I think I normally get little twinges in my uterus around 5 or 6dpo when I have been pregnant but nothing this month :(

Temps are still lower than normal for me post O and still unsure when I ovulated, today is either 2 or 4 DPO. I also have been feeling some cramping/twinges the last couple of days. The one time it felt like when you have an twitch/jumping in your muscle that you can't stop but on my lower left side where tubes would be, really weird feeling. Had blood work done on Monday and the levels lead me to believe that I am 4DPO but I could be wrong.

I have O'd anywhere from CD13-20 in the past. Hopefully tomorrow's temp climbs up so I can stop guessing. I have a progesterone level check next Monday so maybe that will clue me in more.

Tfahn that is a tough one and agree you could be 2 or 4dpo - has your cm shifted to post o? I am in the same boat as you. My temps are even more unreadable than yours. If not for my cm being post o I would not think I've oed. The spike I did get with an open circle after pos opk is unreliable and I don't think it would have been that high if it was a normal mornings temp, I'm actually leaning towards discarding it but waiting to see what happens.I was hoping yesterday's dip was a fall back rise but it hasn't spiked again this morning so at the moment I'm flying blind. All I know is I have oed - my cm is usually very consistent.28944

My friend finds out gender today.. /: I just know it's a boy.. All my friends and family have had or are having boys this year [emoji20] it's so hard..

That's a tough chart PBN, I wish there was a way we could know for sure that we O'd. I don't check CM everyday, I only notate it on my chart when I notice EWCM, which the last day for that was on CD19. Hopefully our charts start making sense. :fx:

I got my first +OPK on Saturday evening and had bloodwork on Monday(I'm supposed to go the next day but being the weekend I had to wait). The numbers were really different from last month so I am not sure if my numbers dropped lower because the extra day in there meaning I already ovulated and the numbers were lowering naturally, or if I just have bad eggs this month, or that I haven't ovulated at all which has never happened before.

I had the HSG procedure this month so I don't know if that is screwing with my cycle or not, I looked online and read a few people had messed up cycles after doing the HSG which doesn't make sense since the test does nothing to your hormones. a Few people even had no ovulation the month of the test which might be me if my temp doesn't jump tomorrow. I have an appt with the RE doctor next Tuesday to pick up a script for Clomid next month if I don't get a BFP this cycle.

I will be cd15 tomorrow and I will be having my first follicle scan. I have been tossing up between not going for the scan and going for the scan. I would just feel more comfortable if I know whats going on in there its just it costs 300 dollars which is alot of money so close to xmas! Anyway I will let you know how it goes. It is hard seeing others with what you want and wondering why not me? Try to keep positive as you might be pregnant with your boy soon. Swaying stats on here for boys are so high so you have such a good chance that you will have a successful sway!

Having said all that I'm still super jealous of my friends who just got a girl without trying but then I remember how awesome DS2 is and I wouldn't swap him for anything!

It is her first. They didn't care- though I feel like everyone has a preference.. Some stronger than others of course. The stats are encouraging for sure. And my lifestyle is 180 degrees from when I conceived DD.. So I much more boy friendly. Night and day from a year ago. I just have this sick feeling that I'll just never get that boy.. Even if the stars align and I do everything right.. Mother Nature, God, karma whatever is going to just give me girl after girl after girl. Regardless what I do.. I'm terrified [emoji20]

Yep I definitely feel like I can only make boys. My preference before kids was to have a girl first so I knew I had one and then either a boy or another girl. I thought having two boys was the worst option! Now it's hard to imagine anything else but I still have a strong desire for a girl. It would be so much easier to be one of those people who didn't mind either way.

Well there is a good chance of at least one boy :) You might even end up with all boys and come back here for a girl sway :)
Are you in the US? Adoption is pretty difficult here so it's not as common and normally only infertile couples go with the option. I think the US has more babies available though.

Edit: Sorry I just read your next post. I do think in time your GD will ease. Yiu may find your fears about having a girl arent so bad. Sorry to make it sound like you have lots of chances. I personally dreaded the idea of being a all boy mum but 7 years into it and its not really that bad.

Pinkin, the can see how many follie, which side they are on and the size. Mine from memory (when I checked my notes yesterday) were 16mm and 18.5mm. I then ovulated around day 18/19. I just had the one each time but I know someone who had 3 on 50mg so she had to drop to 25mg. That is pretty unusual though!

I still don't think I ovulated on Monday because I had bloodwork done that day and the Estradiol number was pretty low. I guess if I did ovulate that day the egg quality would be really low and not really good chances for this month. My theory was I ovulated on Saturday or Sunday and the Estradiol already started to lower by the time I had the blood drawn on Monday, at least that is what I am telling myself :)

Can u see my chart? I take my temp at 6:30 every morning but have had a couple nights where the kids have woken me up and I had taken my tent after an hour or 2 of sleep. example: a kid wakes up at 4:30 am, I walk from my bed to theirs with my thermometer, sleep for two hours and then temp. I put notes on the day that I thought were questionable temps. I've had ewcm the past couple of days and ovulating pains.

I would say either O on cd14 or cd16. Typically your temps will drop for a bit and puns 7-8dpo and go slowly back up if your pregnant.

Quinn does your thermometer do 1 or 2 after the decimal? With my single digits thermometer, I get a lot of flat line temps, but if I check them with the two digit one, they're not exactly the same.

Hopefully. I took my temp later and it was different so I know it has the ability to change. I read online it meant hormones were good but I never know what to believe.

I did a Google search of my name as I sometimes like to check my internet pressence and make sure nothing bad comes up. My name spelling is a bit different so it is generally all related to me. Anyway, I'm pretty annoyed as I found a baby registry page come up on 'the bump' website which has my m/c due date listed. I signed up for their emails and ticker but cancelled it all when I had the m/c.

I'm going to find some contact details and complain as I'm not happy they published my full name on the page and that I didn't even request to have a registry! They should be a lot more careful where they publish people's names. I'm not sure why I put my real name down when I signed up but I wouldn't have expected them to create a webpage for me without asking!

I guess it's a good reminder to be more careful if you don't want the whole world knowing your business.

I sent an email requesting it to be deleted and also a general complaint and it was removed in 4 minutes! I guess I can't complain about that service. It will take up to 28 days to be removed from google but it if people just search my name it doesn't come up straight away, it was when I excluded a the common spelling of my name that is came up.

I usually o around 14 days but I must have oed late last month because I was over a week late. I took an opk Wednesday and it looked about 2 days from a positive. I ran out of opk so trying just to be through this cycle every 3 days and hope for the best.

Hi all. I am currently 3dpo & this is our first cycle ttc swaying boy. We have 3 beautiful girls & this will be our last baby. I would love a boy, but DH in particular really, really craves a boy. My GD isn't too bad but it is DH I worry about if our last baby is another girl. I know he will love the baby regardless but feel that there will be a part of him that will always be a bit disappointed IYKWIM. We tried shettles with our 3rd daughter (even though we ended up BD more than just O day as I was getting impatient that it was taking a couple of cycles to get preg) & obviously it didn't work, so this time around I have done a lot more research. DH still couldn't really let go of the shettles timing though so we were using condoms until I got my +opk. We BD night of +opk (0-2), the next morning (0-1) & then the night of O. I was hoping to get more attempts than that in but unfortunately DH was sick, he ended up on anti-biotics & was working a lot too so was too exhausted. Why oh why did he have to get sick just before O time. I have been on HE diet for quite awhile now, we were going to ttc last cycle but things just weren't right with my sway yet. I was going to try to hold out until 10dpo to test (27th) but doubt I will be able to hold out that long. Will probably start at 7/8 dpo just to see if I can see any squinters lol. I can be a bit of a poas addict.

Quinn this looks like a 10dpo test to me. At 12dpo my FRER was pretty dark. I bet you'll have nice dark lines in 48 hours! Congrats!!!

So I caved and did a test at 10dpo but only a 2 hour hold. I can see a super faint line but I think its that famous frer shadow line.

It wasn't a big hold but my urine looked concentrated. I have no idea if that would mean more posdible hcg or not?

Farm girl- welcome. I had 2 boys dtd every other day, I think 3-4 days in a row sound good. It takes sperm 24 hours to replenish so don't over do it!

Purple I had some red spotting on 9dpo and was sure it meant I was out. I've had the same thing on cycles where af comes.

I hope the spotting is just from implantation Purple! Cramps don't always mean AF is coming. I had the worst cramps with DS1 around 11/12 dpo and I was so sure AF was on her way that I had a glass of wine! FX for you! :)

Got a high reading on the advanced OPK this morning at cd19 which is earlier than last cycle. I probably won't ovulate for several more days though since I seem to get 4-5 days of high readings before peak.

Feeling just a bit silly! Who on earth tears up and gets emotional when they hear john lennons Christmas song on the radio hahaha!! No more spotting other than a tiny tint in my cm this morning but I'm in no way hopeful. It is good to hear that others have felt really crampy at 10/11dpo though. I realised if next cycle is like this one I would be due for AF pretty much on my m/c DD... I can already image the emotional wreak I will be then, good thing I'm on leave from work then.

I tested on Friday 11dpo and it was negative. Haven't tested after that. I'm pretty sure I'm out. I've been crampy almost a week now. AF is due around Tuesday. I'm disappointed, I really wanted to be pregnant now and enjoy Christmas. I had a cheat day today, we had DS1's birthday. Also planning to have a cheat day on Christmas Eve. I feel like I'm more relaxed about LE and all this swaying stuff. Even though most of the days I'm pretty strict with my diet. But I think I'm in a place where I don't obsess about my sway anymore and that's a good thing.

I started my swaying again. :( I had completely dropped everything when I got my bfp but my tests have not gotten any darker. The wondfo is slightly darker but the frer are the same, even when I used fmu this morning. I'm also feeling down. I feel like I have no one to really talk to.

So sorry Quinn that your tests have not gotten any darker. Are you having a repeat HCG test tomorrow to see if the numbers increased? Maybe its just a slower riser, don't give up hope yet; I would trust the blood test numbers more. Was this a Clomid cycle?

With DD#1 I had a positive at 10 DPO so I guess that is why I was thinking I would see one this morning. I wish my O was more definable this month, I hate not knowing which day it occurred. I don't think I am 8 dpo just because of the lab work I had that last week looks to me that I had already ovulated so maybe I am only 9 DPO?

I have a follow up appt with my RE in an hour. They want to give me a script for Clomid to use next month if I don't get a BFP this week; I really hate that it sways pink but as Atomic says you can't get you GD if you not get pregnant and I really would be ok with another DD. I believe it will be 50mg and taken CD3-7.

Keep your hopes up, I let myself be sad for a little this morning and tried not to wallow too much as it doesn't really change anything; trying to think positive :)

Also a little annoyed with DH, we haven't done the SA yet. I texted him today to see if he would do it since the RE will surely ask. His reply: Prefer not, but if its what I want he would do it.

Really? I have done atleast 6 different blood draws, had a HSG done and will be taking drugs next month. Is it too much to ask to take a couple minutes at home and produce a sample in a cup? :)
I think his downfall is that he has to be with when we take the sample into the office to show his ID. Whatever, when I had my HSG done they had to clamp my cervix because they couldn't get the cath in!! So yes he will be doing the test, LOL!

Tfahn is this your first experience with a RE? I needed one for my last dd. I never know how to take dh's in this experience. Do they feel the same we do and just hide it? My dh told me to stop speculating and he'll wait for the dr and our next blood draw. I think he's trying to keep himself busy. They probably also feel pretty uncomfortable to give a specimen. I know I would!!

I have a few friends that have had boys on clomid so I'm keeping my hopes up. We may actually go for the IUI next month. We just want to be pregnant.

Yes just started going to the RE last month, had no issues getting pregnant with DD#1 as it only took 2 months off BCP to get a BFP. Quick appt with RE today but got a script for Clomid to use CD 3-7 if we don't get a BFP this month. The RE made me feel better that the odds of twins don't go up due to my age so only 7-10% chance of twins and doesn't increase chances for triplets or above. DH's mother is a twin so its always in the back of my mind, lol.

I would consider IUI in a few months if just Clomid doesn't work.

Pinkin definately had symptoms but I didn't pay them much mind as I feel like I've been ttc forever but here's what I distinctly remember:

2dpo - I even wrote this in here! I had strange pulsing twinges of pain around lh ovary area.

7dpo - I ate breakfast for the first time in probably a year!!! I was hungry early morning which I never am. Edited to add - oddly emotional!!

8dpo - breakfast again and by nearly lunch I was soo hungry my legs felt weak. Had a bout of indigestion after eating (which I blamed on the mcdonald's, I was out and about and had to eat and this was the quickest feed I could get). Later that afternoon I had a major head spin!! Then last night I had the weirdest, strangest pregnancy dream!!!! (Or nightmare is probably more accurate - it involved triplets [emoji23] )

And this morning at 9dpo well nothing yet other than just a couple very minor twinges (which is hopefully little bean snuggling in!)

Still waiting for AF to start any minute. I checked my cervix and there was blood so it's going to start soon. Maybe cycle 8 will be my lucky one... and I will be due the same week as my two boys birthdays. DS1s LMP was dec 15, DS2s LMP was dec 19 and this cycle will start dec 23. A nice 4 day apart pattern to match birthdays that are 4 days apart.

DH was gone on a work trip to Germany for a week leading up to O, but came back the day after my +opk and that was the only dtd we've had in the past 3 weeks!!!! I'm 10dpo today :( Yesterdays was definately a pink line (I did another last night and even my blind as a bat husband could see it. This mornings was lighter and those pics taken around 5 minutes mark so wouldn't think an evap line would form by then? Less colour but hoping the test was less sensitive. Tfahn, I've always found 11dpo to be the best day to test. Anything else seems too early.

Well my second hcg was 22 so definitely didn't double from 20. I'm just waiting for it to be over now. Was really hoping I would start today but it looks like it will be tomorrow. I'm annoyed now because I'm off for two weeks and my first IUI was supposed to be over break. Now it looks like it's going to be my first day back to work. :(

Has anyone with a chemical ever had a dilated cervix? I've been so uncomfortable all day and that's what it feels like. It seems too early for that to happen.

Pinkin - Yup I'm swaying for a boy. I have 3 girls & our limit is 4 kids so this is my last chance at swaying.

Well yesterday afternoon at 6dpo I started having a bit of queasiness. I wouldn't call it nausea, but just a bit of a queasy feeling. And the last day or so have been feeling extremely tired, but that could be put down to the fact that things have been so hectic around here lately & I feel like I haven't had any time off in a long time. Today (7dpo)I was queasy on & off & it settled by mid afternoon. Still been able to eat & drink as normal though, no food aversions. Trying hard not to get my hopes up & not symptom spot too much.

I thought about that too. Just in case. Even though I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. Today almost all the shops are closed but some pharmacys are open. I think I will go and buy a test tomorrow if AF hasn't arrived. I did an ovulation test yesterday morning but there was only a really faint line.

Thanks everyone for your kind words. It's been kind of a sad for Christmas. My dh has a little bit of hope it will work out but I know better. I really just want to start so I can move on. I can't believe I haven't yet. Of course my exercise, diet has been horrible the past couple weeks. Oh well, going to the RE for final betas tomorrow.

I made this test this morning from FMU. Do I see some reaaaally faint? I'm 18 or 19 dpo. So I really think AF will arrive any moment. Line should be much darker at this point if I was pregnant right?

I think i can see a shadow of a line but cant tell if it has colour? How long after you did the test was the photo taken? And it would depend on the sensitivity of the test as to how dark the line would be. What brand hpt is it? I've got my fx super tight for you!!!

Picture was taken after 5min. It's not really sensitive test, in the package it says you can test the first day when you miss your period.

They are getting darker (: last night it was dark but Just barely wasn't darker than the control line so I'm thinking today will be my first pos opk! Finally I can make another attempt! I also ordered preseed this time. Should be interesting! :p

About 3 and a bit weeks til I take it, not sure what the NIPT is? Harmony is the blood test at 10wks that tells you if the chromosomes are normal/abnormal and includes the XY/xx one as well.

I just googled it and harmony is a type of NIPT (non invasive prenatal test). Same as verify, materni etc. Same things different names but looks like harmony is popular in australia. I see its not rebated by medicare so I'll ring my private health insurer and see if there's any rebate from it. Will be getting regardless :).

I keep going back and forth whether to tell my mum or not. She was never keen on the idea and was a bit (unintentionally i hope) insensitive about the whole ttc thing when she visited last. Think I'll wait till I've had the testing done and go from there.

No I have put myself back on the pill so I can track my cycles better and start again in mid February for transfer early March.

O is back and on time! :)

I tested this morning and it was negative. Tested just now and it's positive! We already bd this morning since we are on EOD right now. So should I skip tomorrow? Or should I dtd at least 24 hours from the last bding??

Here is my FF chart.. When do you all suggest I dtd?? Not that timing plays a very big factor I know but in your experience boy moms :)
