So I am not really in the 2ww:) of course I want to try and catch an egg right away but I am pretty sure I have a yeast infection now:( I am treating it with yogurt. I am hoping this isn't going to put a damper on TTC pink. I am also nerves that I will ovulate while still having a positive hpt. Atomic says it's not possible, it's not that I don't believe her. I am just nervous to miss it.

Hoping to see lots of bfp for Christmas!

P.s. I hate 60 minutes of cardio!!!!

QueenB3blue- my heart goes out to you! I had a chemical last cycle. The cardio SUCKS when you have to get used to it again! FX you catch your golden egg!

I hope we catch our egg in a couple of days. We had our attempt last night. DH made me mad, because initially he said he was too tired. I got up and went to the couch, because I was so mad. After all this time, and all that I am doing so he can have a DD, and then he says he is too tired!!! He came out to get me, because he felt bad. Hopefully make up sex brings our BFP in a couple of weeks 😊!

XX - if I remember you had a chemical last cycle? I would attempt after 3 days . On the cycle following my loss I waited 4 days (when really I should have had another attempt after 3 days based on when my OPKs were) and I totally regret it. I didn't get pregnant that cycle and I'm annoyed because it probably would have been better for my sway and would have saved me another month of diet and exercise!

XXforhubby

Thanks ladies! We will have another attempt tomorrow, which will be 3 days after our last attempt. My surge usually lasts two days, and I O within 24-36 hours after my second surge. I hope we catch the egg, but I won't be surprised if it takes me two more cycles. My FSH was four times as high as what it should be because of a supplement I had been taking (for non-swaying purposes). It may take a few cycles for my levels to come back down and to get a BFP.

FX we all get our BFPs soon- we deserve it for our hard work 😘!

QueenB-- I have read that you can O once your hcg level is under 50. I was still having + pregnancy tests when my opks went from - to +. My hcg was under 50 at that point. I didn't end up O'ing after my first LH surge though. I had miscarriage bleeding for 10 days, then +opks around my normal O time, but no temp rise and then my opks went negative again. A few days later I had another LH surge and +opks and ended up O'ing on CD21, which is 6 days later than normal. AF started on CD35 and lasted a little longer than normal (9 days). My miscarriage was a natural one at 7 weeks. I hope this helps. If I were you I'd start doing opks.

QueenB3blue
December 4th, 2014, 07:18 PM
Essnce, thank you so much for that info! I thought I remember reading a few times that you can o with a little hcg left. Plus you have the trigger hcg shot that people take to make them o:) I feel so out of control:(
I almost started bding every 4 days as soon as my bleeding stopped. But I know 1 attempt at +opk is more ideal for a pink sway. Like everyone after a loss swaying pink I really really wanted to catch the first egg.
Before my loss my cycle were 21-24 days long and I usually o'd by cd12. My bleeding from my mc lasted for 19 days, the last couple was just spotting. I am feeling frustrated and hopeless at the point(hormones I am sure).

I also started up with a yeast infection as soon as my bleeding stopped. So now I am nervous that is bad for a pink sway also!

lol at the garlic! I haven't heard of that. I have heard of using yogurt.

My temp is down. I'm just waiting for af and seriously considering some resveratrol. I was on it for Lyme when I got preg with dd and when I took it this summer before ttc it gave me nice ewcm. Does anyone else take it? What brand and how much?

And I'll take those boy diet menu and snack suggestions now! I struggle with the snacking. I'd rather eat large meals.

XXforhubby
December 5th, 2014, 10:34 AM
SageViolet-

Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries, Kashi blueberry cluster cereal, or blueberry waffles (I love blueberries...I miss them!)

Snacks: Banana, kasha dark chocolate cherry granola bars, Luna chocolate chip cookie dough protein bars, grapes, or a protein shake. For dessert after dinner I LOVED 1/4 cup cooked rolled oats with 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips melted with 1/8 tsp of vanilla extract! It may not sound good, but try it- it's yummy! I loved walnuts with raisins too. I also had a square or two of Lindt 85% dark chocolate a day.

Lunch: turkey sandwich with Colby jack cheese and veggies with potato chips or leftovers from the night before.

Dinner: chicken or red meat of some sort. I loved steak fajitas, chicken tacos, lasagna, beef and noodles, or pot roast with potatoes and carrots. We ate a lot of broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, and potatoes.

I always had breakfast within an hour of waking, a small snack before lunch, lunch, a small snack before dinner, dinner, and a small snack before bed.

If this is hard to do, try eating smaller portions at meal times. I always ate in small portions for meals, but I ALWAYS snacked in between. I think that is why I never struggled with the LE diet- I never ate a lot in one sitting.

GL! Hope this helps! Let me know if you need more ideas. I was never over weight, 125-135lbs BMI 21-21.6

Sageviolet, eat nuts all day long and put extra cheese on everything;)

I am spotting this morning. I actually had some really bad cramping/sharp pain last night that woke me from my sleep. If I continue to bleed I will guess this is af. Who knows if I ovulated or not:-/ I have only gone about 3 days now without bleeding or spotting. So much for catching the first egg.......

Essnce, have you been able to talk DH into any attempt? This time last year my DH was completely against another child. It took him a while but he did come around:)

sageviolet
December 5th, 2014, 03:36 PM
Thanks for the ideas, XX and Queen! Hmm, breakfast within an hour of waking? I don't see that happening. Maybe I need to figure out a pre-breakfast snack, lol! I can definitely do more cheese on everything, I love dairy. Nuts, I'm not so nuts about (except chestnuts), but that would be something quick. I will try oatmeal again, but it doesn't always agree with me. I'm gluten-free (and chocolate-free if you can believe such women exist, lol!)

I'm having some spotting, so I think af is starting. So I wouldn't be so bummed this time, I made a list of fun stuff to do when af arrived!

Hi sageviolet, sorry to hear your temp dropped!

Tips on snacks: nuts, varied range too! I ate a banana every morning for my mid morning snack.

Breakfast: porridge (almond milk) with at agarve nectar and jojoba fruit sprinkled on top. Or peanut butter on toast (sometimes Nutella) cereal of choice if in rush.

Lunch:. Hearty vegetable soup/ tomato soup/ avocado on toast with a dash of balsamic vinegar (I miss this so much) /tomatoes and mozzarella with balsamic vinegar/ ham and mayomustard sandwich/ olives and sun dried tomatoes with a salad and couscous. Peanut butter sandwich with banana sliced (try it b4 diss it)

Dinner: lasagne!!!! / spaghetti bolognasse/ chicken fajitas/ curry/ chicken salad with avocado and olives thrown in/ jacket potatoes with cheese and coleslaw/ risotto!!! (God I miss my food lol) roasts every Sunday and pancakes with maple syrup and fruit on Sunday morning (family thing)

Just because: crisps and salted nuts with wine/mulled wine from Thursday to Sunday in the festive season build up.

I would say I ate a high good fat diet. I would cook with coconut oil mainly and olive oil sometimes depending on dish of the day.

^XX means the digis, not the CBFM. I think testing with one is a great idea.

XX, if you Oed recently or will soon we could be DD buddies. I think I will O tomorrow though tonight or the day after tomorrow are also possible. I just had my one attempt very early (like 5-6am, the sky was just beginning to lighten the teensiest bit) today so I'm 'almost' in the 2WW. I will probably attempt again in 3-4 days to cover my bases unless I get a huge temp spike before then. I don't mind BFNs so I'll start testing on 8DPO, or maybe 10DPO...we'll see I guess. I don't like to get too obsessive about it.

I'm without power and I just wish for AF to come once to stop all this pressure...

Then I googled the first test and A LOT of womens are saying it is giving false positive....

I had no sings of pg...except for some cramps and small pains in the left or right...back pains on Thursday and Friday and soore boobs on Saturday!
I consider these being before AF symptoms...

Oh MyByC! How come next month is your last month to ttc? I hope you get your BFP!

I may be joining you too. I had pink CM yesterday and brown CM today with some mild cramping. This usually how my pre-af spotting begins. It is a little early, since I Oed late. Who knows though, since my hormones have been so out of wack!

Hang in there- I know how hard it, but I know it will happen if we keep trying 😘!

I can't handle this stress and diet and everything else anymore...I lost too much weight(under my BMI) and my husband says I am tooo skinny, plus Christmas is comming and as you all boy's mamma know, we are the type who eat and snack etc...These last 15 weeks on LE/intense cardio and no meat in 6 months have been difficult for me...I was sooo sure I will get a BFP this cycle that I stopped gym also after the day of Ov just to not affect the egg or implant..so 2 weeks off for me at cardio which sways blue..plus I didnt ate 1200 kcal in these 2 weeks but went up to 1500-1800 (and this weekend before, did 2000)...and I cried like almost every day since Friday with a bonus of 2 hours extra today.....
I know I only have 2 cycles try and some ladies here have much more..but I am not that strong and I dont want to get to the point where I just want to be pregnant and gender dont count, cause thats why I did all this..to get a girl...

Oh honey! I know how hard it is! It sounds like you have lost too much weight anyhow, and you need to be eating 1500-1800 to not lose anymore. I wouldn't worry one bit about that! As far as a break from exercise, we need that from time to time. I don't think a break from exercise sways blue. I had to with my chemical. Atomic said a break doesn't hurt, because it cannot undo all you have done over the past several months.

I can understand if it is getting to be too much for you. It is hard to stay positive when it is taking so long. I hope you will get your BFP next month, or can find the courage to continue. I'll miss you!! 😘

MyByC, I am sorry you are feeling so down! It is so hard dealing with things like this that are out of our control. I believe in God and very much in fate so that helps, but it's still frustrating especially when you know you did all you could. Most likely fertilization just didn't work out for some reason; that is extremely common. Fx for next month.

XX, I've had 3 days of positive OPKs (cheap strips) but my CBFM is still reading high, it just won't give me my Peak, argh. So our situations are even more alike it seems. But I think I will O later tonight or at the latest tomorrow. My CM and cervix are less fertile already so I'm glad I BDed yesterday. I understand waiting after a CP; I've never had one to my knowledge but I think if I had I'd be more bothered by testing early. I hope your spotting is pregnancy related and not AF.

Belleboi, big congrats on your BFP! Every time except once (5/6) I was totally surprised bc I had no symptoms. Our bodies/nature/God can be such tricksters.

XXforhubby
December 8th, 2014, 04:16 PM
Maiden- crazy how our situations are so similar! I am not having any spotting yet, thank goodness!! My CM is more pinkish brown and only when I check- none is showing when I wipe or on a panty liner.

I think I Oed yesterday when I noticed my CM being pink in color.

MyByC- we started ttcing officially this past August, so 4 months and 5 cycles. We have had 5 attempts. I recently bought a plan from Atomic after my chemical. Changed things up a bit!

I think it will take me 2 more cycles, since my hormones are out of wack. I am ok with that. I feel we will get our DD, since it is taking much longer than with my 2 boys. That helps me to keep going, plus my DH wants a DD so badly! I keep everything up so well, so if we get another DS, we will know we tried everything we could! I keep praying, and thanking God each day for my 2 boys. They are such gifts and extra special that they came to us right away! I couldn't live without them, and if they are all we are meant to have, I can't complain and feel truly blessed! My boys are the loves of my life!

Oh xx, you can have all my pink dust!

I guess I'm the opposite, I got pregnant with both DDs very quickly (first cycle off of BC with DD1, and second cycle off of BC with DD2 and we were trying to avoid...lol), but with this one it has taken 3 cycles and almost 5 very long months (I had a 56 day long cycle last time!)

Don't give up mybyc, I was really discouraged after my last 56 day long cycle, I was SURE this one would be just as long, and I ended up Oing on CD22-23. I know the girl diet is hard because I was dieting like that both times I got pregnant, but I truly believe it works. Good luck to you!

Grace - FX for you! Update please?

Belleboi - Congrats!!!

MyByC - *hugs* I feel your pain. I started preparing in March with monitoring my cycles, started supplements in July, and the diet August 1. Our first attempt was in August. We got pregnant so easily the other two times while battling Lyme disease, and I spent much more time preparing my body for this one, I'm so much healthier, but here we are on attempt cycle 5. I went through all the stages of grief about it: denial, anger, sadness. I rack my brain over what could've gone wrong and what I could do better. And ultimately, this past af the end of last week, I found peace with it. I heard a story recently: Two men asked when they would be reincarnated as whatever highest thing and the answer was 1000 lifetimes or something really high. One reacted by crying because it would take so long. The other started dancing because he was overjoyed that it would come eventually. I am a Christian, not a Hindu, but I appreciate the moral of this story, and I decided to be the one dancing. I also had a verse from the old hymn "Rock of Ages" stuck in my head lately, "Not the labors of my hands can fulfill Thy law's demands. Would my zeal forever show, Would my tears forever flow, All for sin could not atone, Thou must save and Thou alone." We can do everything in our power, but ultimately we have to hand our desire to conceive over to God. So I am still doing my best, but I realized that to be my best that includes a little indulgence here and there. If the gym isn't working for you, stop. Try a different activity. If you're underweight (I was with dd!), eat something. Atomic says one meal isn't going to sway one way or the other, it's over time. So please enjoy your Christmas. Do something special for you like get a massage or manicure or whatever will make you feel good. And you feeling good does help your sway!

Thank you AGAIN and AGAIN!
You are all so wonderful. I'd "kill" to have you ALL close and meet because only between us exist understanding...Around I find no understanding for my "sway".
People would laugh or say "hei, I ate plenty of meat and still have a girl. Haha"
I only live and do everything correct until my next attempt because of a hope...I hope...

Sage, such terrible with the Lyme disease. I am so sorry!! You are so strong! You deserve more then I am a BFP and still not crying like a baby (me).
I am a Christian to and I spent the last year reading books, forums, websites..EVERYTHING! Talked with a lot of doctors, changed them and so on...
I do pray..a lot and I know that only God decides.
I read something the other day regards egg, sperm and the divine connection named entity..which will be baby's soul. If it's not there when the other 2 are, then no fecundation occurs....
You have a DD and I have a DS.
I find it sooo easy in making a boy...and you must probably think the same in your case :))))

Grace & Keepthefaith, FX for you both that AF stays away.

Glad to see you're feeling a bit better, MyByC - it's amazing how much it helps to have others swaying with you who understand. Most people just don't get it.

My temp spiked this am and my O pain was so severe I slept badly (except for a super hot sex dream with one of my favourite fictional heros, Trent Kalamack - I almost NEVER dream due to meds I'm on so I was very pleased for multiple reasons!). I am still having O pain so I really hope I'm not releasing another egg, or if so that only one fertilizes. My CBFM is still giving me High but my OPKs are fading (though still positive, this is the longest surge I've ever had, 4 days in a row!). I had some almost AF like cramping too. But my CM is creamy and cervix is low, firm and closed so I consider myself 1DPO.

I started swaying in November 2013 and TTC Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar with no luck. But 2 of those months I BDed too late, either O day or the day after O, bc of Oing the same day of my first positive OPK. Then I took a break from swaying over the summer. Technically I've been NTNP or TTC since Dec 2011, but I had my miscarriage and it messed me up a lot, and then I moved continents, so most of the time I wasn't really trying. I'm feeling more pressure now for sure.

I had O with my boy and I think it helped A LOT since I immediatelly J&D and did a shower, + it was a release with 4-5 days before my Ov. What a strong boy I have 😄

Maiden, I read that if a egg is fertilised, it instantly kill the other sperm around and make the other eggs to back up...

XX, crazy how similar we are this month! Maybe it's the full moon causing wackiness?

Keepthefaith, my meds prevent me from being able to orgasm. So no big Os for me. Very rarely, like once or twice a year, I might orgasm during a sex dream when my med levrls are at their lowest. Don't think I did last night though.

MyByC, thank you! No, I'm not on Clomid but I naturally hyperovulate and release 2 eggs every few months. And I haven't since August so it's highly likely, ugh. I had a migraine when my estrogen levels peaked this cycle and that only happens in hyperO months usually. I used to want twins but since miscarrying the set I conceived in 2012 and since my back has gotten so much worse, I'm hoping for just a singleton.

What is going on ladies?! My boobs are so sore along the sides of my breasts! I have gone through 2 bras today, because they hurt so bad! My nipples are tender too, and it doesn't help that DS2 is cutting his canines :/! I believe I am only 3dpo. Although on CD 10 I had horrible cramping, a rush of EWCM, with a pink tinge in it. Maybe I Oed earlier? AF is due on the 18th or the 21st, depending on which day I Oed. I currently am on CD 21. This has been going on ALL day and not showing signs of stopping! It feels different than with my other pregnancies, although I wasn't nursing when I got pregnant with both DSs though.

Isn't it too early if I am pregnant?

Xx, it's just to progesterone from Oing. It is too soon to be from pregnancy. BUT it can mean you had a good quality egg that produced a strong corpus luteum that's pumping out lots of P, which will help support a pregnancy if you did conceive. So it can still be a good sign. :)

You continue to be my twin bc my breasts started hurting yesterday/today (I got my cross hairs this morning so I'm 3DPO) and my nipples are sensitive-sore too. I know most of it is probably due to Vitex as that is normal for me taking Vitex even in non TTC months. BUT my breast tenderness doesn't usually kick in until 5-7DPO. Of course my right breast is all sorts of sensitive but it is still recovering from my operation so I'm not sure what is causing what.

Hang in there Keepthefaith!! You are not out until AF shows up! I think there is no easy way. We test early- get a BFN. We wait for AF- she shows up on time or late. After four months and five cycles ttcing, I now am testing a few days after AF should arrive. Last month I tested 12dpo, which was 3 days before AF was due and had a chemical. Now I want to be blissfully ignorant and think AF was late because of late ovulation.

[QUOTE=XXforhubby;661890]Hang in there Keepthefaith!!

Thanks xx makes sense, wish so much hadn't done it! Think this whole ttc thing is harder than I thought! Also struggling to stay focused on Le diet and exercise though I am doing it, just don't feel as motivated. Prob time of year doesn't help!

I would take things one day at a time. If you cheat or skip exercise, there is always tomorrow! Remember, it is not what happens in a day but the overall picture! It gets easier over time. I always allow myself 2 pity days a cycle- the first 2 days AF comes. I don't worry about diet or exercise- I don't go whole hog though! Then I pick myself up by the boot straps and get strict again. This has helped me a lot.

My hope is that we all get our BFPs soon- so we can celebrate together!! ❤️❤️

Hang in there KtF - seems lots of pink swayers get late implanters so you're not out yet.

I really agree with XX, swaying is best taken day by day, even hour by hour, even though it's the big picture that matters. If you have a cheat - mandatory every now and then - enjoy it and then move on to being strict again. I know easier said than done but I have found it helps me too to have such an attitude. Plus, the diet needs to be tolerable - that's more important than stressing about perfection. But I know that you've been doing a great job on the whole with your sway, KtF. Just keep it up. :)

Keepthefaith- don't despair! I got a BFN on 12dpo, and then waited till the day after AF was due and got my BFP.

Ok so I'm gobsmaked! I've got very faint BFP's (took 3 different type tests) I am only 9dpo so it could all come crashing down and be a chemical. I tested today instead of tomorrow as some friends are coming over tonight and was going to have mulled wine. I'm unsure how to feel to be honest.

Ugee- let yourself be excited! There is a good chance it won't be a chemical. Be in the moment.

So I'll be your cheerleader: OMG- you got a BFP!!!! Yay!!!!! Yes I am jumping up and down for you right now!!!

Thanks ladies!

I have to say I'm more positive now it's sunk in! Was shocked that I had any other feelings but pure joy. I had so much running through my mind like 'what if it's an opposite? And was my sway good enough?' Did anyone else think these things?

Now I want all you lovely ladies to join me so we can stay in the same due date thread! So hurry with those BFP (no pressure lol)

Thank you all for every nice comment and encouragement you have given me it's meant more than you'll ever know <3

Yay Ugee, so excited for you! Happy, healthy, sticky vibes your way. I feel like a BFP at 9DPO is unlikely to be a chemical. Fx.

Glad to see more women getting their BFPs! I'm 4 weeks now. Breasts are tender, but no other symptoms, yet! The tender breasts is a new symptom for me this early in pregnancy. Never had this with the girls:)

Soooo, I am either 6 days or 10 days out from AF starting. I have had very creamy CM that has varied between very light brown to very dilute pink in color today. I have only noticed it when I check and not when I wipe- TMI. I have had slight cramping/ pulling sensations off and on since the middle of the night (it woke me up). All of this is different from my pre-AF symptoms, plus it is too early. I am trying not to get my hopes up!

I am nervous 😬😬😬😬!

FX for the rest of us waiting to test!!!

I can't temp- I get too obsessive, plus DS2 lost my thermometer 😆! Probably just as well! I can use opks though. We'll see. I may cave and test on the 17th!

Not feeling as hopeful. TMI- the discharge looks more like spotting after I had a BM. I would be surprised to get a BFP anyway, since my FSH probably needs more time to come down.

I just want AF to come now so I can move on to cycle 6.

GL to the rest of you ladies waiting to test!

XX, Do you usually spot at this point in your LP? I still have hope for you.

I have been dreaming every night! I'm trying not to read too much into it as two of the months earlier this year that I was TTC I had dreams (one per month in my LP), but I've had more dreams in the past 4 days than the whole rest of the year. Really VIVID dreams, too. Actually woke up super early from an awful nightmare just now. My right ovary is really sore again, almost like full on O pain...I'm 5DPO but that's too early for implantation, right? I never felt it with my first 5 pregnancies in my 20s but my O pain was mild or absent then too. I thought I felt implantation with the twins but it wasn't painful.

Man I am SUCH a symptom spotter.

Congrats ugee!!

I think I'm about 12dpo and yesterday I had the weirdest heart thing. It was racing then I felt short of breath. Last night I also felt light headed. Normally I week before AF is due I get super moody too it so far I've been ok plus I haven't had a heap of pimples like I normally get too. Thinking I might test tomorrow but then again maybe I'll wait.

Maiden- I usually spot 3 days before AF, so it would be too early. It is not showing up when I wipe, only when I check my CM. It has changed back to brown. We'll see. I have been having strange pulling type cramps off and on too. Much different than AF cramps.

Mars and Keepthefaith- I am getting excited for you!!

FX for us ladies!!!!!

Probably too early for digital. I do see a second line. I'm guessing you will get a darker line tomorrow or Mon with FMU KTF!

It would definitely be too early for a digital. I don't see a line but I rarely see light ones on my tablet. Plus loads of glare at the moment. Fx it gets darker fast, KTF!

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing:) hoping to see loads of Christmas time bfp's!!! My bleeding picked back up after only 3 days of normal cm. I am ~thinking~ maybe my body skipped o and went straight to af. My boobs got sore before the bleeding picked back up and all the aches and cramping feels just like af. My hcg went from 38 to 17 this past week. Hoping this week I am down to zero:) I am tentatively saying I am on cd6, really hoping to o in a week or so! Fingers crossed my opk's work! I think that is what is worrying me the most.

Emotionally it is hard for me to hang around right now:( but I like checking in on you ladies and love love seeing BFP's!!!!!

Thanks Maiden! Great minds think a like 😉!

The discharge has pretty much gone back to creamy, brownish CM. My breastmilk is dwindling, like last month before my BFP. It usually tanks the day before AF. I am trying to remain hopeful. DH and I resolved that conceiving either at the end of January or February would be great, since he has 2 weeks off for Christmas (he is a Principal of an elementary school). Watch, I'll get a BFP now, because I would rather wait!! That is just my luck!

Baby dust to those of us waiting to test and sticky beans for those that have gotten their BFPs 😘❤️❤️❤️!

I am going to bite the bullet and test with FMU on the 17th, the morning before AF would come at the earliest 😬😬😬! DH wants to know badly and said he would poas if he could 😆! I would rather wait until the 21st, but DH keeps pestering me! Since I am a SATHM, I told him it his his money I may be throwing down the drain! He told me to take a look in my stocking...he put in a box of FRERs and CB Advanced digis! Point taken!!
