Hi Ladies- I am hoping to sway pink the next few months and have been trying to gather as much research as I can leading up. One question I haven't been able to find an answer to (I posted this on the introductions forum the other day when I joined so sorry for duplicates) is when I should start my sway diet. The reason it seems tricky is that I'm currently weaning my 11 month old son. My period (AF) has not returned yet. I should be done breastfeeding by the end of this month. I obviously won't start the diet until the baby is fully weaned. Should I start the LE diet before my period returns? Or should I wait until it's back and I'm sure my fertility has returned? I'm concerned my period may take longer to return if I start cut my calories back too soon but wasn't sure if anyone else had info on this.

To give some backstory, my AF returned 2 months after I completely stopped breastfeeding my first DS and then another 3 months after that for us to conceive DS2.

Thanks so much for any ideas! I'm anxious to start my sway but want to give it the best possible go I can. :)

I think I already answered this in another thread, if not please bump it for me.

12 weeks on diet or longer has best results so always keep that in mind.
