BFN last cycle, CD1 today on month #3 so I wanted to take a look at my diet/supplements to see if I am missing anything or if there are things I should improve on.

Mini breakfast: 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter and a LaraBar that has 6g protein,11g fat and 26 carbs
Mid Morning: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 1 packet Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with 1.5 Tablespoon coconut oil added
Lunch: Rotate the following 4 meals weekly: Almond flour chicken fingers, mini meatloafs made w/ almond flour and chopped veggies, beef stew, or Chicken Parm Meatballs made w/ almond flour. Will have a banana with the meal if I am still hungry
Afternoon snack: 4 oz baby carrots and 1 serving of walnuts. Will eat the banana here if it is leftover from lunch.
Afterwork snack: 8 oz Organic Whole Milk and usually whatever I am giving the baby for a snack
Dinner: varies but always protein, and usually a veggie and potato/rice/or noodle. Many meals have cheese added.

I Drink water through out the day, no caffeine, coffee or sodas. AF-O I drink 1 glass a day of lemon water and 8oz of grapefruit juice.

Supplements:
Multi, 200mg CoQ10, Vit D, Folate, Fish Oil, Probiotic, and Organic Wheat Grass Pills.
I talked to Dh and he agreed to take some supplements so I will start him on a multi, 200mg CoQ10, and Vit D.

If anyone has any recommendations or changes let me know.

That all looks good to me! Well done!

Are you managing to squeeze in some strength training too? How is your weight gain?

Those are my weak points: I am overweight already and not weight training, I don't think I am gaining any from eating this way but not losing. I was not one of the lucky women who lost weight while breastfeeding, BF for 17 months and just stopped 7 weeks ago.

Of course if there's any way to add in weights that would be great, but it's looking very good to me!!!
