I do have an app with another doctor, it's just there isn't really a cause of concern of progesterone, since I have no issues. Doc said the polyp was what interfere with the pregnancy. I'm just trying my best to stay happy and looking forward to being pregnant again. It's just stressful lol

CD1 for me too! AF finally arrived at 16dpo. My normal LP is 13 days so I actually got a twinge of hope at the end even though I knew my chances were super slim. We leave for our spring break Mexico trip on Sunday so hopefully AF is almost over by then.

I am very irregular with ovulation, somewhere between cd14-18 usually but have had it as late as cd22 a few months ago!! I'm going to stick to e4days this month, but will keep an eye on when I ovulate to try to ensure that one of my days is nice and close to it!

Get so hungry and lethargic during AF ! Trying not to cheat and keep focussed X

Couldn't resist did one anyway tonight and its come back negative after nine days po unsurprisingly maybe . Can't make up my mind how I will feel if it's positive or negative as I will be gutted I've not got pregnant but worries it's a boy if I am because ive not been swaying pink enough and I'm crap with food and diet. So it's down to supplements for us both and timing I think and exercise . I'm on a five mile run tomorrow gulp. The whole bloody thing is so hard ttc, tttc pink ivf all of it. Shouldn't be so difficult surely, wish I didn't feel as strongly about it as I do. Got a feeling it's a Bfn this cycle anyway. On the positive side more of a chance to get pink, other half is on board with cranberry and now I'm getting him olive leaf as well so hopefully his army will be more inclined to be a pink army not blue .

Pbn FX Clomid does the trick for you!! Really really hope you get your sticky BFP soon!

Pinklady, DH should take cranberry or OLE, not both. They're blood thinners so it's not safe for him to use both supplements. 9dpo is still pretty early to test especially if it's not with FMU. FX for a BFP in the next few days.

Well the RE's office called and I actually don't have to do the other test they had me scheduled for! Yay! Instead we have our consult in a couple weeks. :) I'm really tempted to try this cycle but I'm also interested in hearing what the RE has to say now that all of our test results have come back, plus we've paid a lot out of pocket since our insurance didn't cover all of it.

Honeybug, I did take Clomid this cycle. Actually a lower dose than 2 cycles ago but even worse side effects this time. I was supposed to do injections as well but have been too unwell.
Still waiting to recover, I was out for over a week last time. I don't think I can handle a 3rd cycle.

Ksmom I would be so torn in your position whether to try this cycle or wait until RE appointment! I probably would try as what's the worst that could happen? A bfn? But then again it would be such a relief to get your results first then you wouldn't be wondering 'should I have skipped?' Tough decision, all I can say is go with your gut feeling :)

Maiden I take 50mg clomid days 3-7 so start tomorrow!!

Essnce I'm really not keen on a xmas baby either BUT will take what I can get now lol! Worked out my due date would be 28th Dec so being a c-section mum would mean possibly I'd deliver prior to the 20th. Awful timing 😂 but I'll just have to be super organised and ready for xmas prior to going to hospital!

I understand this but after 14 months ttc I'm over waiting if I do my transfer when I think I will (depending on lining) I will have a 3 Jan 17 due baby, hopefully I don't go early.

As a guess with many considerations like when AF will come, expecting her sat/sun, and with bad lining I usually transfer late so thinking and hoping the 18th of April that's pretty late and I'm happy with that to hopefully avoid a dec baby. 3 Jan would be my due date.

I have these same fears, DH is only having this third child because of me he isn't keen on another baby and I really want this third baby to try for a girl, it will be hard if it's another boy but I know he will be adored just like my other boys, I just hope I won't have depression from it initially! But with doing IVF (no gender selection) I guess there's not to much stress with it dieting etc my baby's gender is already decided it is what it is.

Well every month I'm practically sitting out because DH is still doing pull out, but when I got pregnant last time I had skipped TTC in March and April for that reason. I go into labor on my own during the 38th week so that would be around Dec 15th or so with an end of Dec due date. We'll be in Mexico on spring break right up until the day before O so I'll just see what happens. I have an appointment with an obgyn who specializes in fertility next month. To look into my super heavy periods, iron issues, MTHFR mutation, and fibroids. I think I need an ultrasound and MRI to see what's going on.

DH says we should bd every day until I get a temp shift and confirm ovulation lol,
I should be ovulating in 2 more days, opk is dark as control line but I think I ovulate once it's darker than control line.
Not very hopeful this cycle though.

I'm about 5dpo & have attached my chart for those on tapatalk. Too early for any symptom spotting but counting down until I can start testing. I will just be using IC's to test with until at least 10dpo. Won't start testing until at least 7 or 8 dpo. Not feeling confident this cycle anyway, wish we could have bd more. Oh well, what is meant to be will be.

Farmgirl looking at your chart you've marked cp as hs and cm as w the day after ff has given you crosshairs. I can also see in the past you've oed 2 days after pos opk. I think there's a good possibility that you oed cd18. The open circle temp on cd19 was that temp taken earlier than usual?

I take my clomid about 1 hour before bed, I wantes to lessen any side effects while at work or taking care of my DD in the evening. This is my second cycle on them and other then a few headaches I can't say I had any other issues.

As far as the December Birthdays, when TTC #1 we started trying in Jan and Feb but got BFN's, I considered skipping trying in March due to the December due date. Decided I didn't want to skip any chances and ended up getting pregnant that month. Due date was 12/22 but do to her breech position I had To have a C-Section on 12/12.

I would totally be ok with another December due date, just ready for another baby.

Talked to DH last night and he wants to go ahead with trying this cycle. He didn't even hesitate to answer when I asked him. lol I'm CD11 today and I got a flashing smiley on the advanced OPK this morning! I NEVER get a high reading this early! I was so shocked but I kinda wondered if my body was gearing up for O early since I tend to get severe heartburn within a week of O and I woke up with it on CD8. When I had the HSG the rad tech was saying there's a lot of women that successfully get pregnant after having it done so she was like "so you should be ovulating sometime this week right? Better get on that ;)"LOL :bigsmile:

First response opk is a tad bit darker than control line not much but I usually ovulate when test line is darker, yesterday I had ewcm and today it's seems watery? It does stretch but I had a ton yesterday, so strange. Temps are weird so based on opks I will be ovulating by tomorrow or following day.

Is having less cm good for girl sway? I always have a lot this is strange unless it picks up tmrw

I hope we're able to conceive this cycle and I hope it's sticky because having three chemical pregnancies in a row really got me down. I'm worried though because even though AF has been lighter, it's long. I'm still spotting even on CD11. Makes me worry my hormones are out of whack.

Ksmom I noticed last year when I was well into the le diet that my period too went from 5-6 days to 5-6 days followed by 3ish days of spotting (mostly noticed when I wiped and was on and off for the 3ish days). I even remember one cycle I spotted up to cd10. I haven't been on the diet since nov/dec last year and I'm still having spotting following af. Sometimes I'll even go a day or so of nothing after af then I'll start spotting for two days. Its frustrating but what can you do lol? I'm still ovulating and my cycles are still the same so I just roll with it :)

Pbn, that's so strange! I wonder what causes it?? Must be hormonal changes from LE diet maybe? AF seemed like she was pretty much done on the morning of CD8 but then I had my HSG that day then the bleeding started up again. Whether it was the procedure or not, it's annoying to always be wearing a sanitary pad. lol I have noticed that I've been ovulating much earlier than normal in the past couple of cycles but my LP is still the same. We'll see what happens this cycle.

Yours very well may be from the hsg. I've noticed my spotting actually looks like old blood and it sometimes coincides with minor pinching pains I feel in ovary area? But then it stops altogether by cd10. Not sure on the hormonal changes? I used to think that but I've been off diet for ages now?

I don't know if the diet could have a lingering effect or not after going off it. I know it takes awhile for the body to notice a change while on LE so maybe it's the same when going off it...don't know though. lol I just hope it doesn't affect our chances of getting our sticky beans. :)

Yeah pbn my temp on the 19th (cd17) was taken at 5.10am as we were up early to go away for the day. The next day temp was taken at 5.50am which is more like my normal time. Given that I may have o'd a day later than ff thinks I will try holding off until Sunday or probably even Monday to test. I don't think I really want to face a bfn on Easter Sunday.

Me 🙈 I'm according to friends and family chart anyway 10 days post ovulation did a fr test yesterday and it was negative. So wondering if it's too early to test yet or if it's just another bfn ! Feeling quite down in the dumps today, don't think I will ever get my baby girl.

Thanks. My chart is looking good, different to any others I've had including my chart from 2012 when I conceived dd3. Trying not to get my hopes up though as I think it's too early to really tell much from my chart.

Farmgirl, I agree with Pbn3, I think you Oed 2 days later.

ksmom and Pbn3, I too have been spotting (very lightly and exclusively brown, but still) long after AF since I started doing the LE diet. My actual days of flow, which used to be 3, are now sometimes just 1-2 and generally very light. On Vitex the post AF spotting would last for over a week sometimes! Off it, it's not usually more than 3-5 days but still annoying. I do think it's hormonal bc after taking Clomid my AF is much heavier/3 days like before and I only spot a day or so after. So whatever the issue is, Clomid fixes it. If only I tolerated it better!

I don't think the time of day matters when taking Clomid, personally. It stays in the body so long that it shouldn't matter. And I've taken it different times of day but no matter what, I feel terrible for a week after my last dose. It does seem that different women have widely varying reactions. I've always been exceptionally hypersensitive to high estrogen so that's no doubt why I respond so poorly. Fx no one else suffers like I or Momamia.

Opk first response test line was almost darker than control line, today it is way darker, temps are just off this cycle and been waking up different times, but by temps I think I will ovulate today or tmrw. So going to try to get another BD tonight in after midnight so it's past 24 hrs.
More ewcm today had some yesterday and day before.

I did have very little pink blood tinge cm today maybe from BD not sure

Princessmom, I tend to get pink or red tinged CM when it's close to O time. Yours could be from that too. I really don't think it matters if you record BD as PM of yesterday or AM today. It doesn't really change anything. If you DTD before going to sleep then personally I'd note it as PM yesterday.

My cycle is usually 28 29 days and think I ovulated Monday or Tuesday . Woke up today feeling really down and quite irritable. Now I'm really bloated and I have this pain in my left side it really hurts, where I imagined ovarery is. It actually is quite uncomfortable and painful don't know what that's all about. I have never been early, maybe a day at the most and sometimes im late so I don't think it could be af pain. Any ideas ??

I had a ton of Watery CM yesterday and even more today with a bit of EWCM. I'm on CD12 and this is really early for me to have so much fertile CM while on the LE diet, and ESPECIALLY while on Clomid. My first cycle on Clomid I was very dry with only EWCM on O day, CD16. I'm hoping that this means I'll O soon, especially as I've been having a lot of ovary pain and my OPKs have been pretty dark since I started testing 3 days ago. The plan is to attempt tonight and then every other day. Maybe even every day depending on what my OPKs do. I'm 35 now and ready to be pregnant! Hopefully plenty of fertile CM + Clomid + multiple attempts does the trick. I'd love an early Dec baby.

I finally got a positive OPK last evening and a really positive one this morning. Had EWCM Friday and Saturday so hopefully I O tomorrow. We BD'd the last 2 nights and will continue daily BD until temp rise confirming O. Hopefully the 100mg of clomid this cycle does the trick.

Not sure I ovulated yesterday or day before, but tmrw FF will give me cross hairs, hoping for a bigger spike tomorrow. Temps before o were kinda steady also, this happen few years ago when I had a chemical before. Also is it normal if creamy cm seems little stretchy ?

Princessmom it looks like you O'ed on CD16. Stretchy CM can be normal in the TWW. Mine is often creamy but kinda stretchy after I've O'ed.


I was really hoping to get a pos. OPK today so we can BD because our last attempt was four days ago on CD10. I'm worried about missing O but I've tested twice today and the OPK is still neg. I'm just paranoid because my CM went from eggwhite/watery to more creamy and I keep thinking what if I O'ed without ever getting a peak reading or pos. OPK. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll get a positive so we can have our attempt. I'm actually out of regular OPKs and only have the digital but tomorrow the wondfo cheapies I usually use are coming in the mail.

I'm still around just staying in background. AF showed up yesterday and is here with a vengeance, it's the second once since d&c. After discussion and consideration DH and I have decided to stop swaying. We are going to leave our baby's gender up to God, chance, because in the end it's all that this really is because there are some great sways that fail anyway. We both wan our little girl but we feel with just want a baby right now and the swaying is hindering my fertility. Also my health is really suffering with the LE diet and if I don't get back to my dr recommended diet and vitamins I won't be healthy enough to carry a healthy baby. I am concerned that the swaying might have factored into the loss of my twins in Jan. So I'll still be here ttc our precious #4 but leaving gender in Gods hands.

Signingmommy I'm so sorry :( we both started miscarrying around the same time in January and I've never forgotten you, kept hoping once I had no hope that yours would end differently :( I am also just ttc. I gave up swaying after doing it for the better part of last year and just wish I'd had more fertility testing done earlier than later so I didn't waste so much time... Please don't think swaying had anything to do with your mc, you're carrying unnecessary guilt over that if you think it caused it. Many women naturally live the (pink) lifestyle day in day out. It's their normal. The healthiest women can and do miscarry. Your health really should not be suffering on the le diet, can you break down what you were doing sway wise and nutrition intake? Maybe you were too close to the lower limits? I'm not trying in any way to minimise or contradict your feelings but us women feel enough guilt over a mc without pointing the finger even further at ourselves and what we were doing at the time. I hope this makes sense and I hope even more you conceive your very sticky (lets say super glued) rainbow baby this cycle coming.

Ksmom, it's not uncommon to have a patch of fertile CM, especially earlier than usual, and then have your CM turn creamy for a bit before you get a second wave if fertile CM. That has happened to me several cycles while swaying.

I'd love to use opks but my ob told me to dtd e2d from cd8-18 not chart not use opks. So I have to chart lol it will stress me waaayyy more than not doing it and I'm on the fence about buying opks but hope I can at least stick to not using them!

I had an awful migraine last night so didn't manage to attempt. This happened last time I was on Clomid - I was so unwell I couldn't function and get as many attempts as I wanted. CD15 for me and my 5th day of a high reading on the OPK. :sigh: We had our attempt last night because I was actually in the mood and that's unusual for me while on LE. lol I'm usually only ever in the mood if I'm close to O. I made sure to elevate my hips afterward just in case this ends being "the" attempt for this cycle. The last two cycles I've had really short LH surges where I get just one day of pos. OPKs versus my usual two. The diet or the exercise must be shortening my surges or something. FX I get a pos. OPK today!

Had post +OPK bloodwork done this morning (RE isn't open on Sundays) and I think it is safe to say I already ovulated. My LH hormone is down and my progesterone has already started to rise (2.81). I will try for another attempt tonight to make it 4 attempts in the fertile window. Fingers crossed for good progesterone levels during my LP so I don't have to supplement. Should be testing starting on 4/6, guess we need an April 2WW thread. :)

I think I have some pcos tendencies. When I first started the le diet and was eating so many white carbs, I was losing about 1lb a month! Even with exercise!! When I started bringing some brown carbs back in, the weight definitely started to come off again.
Am having more protein than before, but still vegetarian and skipping breakfast. It's a bit of a mixed up version of the diet, but is allowing weight loss!

Princess, many of us have (I can think of at least a dozen cases) used Clomid without a script, including myself. It is a very safe drug when used at lower doses especially.

Jenny, sounds like it's good you switched away from standard LE/refined carbs. I've begun to wonder if PCOS/tendencies ladies who say properly have a better chance at pink than other multi boy moms, as a big factor that was swaying blue for them is cancelled by the diet/exercise. It's the obsessive/anxious, always been thin, high metabolism, very fertile boy moms that seem to be the most 'set' for blue in ways that swaying can't change as much. Sucks for us, but I'm glad for you. ;)

Yes, temps while taking Clomid will be significantly elevated, and can remain so for several days after. It's why I didn't temp for so long this cycle - my temps were crazy high, well into post O range. My temps never got as low as they usually did last time, and it looks like this Clomid cycle will be the same. Even the cycle after Clomid, my pre O temps were higher than usual. You will still see a shift but it may be subtle and you may not have enough low pre O temps to suit traditional FAM rules.

June/July so not far but I just don't know if I want to, I'm so over IVF, drugs, dr appts the stress. Do you think I should try rinsing the syringe out with a little distilled water and squirting that up me? He already has low count so I really want every sperm!

I would highly recommend it! I had a lot of anxiety during NT and anatomy scans looking for clues, but now with about 50 days to go, I've just been enjoying it! Allows me to look at both opportunities throughout the pregnancy and I know when Doctor pulls baby out and says, "It's a...!" I won't have to worry about GD. Just glad I got to enjoy every bit of this pregnancy!

Magical, I was thinking of doing it now, 2.5 hours after insemination. I've been lying down that whole time. My plan is to go pee, then rinse out the syringe with a little distilled wayer (and maybe add a little sperm friendly lube?) And squirt. Or are any sperm already dead bc of the fluid drying up for the most part?

I'm pretty sure I will O tomorrow, possibly sooner, so time is of the essence - in 2 days will be too late. I will try for another attempt tonight or tomorrow am but I'm worried his sperm count and volume will be badly affected. I'll still try though.

OPKs are still negative (getting lighter in fact!) and am now on my sixth day of a high reading. Pretty sure I'm not going to O anytime soon. :/ Oh well.

Maiden I would think the water would wash away the sperm but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try? Hopefully you inseminated with enough swimmers to conceive. I'll keep my fingers crossed you'll be able to get in at least one more attempt!

ksmom, I bet you'll see a positive and O in the next few days. But I know how frustrating it is when OPKs suggest O isn't yet imminent. I've had them fade out for a day or two before suddenly turning positive out of the blue, and I suspect that's what will happen this cycle to you.

My OPKs have been looking like they typically do 1-2 days before I get my positive...for 5 days in a row, with absolutely no progression. Every day exactly the same darkness. Very strange and stressful.

The night of our attempt on cd14 I had no fertile cm at all...it was more like how it is post-O so I don't know how sperm friendly it would have been. It went back to egg white yesterday. I'm trying to stick with E4D so if I don't get a pos. OPK or O by Thursday then we'll BD again. I just want to O already so I can get through the TWW sooner! lol It sounds like O is very close for you so FX it will happen soon. I hate when OPKs stay the same darkness! I've had that happen in many of my cycles and it drives me nuts. Would Clomid be causing that for you?

Sorry I haven't been in to post, we have had a couple of busy days catching up with family over Easter & celebrating dd3's 3rd birthday as well. Chart looks better if I leave it on advanced settings but if I change it to FAM & it changes my o day to cd20 my chart doesn't look as good. Either way my temp hasn't stayed high anyway. I was getting a nice line on my frer during my bfp cycle yet my pregnisos test done with same urine was so faint I would've been on the fence if I seen something or not! That was my experience with them although it may be different for others :) still think you oed either cd18 or 19 :) fx for testing over the next few days!

AFM, my bloodwork came back from testing after +OPK. The Estradiol was low, 112.0, which RE says it should be closer to 200 but I think it's lower because I had already started to ovulate. (First positive OPK was late evening Saturday, Sunday was also positive, and then bloodwork was taken Monday). The RE said even if I had started to ovulate already that the number wouldn't drop that quick. Get a 7 days past +OPK Progesterone test on Monday.

Oddly enough these numbers match almost exactly to my numbers in December (again I got the +OPK over the weekend and had to wait til Monday to draw bloodwork that month also.) Just worries me since December is the month I got pregnant and miscarried. So maybe my numbers being low is what caused the miscarriage in the first place or maybe the numbers are low because I had to wait to get the bloodwork taken both months. Hate the unknown! :)

Feel like crap today really down was really hoping that I would get pregnant this time even though I was kinda hoping I wouldn't because I didn't think I was swaying pink. To not makes me really panic! I'm 36 just now and have an Amh of 6.5 even though my fsh levels and everything else is normal. I feel like I have no chance of getting pregnant again and even less chance of it being a girl. I'm so crap at avoiding or measuring anything food related especially in the job I have. Has anyone got any ideas of what to try and definitely avoid food wise that's boy food and I can at least try that. Did a pregnancy test on Friday and it was negative due to start tomorrow and normally I would have cramps by now but I haven't got any. Even though I know I'm not pregnant I still can't help but hope ... Looking at all these babies and pregnant people is driving me mad as is being surrounded by baby clothes!! I have some gonal f left over from pervious ivf should I try taking some on my next cycle only got 200 iu left so would only be a low dose. Think that would jig my ovaries up?

Pinklady I'm sorry :( in relation to the food all I can suggest is staying away from high protein foods and high fat foods. Example meat, soy vegetarian ready to eat things, pastries, eggs. I gave all my baby clothes to charity. I had been holding onto them waiting for dc3 but couldn't take having them piled up in the cupboard anymore. Now if I get a bfp I get to buy some new outfits :) maybe even pink ones!! Also the same day I sorted them out I picked my son up from kindy and no word of a lie, the first three women (mums) I passed by were all at different stages of pregnancy!! I'm not sure about the gonal - I know nothing about it but I'm also one of those people who wont take medication of any kind unless its docs orders lol but hopefully someone else experienced with it can say if its a good idea to use or not :)

Pinklady I'm sorry :( in relation to the food all I can suggest is staying away from high protein foods and high fat foods. Example meat, soy vegetarian ready to eat things, pastries, eggs. It's really strange you should say that actually because I did the exact same thing. Pulled out all my boys old baby clothes mostly cream and White id been saving and a few pink things I had bought when I still believed that having a girl was going to happen and gave them to charity . Dragged the cot out dismembered it and now it sits looking at me on the landing every day. I will try with the diet although I've eaten my own body weight in chocolate the last few days I get so down and then the chocolate monster comes out. Thanks for the reply feel like I'm getting nothing fromy other half at the minute. He knows why I'm down but just avoids talking to me as usual about it and I'm sick of being the only one that ever brings it up x

Pinklady - so sorry you're feeling so down. AF is due for me tomorrow or Saturday so I'm feeling kind of the same. Still hopeful that I'm pregnant. I haven't been game to test with a frer, just been using ic's each morning. Can't face a bfn on a frer. If my temp goes way up tomorrow I may otherwise will just wait & see what Saturday's temp is. Should drop the day before AF but I have had a past cycle or two where it hasn't dropped until day of AF. Have had some cramping the last couple of days but from the last cycle or two that could just be getting ready for AF. I feel a bit 'wet' down there but have hayfever today so no doubt is just excess mucus down there too. Not feeling anything else, no queasiness or anything.

I will soon be joining you there for the 1st time even though we have been ttc for about a year. I dtd this morning and I am due to o between 9-11am tomorrow (Friday april 1st) only know this because I had the trigger shot at 7pm last night and the nurse told me between 38-40 later I will o.
The nurse also told me the trigger shot is a pregnancy hormone, and boy don't I know i. I woke up with Nausea this morning. Great morning sickness already and Im Not even pregnant yet. It's been more than 5 years since last early pregnancy I forgot how bad you feel.

Pbn3, my donor wasn't able to meet this morning but just dropped by 5min ago (it's almost 6pm here), and I'll inseminate in 20 min. I did find another donor who may be able to meet tonight (he could have met earlier this afternoon but his email got put in my junk folder, grr, so I saw it too late). He might be able to meet tomorrow morning, though my chances will be a lot lower then. Unfortunately my stupid kitten peed on my bed again so I was up very late cleaning and showering which really threw my back out. The new donor is a 2 hour drive/train ride away and I only slept 3 hours, so I'm not sure I can handle the long trip especially in so much pain.

Trying to decide what to do! I really should have left already...the new donor sounds and looks great. Maybe I should just put it off until next cycle? He's willing to help me every month for as long as it takes and lives only an hour from me, he just happens to be travelling for work right now.

FWIW, my OPK is as dark as my 'average positives', and darker than any OPK I got my first cycle on Clomid. But lve had significantly darker positives last cycle and 3 cycles ago, so maybe I won't O for 2 more days? Though I did have an even bigger temp drop today and ladt time on Clomid O happened the day after my biggest drop/lowest temp.

Honestly, I'd love to nap right now and travel later tonight or early in the am...but I'm not a morning person. So angry about my cat. She always pees on my bed at the absolute worst times, late at night.

Input from anyone greatly appreciated! For those unfamiliar with my story, you should know I've been TTC with my current donor for 13 cycles with no hint of BFP. I always conceived right away in the past with 2 other men.

@princess mom - my BFP chart was up, up and up like yours! Fingers crossed!

@maiden - I would give the new donor a shot. I think like you said, there are issues with your current donor that are lowering your chances. I hate that you've been trying for so long (I know there was a break - didn't know if you factored that in) and he hasn't always been the most reliable either. I definitely vote moving forward with new donor! So exciting for you!
