Just wondering. Has anyone not had morning sickness? This is my 3rd pregnancy and all 3 have been different . 1st i had really bad morning sickness from 5 weeks until 14 weeks. Second baby really bad ms from 5 weeks until 8 weeks. This one i am 7w1d today and no morning sickness. Im not complaining but wondering can the morning sickness lessen with each pregnancy ??
I see my midwife today to get a request for my 10 week downs test plus my 13 week request !! I am booked in for 18th of july and i will be exactly 13 weeks . Hopefully i get a decent nub picture!! We will be finding out gender at 20 weeks but i really am not fussed either way anymore as far as gender .
Hope everyone is well xo

Pinkin, I've had no morning sickness this time. With DS1 I had it from 6 weeks to 15 weeks then with DS2, it lasted from about 6 or 7 weeks until 20ish weeks. I've had a little nausea from time to time (totally manageable), but not the severe nausea and vomiting like I had with my first two. Instead I have terrible food aversions and have to force myself to eat. I also have not had migraines this time which is amazing!

Littleboyblue, I'm sorry you're having so much anxiety but I'm sure your little girl is just fine. :) Try not to worry, although I know it's hard not to. I think if I were having a girl, I'd be paranoid too about something being wrong since it would feel like it's too good to be true. It's totally normal though to have all these worries. Have you thought about getting an at home doppler to put your mind at ease?
Princessmom, I hope baby is a girl and your DD gets the sister she's been wanting. :)
What a cute little boy you have BR!
K, I hope your appointment goes well. I don't have any gender announcement ideas...I'm terrible at those. lol

I heard it can get worse. But u our right each pregnancy is different. With my 1st I had the odd sick day. (Didn't know til 26 weeks) with my 2nd no sickness.
With my 3rd really bad sickness that started later around 8 weeks and right up to 3rd trimester. This one mostly bad neusea that is there all day, think its now starting to ease. I'm having some good days in between now!

Ladies I need your help. Sorry if i have said this before I can't remember what replies I got. l'm 11+4 and I still have not announced (a few people do know) I have not announced yet because I'm trying to find a good time when I can tell my best friend but there never seems to be the right time. I really don't want to hurt her feelings but I know she is going to be upset. But then I can't not tell her as she will be guess soon especially as I'm starting to get a podge that I can't suck in any more.
She herself still has not gotten pregnant still has not seen a fertility doctor. Think she has given up but still gets angry at everyone around her who can just pop them out.
Last time I had a false alarm and told her right away she cried on the phone. Hung up on me. Later came back and apologised but only after finding out it was a false alarm. And then told me I should have not told her until I was much further along. I said she is going to act just the same no matter when she finds out she told me she wouldn't.
Don't get me wrong she is a lovely friend but it Seems a little unfair now that I'm avoiding announcing to save other people's feeling. I already hid my pregnancy last pregnancy (due to different reasons that time) this is my last and should be enjoying every moment of it.
Any ideas how I can tell my friend I'm the best way possible?
I'm thinking after my 12 week scan on th 15th and via text message so she has the privacy to act how ever she wants. But not quite sure how to word it.
What do you ladies think?

I think this pregnancy is the most chilled pregnancy of all my pregnancies . Less nausea than my last 2 pregnancies .
I have a feeling that my baby is a prince . I have been a little down lately . I have been trying to get the idea of having a girl out of my head and be content that God wants me to have boys . I never felt like this before . I think that maybe deep down inside I always thought that I would have a little girl . My poor husband feels so sad for me . I know he never wanted girls. Which I always thought it was strange .Guys always wanted to have little girls right ??? Not my DH . His argument was , too much drama and I know how I was when I was young . I would go crazy trying to keep her safe lol
Well I don't really know the gender of my baby . I feel guilty cuz I work with so many ladies that can not have kids and are for years trying to have at least one. And my job does not help my situation either . I work with kids every day . I'm a dentist and even though I'm not a pediatric dentist the bulk of my patients are kids. I see little 6month girls all day long . Every Time one walks in my heart melts . I hope that I'm wrong about how I'm felling .
Thank you ladies for listening to what I have to say . I don't know many people that are going through what Iam going so it's really hard to talk about those feelings

I honestly think text is best. That way she can absorb the information in private.
Just send a friendly text, "I wanted to share this news with you. I'm texting you, not to be insensitive but rather the opposite. I hope that you understand. I don't expect a text back, take your time."
Or something.

Pbn heart rate at 6w is usually low because it just started around that time. I was 6w4d when I got my scan and it was 123 at the drs. Now at 9wks it was 180ish according to my calculations on my home Doppler. So big difference.
I have an appt Wednesday. It's with a midwife and I don't know if she'll do a scan or not. Kaiser usually scans every now and then because it's mobile and easy. I just want to see the baby. I'm 9w.3d now. Only a couple more weeks until the gender scan. I pay for the elective scan. It'll be July 18 or 19. And the 19 is my younger sons 5th birthday. I'm thinking of announcing the gender somehow at the party. No one will know it's coming either.
Ideas??

Hi k could you try a version of the balloon reveal? Seeong as its a party people will expect to see balloons anyway so you could sneak some blue or pink confetti in one balloon and none or white in a bunch of other balloons then announce at some stage that the gender hides in one of the balloons and watch everyone go nuts popping them all :)

I would wait till after your scan also, this way your further along and just like she asked before. I mean it isn't your fault but I think we can all understand. Best of luck!

I'm sorry your friend has gotten upset with you over it, BR. It's not like you were intentionally out to hurt her feelings or anything. Like the other ladies said, send her a text to let her know. I think if you called her then she'd feel obligated to respond or you'd run the risk of her crying and hanging up again. With a text she has the option of just not responding and it gives her time to figure out how she wants to respond/react if she chooses to do so.
Tata, I understand how you feel. It's so hard for me to see people out and about with their little girls. Every time I see/hear a pregnancy announcement, I get butterflies in my stomach worrying "what if it's a girl?" then I end up worrying myself too much over it. I have a few ladies in my mommy group that have all boys and would give anything to have a girl (they have 4+ boys so they really know what having GD is like). I keep holding out hope that maybe we'll adopt a little girl one day. DH and I have a calling to do it because we feel like it not only fulfills our desire to have a daughter, but it also gives a child a loving family which is an amazing gift to give a child. I just don't know what the future holds for us so I don't know if we'll end up adopting but it's that little ray of hope I have. :)

My younger sister is moving back home, she ran into some issues and I feel so bad for her. She will be staying with me for a few weeks till she finds a place. So I cleaned out my extra bedroom downstairs for her and her girls to stay. Pappa is 0.33 and free hcg says 0.28

K, yes we found out we're expecting a girl last week when our panorama results came in! And yes, 3 boys and a girl:) I love the balloon idea that Pbn suggested! Maybe have that be a special present your DS will open or something and have them pop out? Reveals are so much fun!
Tata, I can't wait to hear your results! The panorama is what I did as well and mine took 7 or 8 days. When my OB said they would wait to tell me at my next visit, I just called the company that does the test directly and they told me the results were sent to my office and I was able to hound them for information. Lol.
BR, I'm sorry about the situation with your friend. The sooner you get it out in the open, the sooner that little cloud will be lifted. I think text is definitely a smart move though to give her time to process privately, especially since you experienced this before with her.

Littleboyblue, I've heard good things about the sonoline doppler. You can get one off eBay for a reasonable price. It's the same one most doctors and midwives use.
DVR, Could the blood have been from the bowel movement and not coming from elsewhere? Sometimes a BM can press up against the cervix through the wall and cause spotting while going to the bathroom. I hope everything is okay. Let us know how it goes.

I feel like this baby is another boy. And it's really starting to bother me when people refer to the baby as she or grand daughter, etc. I don't know why it bothers me. But it does. I'm just trying to be a realist here. The odds of a girl, having had 2 boys already, I feel are slim. I feel like if I prepare myself for a boy, and it happens to be a girl by some crazy miracle, then I'll be pleasantly surprised.
It's like cancer. I know my odds are crazy high I'll get it in some form. So I just have come to terms I'll battle cancer some day. When the doctor says, you have cancer, I'll just calmly reply "what next". You know?

I been researching these results I read, people are saying the blood test when you have with the scan determines gender. I seen mixed reviews and hope it's non sense lol. Also freaking out cuz one of my numbers are super low.
I gave up hope for another daughter
Since pregnant I been dreaming of ultrasound that's it's a boy.
But last time I had a dream that felt so real and in my dream I felt such happiness that it was so incredible.
I dreamt that I went into labor but didn't find out what baby was, I then I'm home wake up my husband says the baby in the bassinet. I go to the baby and see her laying with a pink sleeper on and blanket and start screaming and crying with excitement that it's actually a Girl! I told my husband in the dream oh my it's really a girl and I was crying happy tears and she looked so much like my daughter.
I woke up and I was like can this just be true because it felt so wonderful

I feel the same as you ladies. I'm certain this baby is a boy and I've felt that way all along. IF by some miracle this baby is a girl then it will be a nice surprise. I think this is our last baby since I've had so much anxiety worrying about having a fourth miscarriage that I don't think I'd have the strength to do it again. Four kids is our limit though so we'll see if I change my mind down the road. It's just so hard to imagine ever hearing "it's a girl!"

Nothing treatable. It's just further complications from an illness he had this past fall. So at a glance he appears healthy but we keep getting now more and more info that closes doors on possibilities for him in the future. Today's was just confirmation of stuff we sort of knew already...he can never be vaccinated ever again - no tetanus if he steps on a rusty nail, no hep b if he wants to be a doctor or nurse, no hep a&c if he wants to travel. He will always be atrl risk for a repeat occurrence and it could kill him. So...yah. Just feeling gutted right now and a healthy baby is all I want.

I really wish they did the NIPT tests for everyone! I really don't understand why it's not more widely offered. I would be such a nervous mess right now too if we were still waiting. I'm sorry girls. I hope some of you start getting a sneak peak at gender very soon.
Pbn, good luck with your next scan tomorrow! How are you feeling?

Lbb3 I seen my ob today and she did a quick u/s while I was there. She said everything was fine from Mondays scan even the hb yet she wants me to come back in two weeks. Didn't measure the hb today either that I could see, just looked at it. So I still don't know what to think and am now waiting for next appt to feel in the all clear.

My hospital is going to mail me an appointment time for a NT scan and then I'll have the anatomy scan middle to end of August. Seems so far away right now but I am sure the time will go quickly.

Hi ladies, just checking in. Thanks for all of the well wishes. Been having quite a bit of bleeding today :( I read that's normal with SCH but I still can't see how all can be ok with this bleeding. It's horrible. I go back on Tuesday to see if it is any smaller and check on this little babe. Scary stuff like this makes stressing about the gender so much less important to me! I just want a healthy baby. Praying that God heals me!

Someone please put my mind at ease. I got my urine culture back with positive GBS results. Elevated levels over 100,000. I know they test for this at 36+wks but I was unaware they tested urine early and I've never tested positive before. Will the baby be OK? Will I need antibiotics at birth now? Google isn't nice. Please tell me it'll be OK.

I'm sorry k, I don't know much about gbs but did just read that it can come and go so testing positive early in pregnancy doesn't mean you'll have it later in pregnancy and vice versa - you could test negative now but positive later. From my understanding (which is not 100%) the test at 36+ weeks determines whether you'll be given antibiotics. My only suggestion is don't read up on this via google, discuss it only with your medical practioner as you could cause yourself some terrible (unwarranted) stress. How soon until you meet with doc/ob to discuss results?

My understanding too is the strep B comes and goes, sometimes we might be positive other times not. It only matters when baby is being born which is why they test close to when baby comes because then they know if you need the antibiotics for baby's sake. It cycles every month or so, so I wouldn't worry about a positive test now. But for sure, double check with your gp.

Ah that is what it is. It do e differently here I never had a urine test for it but tested positive for it 2 times for it. 1st time maybe about on the 20+ plus stage and it was via swab in the v j j 2nd time a few weeks later. So doc said it looks like it has not cleared up on its own so he gave me antibiotic there and then for it. But my consultant wanted me to have some while I was I labour so they gave me some more.

K, please don't Google anything ever! It will always make you think worst case scenario. I was GBS+ with DS1 and I had antibiotics for it during labor. It can come and go, so you could get tested for it a month from now and have it come back negative. As far as I know (based on what my OB at the time told me), GBS is really only a risk to the baby after your water breaks or after the baby is born which is why antibiotics are given as a prophylactic measure during labor.

Acijel does not cause miscarriages so please do not blame yourself in any way. sometimes doctors (even nice and well meaning ones) like to single out anything that we do to give a reason when the reality is, virtually all losses are nothing more than bad luck, just something going wrong in a very complex process for no reason other than chance.

Hi everyone been a while since I was on here. Thought I would give everyone an update and looking for advice! So am now 13 weeks and four days pregnant baby three is due 16th December. Started bleeding today was quite heavy I thought so ended up at hospital . They aid baby is fine but I have a small tear at the end of my placenta. From I have read this can go away by itself or lead to full blown miscarriage if it gets worse. Spent all day in bed and so far so good! Other news ... Had a blood test which gave a girl result was over the moon as I have two boys already I was so happy because this is what I had prayed for. Had another test a bit later and that said boy I haven't stopped crying since. Like all the joy has been sucked out of this pregnancy , I was devastated. All my friends have been having little girls and it's all I ever dreamed of. Obviously with this all happening today I feel so guilty for feeling like it's not what I wanted. This is our last baby I had to work on hubby to persuade him to have this one. I had two failed Ivf attempts to get girl and a low ovarian reserve which made me paranoid about not being able to get pregnant at all. I just feel like someone is playing a cruel trick on me dangling girl in my face and then snatching it away. I don't know what to think now. I thought about having a gender scan at 16 weeks so see who was right but in my heart I think it's a boy and now I have such mixed feeling about it. I can see my little girl in my head and knowing that I may never meet her is crushing me. At the same time I'm scared about this bleed what it means and I think have I caused it by being so anti boy

Pinklady I'm so sorry. You did NOT cause the bleeding by wanting a girl so much. What happened is beyond your control. There are women out there that have way worse thoughts about their unborn babies and go on to have healthy pregnancies/babies. What blood tests did you have done? If it was one of the NIPT tests then those are very accurate. I hope the first test was right for you and this is your little girl and I hope the tear resolves itself. Take care and get all the rest you can!

Thanks for the reply :) I want the first test to be right so much but i really think it was wrong. I had a miscarriage twelve 18 months ago and that was a boy, I got a blood test for that as well which was confirmed by another test because I convinced myself it was wrong. The weird thing is that was a nimble diagnostics test which said boy and then got confirmed by a nifty test and then I miscarried. This time again took nimble test which said girl and then a harmony test and it's boy. I know harmony isn't really for gender though and I'm hoping it's wrong . I have read about them being wrong although I appreciate it doesn't happen often. Something about male Dna still being in maternal blood. I pray this is the case for me. I contacted nimble and they said both tests should show same result ... The only thing I worry about is I probably took the nimble test at just over 8 weeks as there was some confusion with the dates of the baby... It's gone from the 8th Dec to 21st to 18th and now 16th of Dec !!!!! It's like having all your dreams come true and then having them ripped away. I'm honestly having a really hard time accepting it. I did think I don't want this baby if it's a boy.. But it's not like I can him away and I'm sure when he arrives I will love him anyway but it's so hard getting used to the idea. I want it to be wrong so much. Was thinking of having an ultrasound to confirm my worst suspicions and then I will have time to get over it. My last baby though... Never to have a mother daughter bond that's a hard thing to deal with. I'm in bed at the moment as well so all I can do is think. I felt so different with this pregnancy I was convinced it was a different sex ... Just goes to show eh .

I hate to say it but I would think harmony is pretty accurate for gender, I'm not sure what a nimble test is. I've never heard of that. You will maybe just need to get a gender scan to confirm completely, so sorry you are being put through the wringer and it's entirely possible the first test is right after all.
Please don't feel like you caused the bleeding. I bled in all four of my previous pregnancies and they were very much wanted and not really GD until later. It doesn't make any difference to the outcome who we feel, please don't put that onto yourself. Take it easy and I'm sure the bleeding will resolve.
ksmom
June 14th, 2016, 03:46 PM
I'd never heard of the nimble test either but it looks like an at home test. Is that correct? Unfortunately those tests have greater odds of being wrong especially taken so early and there's room for error not being done in a lab setting. I think blood tests for gender are typically done at 9-10 weeks or later. Harmony is one of the NIPT tests and those are extremely accurate. If you're having a boy (hopefully baby is actually a girl!) then I'm sure in time you will come to terms with it. I think you should have the ultrasound to confirm gender so that way you can go ahead and let the GD healing begin or celebrate having a girl. With DS2, I badly wanted a girl and I was so convinced he was a girl that I'm glad I had an elective scan at 16w to find out the gender. It really, really helped me to get used to the idea that we were having another boy so I had plenty of time to get excited. I had a weird dream. I dreamt that I was calling the baby in my stomach girl girl girl. Then the feet ripped through my side and I had to deliver the baby myself and it was a boy. And I was upset but just worried about the baby. All the while, my sides ripped open.... And then zombies somewhere in the mix later in that dream. Not sure if I ever got the medical attention I needed. Lol.
Why do I always dream about the baby ripping through my stomach. Last pregnancy it was twin girl rats. They ripped through my stomach and I gave birth to them. Again, medical treatment for myself wasn't a priority.

Pinklady I'm sorry you've had such a rough time. I would be inclined to get the gender scan so you can lay the gender matter to rest. I hope this is your girl but if it is a boy you will love him no matter what once he is in your arms and finding out sooner than later sounds like the best course of action for you.
Omg K what awful dreams!!! Sorry but all I could think about was 'the walking dead' (💓 that show!) and 'Alien' lol. Hope your dreams become a bit nicer!

Pink lady what is a nibble test? You mean those online blood gender test such as sneak peek? Because those are wrong, I hope harmony is. I know 3D ultrasound places do gender at 15 weeks where I live. Hope it's a girl for u :)

Pinklady, what an emotional roller coaster! I would definitely look into an elective scan so that you can wrap your mind around whatever is coming your way. I know Harmony is very accurate, but I really hope it was wrong for you.
K, your dreams are terrifying!! Lol. More like nightmares. Darn pregnancy hormones;)
I have the most prominent varicose vein that has just started to become slightly uncomfortable. Got it with my 3rd, but it's already so much worse this time around. It's only on one leg, and TMI, but it goes ALL the way up. Like all the way to my lady parts and beyond I'm sure. Not cool:worry:
Pinklady35
June 15th, 2016, 02:37 AM
Yeah I think I will do that and then I know for sure. I'm know deep down that the harmony test is right but at least if I have a scan then I can let go of the little bit of hope I am clinging too and then maybe try and get on and enjoy the rest of the pregnancy. It's hard letting go of a dream

They won't let me have a nub shot though they think it is absoulty nonsense. I thought I saw 2 straight lines parallel to the spine. Can't be sure but if I'm over 13 weeks it's less chance it will rise to be a boy nub? My son's nub was a bit girl but has it done at 12 weeks and it must have rose after

Just found out I am pregnant first try TTC'ing today 22 DPO and according to my calculation am 6 weeks 2 days, so that gives me due-date February 13th. I'll see the doctor on Monday and hopefully confirm pregnancy. I am very surprised I got a BFP first month TTC'ing. Have been on LE diet plus exersice for 5 months, so it is a big relief to be able to go back to normal eating habits and less exersice. Looking forward to follow your journeys.

I am so sadden of the news I heard of a little 2 year old baby boy snatched away from his dad by a gator at Disney worlds seven sea lagoon! It's a popular man made lake surrounded the expensive hotels and Disney world. People rent boats and jet skis on this lake! I have been since an infant! Family was just walking along the sand when the gator came out and grab the baby! The father try to save it but lost. They been searching since last night and found 4 alligators so far but no remains of that baby!
I can't imagine their pain, my son is the same age!
Yesterday I was moody and complaining of wishing for a baby girl while this family lost their son to a traggic accident, in the most magical place in the world.
Poor baby and family

BR I don't think it's a foot. I'm pretty sure it's a nub but I'm not certain.
I had my first midwife appt. today! Had some blood work done and got to listen to baby's heartbeat. :) It took her awhile to find baby but I told her about my tilted uterus. I have felt movement and I'm 10wks. This is number 3 for me. And the baby lays really low in the pubic bone and I feel flutters every now and again. It's rare but it happens. It's far too low to be gas.
My heartbeat location is generally to the right, lower. On occasion I find the baby on the left though. Little bugger was hiding on the left last night.

Please try not to get too anxious about gender until you know anything for sure. It sucks all the joy from a pregnancy. In fact it was one of the reasons I stayed team green for my last son as I just couldn't cope with the anxiety of going to a scan and hearing boy again. When he was born it didn't matter that he was a he because he was my lovely baby. Nothing will change what those bubbas are now so try to just celebrate each lovely milestone, especially if they are the last! There is so much tragedy in the world right now that it reminds you what an amazing and beautiful a blessing each baby truly is :-)
Really wise words babygirlq. You are so right. Sometimes it helps to put your DG into perspective and then it comes down to a luxury problem.

When jaden came along I said right that it I'm not changing 2 lots of diapers and ethan learnt very quick. then my jaden is 4 years old when my youngest was born and already out of diapers but I would have like them a little closer because now they dont really want to play with my youngest. Dylan the youngest has only just come out of diapers a few months ago and there will be 5.5 years between him and the baby again a bigger age gap than I wanted

Thanks. Unfortunately, it's normal for my family. We think we're good then we get knocked down. You learn to make do with what you got, and roll with the punches. It hurt hearing I was lied to all this time. And it's hard being this long without pay.

Getting my scan pics which will be 12 or 13 weeks I think and then will post them to see if anyone can tell me anything. I'm having a scan at 16 weeks to find out. Also BR can I ask when you ovulated and conceived ???? I'm still quite confused about when I ovulated. It was later than what the test said anyway so I think we swayed blue by accident as we were bd ing with abandon because I thought we were in a safe period :/ I'm due the 16th now back from the 21st

My last period was 20th of march which would make my due date december 25th. I ovulate on April 1st which would make my due date 23rd December but my at my 12 weeks scan they said my baby was too big and but me forward to December 20th due date which is actually impossible because from that date I wouldnt have ovulate and conceived on March 29th I had not dtd yet then either
Can't wait to see your scan pics

How long have you gone without pay. We have been on hard times in the past and it was so stressful put a huge strain on the family caused arguments children could understand why they could have what others had even when you try shield them from it.
Best advice I was told was to get up and shout for your tights should for what your entitled too and I did and now I'm a different person. Better person family life is so much better
I Really hope things look up for you and your family.xx

Hello can i join you ladies ? Is this the right place if i think im due end of feb 2017 ? Got my bfp yest at 10 dpo. Going to confirm tomoro at 12 dpo with a cbdigi.
Not many symptoms at all really, infact i had a lot less symptoms during this 2ww wait than any other month!
I had a bad nosebleed this morning and my boobs are just starting to hurt now , usually i have shooting pains in then going on the full week b4 af but their just starting to feel sore all over this evening.
Anyone else due around 26th feb ?:trips:
Hello Sharon and a very warm welcome. I don't have any big symptoms yet although I am further than you (6 weeks plus) Only tired, a little sore breast, swollen stomac and more hunger. But no nausea. I would like to feel more symptoms by now bc this would be a good sign.

Mine was the third of March which would make my due date the 8th Dec if I had ovulated around the 10th/11th/12th March which clearly I didnt even tho my ovulation kit said peak reading! Must have been around 19th/20th March that was the time we bd one day before and one day after. Blue for sure I think :(

From what I was told doing it once on the day before ovulation that sways pink if it was after ovulation I'm not sure of that mattered.
I was advised to dtd the night i had a trigger shot but I fell asleep so did it next morning
Advised to get in an extra attempt as well due to we had been ttc for a while and had fertility treatments. You always have a chance of pink

Pinklady, DTD only once before O sways pink. Any BD after O wouldn't count since the egg dies shortly after it's released and sperm need time to capacitate in order to fertilize the egg. We DTD O-4 and O-1 which makes me worry this baby won't be a girl because DH has a very high sperm count. :/ I'd been swaying too long though so I'd already been advised to do E4D plus one attempt at pos. OPK. If you post your chart then I may be able to help you figure out what your BD attempts were when you conceived.

It is so easy to over think sways after the fact. But we really should try not to get down before we know for sure. I know I remain convinced this baby is another boy, and it saddens me because there was so much more we could have done. But I'm trying hard not to be too upset with myself. :) Little things give me hope...baby is hanging out way high up at the top of my uterus and my last boy for sure was as low as he could be...based on where hb can be found with the doppler. Time alone will tell for all of us. :)

Did any of you had symptoms later on in your pregnancies and when did the symptoms hit you? I worry that I don't have any nausea because I heard it is a sign of many baby hormones. I worry that because I don't have any it will be another boy. I know it is silly because you cannot tell gender by the amount of nausea and other pregnancy symptoms.

With my 3rd boy I went through bouts of sickness later on 20+ weeks not really much before other than meat aversions and a massive water infection. Also had some spotting and cramping before 14 weeks and bleeding after dtd later into pregnancy. I have a friend who has 2 girls and she had no symptoms no sickness at all through out her pregnancies

I've had hardly any nausea this time, just food aversions. With both boys I had awful morning sickness and threw up a lot. I haven't had a ton of symptoms and I'm 12 almost 13 weeks. Mostly for me it's just sore boobs and peeing a lot. lol

Anyone know if your uterus can be higher up in subsequent pregnancies? I ask because I was using my Doppler tonight and stayed within what I believed to be the range for my uterus. I couldn't find anything, so I physically felt around to find the lip of my uterus top. I noticed it was very hard on one side and a lump was there. So I used the Doppler and sure enough, the little bugger was hiding super high. It seemed higher than what it should be at this stage, 11wks. Even my husband felt the difference between my right side, squishy, and left side hard with a harder lump.

I don't know where mine is sitting to be honest I had evening sickness with this one which I have never had before but I think every pregnancy is different and less or more symptoms doesn't mean boy or girl! Been off work all week with this bleeding I had which has thankfully stopped but been so tired I can barely get out of the house just doing normal stuff exhausts me. Found out I have anemia which explains the headaches dizziness and exhaustion just feel so dead right now. Am really down :(

I am exactly the same. Huge appetite and enjoying that I am allowed to snack an eat lots of protein and fat. Still don't eat fairly any meat except fish and chicken though. These past two weeks I have gained 1 kilo. Still I am my lowest adult weight. I am almost 49 kilo now. When swaying I was 47 kilo which was really underweight. So think my body is cathing up on the strict food intake I had the past 5-6 months while swaying.

I'm 11 weeks. I felt amazing until 5 weeks, had 1 day where I thought I had a downright gastro bug, was horrible. Then hit 6 weeks and have had 24/7 nausea ever since. Coconut water is the only thing that helps at all, not even gravol which surprised me as I have used it in 3 previous pregnancies. I am really hoping for the end soon. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks and have held steady since but still no desire to eat. :(

Based on a conception calculator, if you're due Dec 16th then ovulation would have been around March 25th. Is your due date based on ultrasound?

Did any of you ladies grew big stomac early in your pregnancies? I just only found out I am pregnant (I guess I am about 5-6 weeks or something) and my tummy has gotten really big already so have to wear oversize sweaters and dresses to hide it.

Dreamsister my tummy has popped out basically from 5 weeks pregnant. I had someone ask me already when I was 7 week's if I was pregnant :( I'm assuming its bloat as on the odd morning its gone down but most days I look 5 months pregnant. My weight hasn't changed over the last three/four weeks so I'm assuming it has to be bloat.

Yes my belly was huge practically from the start! I was SO bloated up until a few weeks ago and now at nearly 13 weeks my belly looks like a proper baby bump (just small lol). I never looked like that with DS1 or DS2 so it was hard for me because I had to constantly wear loose tops to hide it. I think it may be because I went from eating just twice a day on LE to eating often throughout the day, plus digestion slows down during pregnancy.
