Here I am! Not crying yet but I am feeling very down..
DH said we can try HT in 2-3 years time and that makes me feel a bit better, but it doesn't put a smile on my face yet

Thanks for your reply, I do feel better the next day! Now thinking of boy's name and accepting the fact that I gonna have 2 boys whom will play well together, so that's not too bad [emoji4] good luck with your pregnancy Bobster!

I'm sorry it didn't go your way, Pink. But congrats on your healthy boy - I personally think boys should come in pairs like shoes. :)

Thank you Atomic being there for me!! Now, I have to be grateful with this pregnancy and come back to join the dream membership for the HT in 2 years time [emoji16] I convinced DH for that, he always wanted 2 and I'm happy that we gonna have 3 kids [emoji4]

Hi Huni I totally understand how you feel I have three boys and I have to say that whilst it can be heart breaking when you see them together your heart will melt. I am pregnant with baby number 4 and can't sleep with nightmares over it being another boy. We paid £150 for a private early gender scan at 12 weeks and she said girl but I constantly convince myself it was too early and the professional was wrong. I had another scan yesterday at 13 weeks and stared til my eyes are fuzzy. I have a bleed around the sack so should be grateful baby is still in there strong but selfishly gender matters to me this time round. Don't beat yourself if baby number 3 is an option there is still hope.

Sorry you heard boy... I've been there more than once! You are lucky that your husband is on board with HT. Many husbands just say plain NO to Ht. I hope you can enjoy the rest of your pregnancy with the thought of having HT next time. Congrats on your little boy!

Sorry girl. I have 3 boys and my FET girl embryo didn't take so that's a small fortune down the drain. We will be swaying girl but we may have to keep going to get one. May have a whole hockey team! I wish you luck with this baby and number 3. :)

I have been there too. I felt numb. One thing that really lifted my spirits during my pregnancy was talking with our next door neighbor kids, a boy and a girl, then age 8 and 11. The girl told my little boy and me how upset she was when she found out her mom was having a boy. Her brother looked up at her in disgust and said to my son, "You are soooo lucky you're getting a brother." My son idolized this boy, and he was utterly thrilled by that proclamation. For the rest of my pregnancy, he would say, "I am SOOOO lucky I'm getting a brother!" His happy words helped too when I endure the rude comments from people about my second being a boy. I have a video I took on the night my water broke, as I waited for DH to get home to drive me to the hospital. My little guy was racing around the house whoopingn and cheering and yelling, "MY BROTHER IS COMING! MY BROTHER IS COMING!" And they adore each other. Enjoy your pregnancy - wishing you a healthy, happy little baby! xoxox

I felt the same way a couple years back when I found out we were having boy #2. Looking back now I'm so glad DS1 has a little brother. They play together all day and I love it when they can make each other laugh just by sitting at the table making faces at one another. It's really a special bond they have. I think they're very lucky to have one another and so is your DS to get a little brother. :)

I do think 2 brothers are bonding better than one of each, specially my son is really into boys games(planes, balls, buses and cars) and he is always looking at older boys in the playground.. Just the selfish side of me making me feel so sad [emoji20]

Sorry to hear about your FET, I hope you can get what you want with swaying, I'm like you, I'll try HT for 1-2 cycles, if that doesn't work, I'll go back to sway my last kid, and if I have 3 boys, then I guess the God is choosing the best for me and I'll have to accept it! (Although I'm not religious, I like to think this way) [emoji4]
