Side effects from femara

I am on my second day of femara and have sore thigh muscles. I woke up this morning and noticed it while doing my workout. Has anyone experienced this? My cramping is awful already and I can't help but wonder if it is from taking 3 months of clomid amd going straight into femara. i sure hope my OB knows what she is doing. It is going to be a long month if this continues. :(

I think I remember reading something about joint pain on the side effects. maybe it was something else but could be worth mentioning to your dr. I had no side effects.

I just read that muscle aches are a very common side effect, but that it usually goes away right after your last dose. You are lucky. I always get every side effect from anything I take. I must be super sensitive to medication.

How did your cycle go? Did you produce a decent amount of follicles?

Well I had a few follicles but one dominant one on CD 13, it was 15 mm. I only had one u/s though cause I pay out of pocket. I triggered 3 days later and ovulated 2 days after that. Hopefully it was a good one. I had progesterone done today but don't know results yet.
Good luck this cycle. I like femera way better than clomid. I did have really bad O pain before I o'd though.

My o pain was horrible when I used the trigger last month. So far my side effects are sooo much better on femara. Clomod was really makong me want to quit ttc. Good luck to you! I hope this is your month!

I feel very tired, fatigue with Femara don't feel like doing anything. It almost feels like every piece of body specially joints hurt.

I am on my 4th cycle and dose was increased to 7.5mg. Yes I also had very sharp O pain last cycle.
