I'm still nauseous and just generally really tired. I ended up throwing up last night at bed time. I think it's because I went too long without eating. I'm basically just waiting around to see if af shows up. My hpt is the same as yesterday's. Last cycle, I had about 4 days where they looked the same before starting to obviously fade. My temp dipped again this morning, so I'm not feeling very hopeful anymore. I think I have a very mild case of ohss and that's what is causing all of my symptoms. Thanks for asking Sky! :)

Yes, Sky. The line is supposed to fade and then get darker. Here's this morning's test (bottom one). I couldn't get it to take a good picture today for some reason. Sorry for whining. I'm just feeling super down today. Thanks for being supportive ladies!

Mommamia my temps were all over the place the last time I kept track and got my bfp. There to "normal" for me to have any hope for this cycle.
Sky I LOVE it order the hell outta eBay! I still have enough wondfo opk left from last eBay splurge only have 5 hcg left our of 20 lol but I'm thinking I'm not getting more and I'll try my hardest to wait to test until 10dpo! Went to have my bloods and have brought myself to the ED. I keep getting a dull ache on my RHS on and off, at the height of my belly button. Not sure they will tell me anything but I'm in the queue. It could be just normal aches, wind or heartburn (been getting both of those). Either way I couldn't sit around and being a Sunday I can't go to the GP and scan places are shut. Will keep you updated

Hello, can't believe we're in a new thread!
...and just not the same without you here pbn!! :(
I was distracted nicely today with a trip to the petting zoo out in the country. The boys had a blast! I was out of cell service for a while, so just now catching up!
Moma-maybe implantation dip?! I had a dip today too, still a decent temp, but AF is due tomorrow, so I'm def expecting it any day. Sorry you aren't feeling well, but sounds like a good sign :)
Maxim-thanks for your response earlier today! Good to know I'm not alone in thinking about special dates.
Skyblue & Ash-stinks to be on vaca with AF. We have some beach trips planned this summer & I'm already thinking that I sure hope I'm pregnant by then, so I won't have to deal with AF this summer. Mine are ridiculously heavy.
Skyblue-Have fun internet shopping! The OPKs last awhile buying online-you'll have plenty to satisfy the POAS urge haha.
Ash-enjoy your trip & glad it will help your time go by. When I was out with my family today, I didn't even think about my ttc worries & it was nice :)

Iwant4kids my understanding is if the pregnancy is ectopic then your betas would fluctuate and not be doubling as they are. Hope they can see something on the scan! How far along are you?

Pbn3-great to hear from you! I'd say my luteal phase is pretty average 14-15 days. It's my follicular phase that has been a little shorter ever since AF returned after BFing. Could it be age?

I had a scan at the start of bleeding at 4w6d and there was nothing to see - too early. The u/s clerk was quite rude and made it clear the doctor (and me) were wasting her time.

Yeah they won't see anything but could see a reason for the bleeding maybe? They're thinking a cyst?

Still worried... I worry all the time and read too much though! If this baby has stuck through the fevers and heavy bleeding then maybe it's a fighter! I know it could go either way but the numbers doubling is promising

Pbn3-I tested today and BFN of course, so I will stop POAS and just wait for AF to arrive. No major AF signs are jumping out at me right now, but still think she will be here soon. Skin is clear, no cramps etc, but think it'll just appear in full force as usual. Temp did drop, but still above where I believe the coverline is supposed to be...

Scan done! She saw no reason for bleeding, didn't see anything growing yet (way too early). Tubes look clear, but again too early to see anything growing there either.
She said it looks like I ovulated from my left side as there's a small cyst there which supports the pregnancy until the placenta kicks in (off to Google lol). Thanks for the support and I will catch up on your posts on the laptop tonight xo

Currently 7dpo. Had a big rise this morning so we'll see. I had that both times I was pregnant (1 miscarriage, the other my DD). However, I've had it on 1 or 2 charts where I wasn't pregnant either.

How quickly things change....
Apparently my HCG results from my blood tests on way to hospital were 130 something compared to he 71 an hour later. Only found out as she was discharging me and talked about my numbers dropping?!?! She didn't have exact number on her. She was a junior and quite vague. Anyway, will call my ob first thing and get number. I still wonder whether she's confused my 35 number?!

AFM - What a day! I'm still so confused about my numbers dropping. I figured out it was 90 minutes between testing...so from the 130s to 71! I told them about my blood test on the way as I thought they could just call and get those numbers rather than drawing more blood, but they wanted to do their own. Looking forward to 8am so I can call and get clarrification. :nails: If it's true then that's fine, but it so strange to happen so quickly.

I wasn't going to test this early, but had a strange dream last night about pregnancy. Decided to take a test and it's BFN. I know it's early, but I already had a BFP with both DDs at 9dpo. Probably won't test again until 11dpo. Starting to really get stressed and wondering if something is wrong with me. [emoji53]

Lola, it certainly doesn't hurt to talk to the OB. Mine said if I'm not pregnant this cycle, we will do a saline sono 10 days after AF starts to check for blocked tubes, etc. it's so strange, I seem to be ovulating, just not getting pregnant. I was lucky enough to get pregnant with both DD's on first try, so just assumed I'd never have any issues when ttc down the road. I hate being 35! [emoji23]

Yes its extremely unlikely with your HCG doing what it should that its ectopic...i will also add the pain you are experiencing (especially if its still there) can be a corpus luteum cyst..i had one when pregnant with DD3 and it didnt go away until week 10ish when the placenta took over and the corpus luteum could go the fuck away...Basically the corpus luteum for me was just overly large and so it would pull and twist etc causing unbearable pain at times...they found it on my first scan so here is hoping if you are still uncomfortable its something easily explained and nothing to worry about like that is.

Ok so I'm heading to my mums today and saved some fmu as I wanted to be absolutely 100% sure its a bfn even though am I lol as we usually share a bottle of wine on my first day there. Went and bought a test and this is the result. Looks similar to an evap its that light but it was there 5 minutes into testing when I checked. Does anyone see anything? Very hard to get into the right light..... I'm not hopeful as I've been having some very strong af pains but this morning my bbs felt sore and heavy. I'm sure its all in my head but I will do another test when I get to mums as that will be a 3 hour hold with no fluid.

Im having a small rest post night shift before i need to take ds4 to have his cast redone and check up.

I caved and had a reading done with a psychic-medium. Part of me is still looking for some shred of hope. Anyway this is what I received

issues around that left ovary however can see a triumph for you in the end in regards to pregnancy and having issues resolved with cysts in regards to ovary.

OMG, so my update.....

I'm so annoyed at that junior doctor for causing my so much stress!!!

My numbers at 10:10am were 70 (not in the 130s)
and at 11:40 were 71

So at the moment, I'm still pregnant, but I'm not 100% confident yet....

OMG Pbn3! I would not call that an evap at all- it totally has a light pink color! That's exactly how mine looked at 10dpo this pregnancy with a 2 hour hold (keep in mind I didn't know then that I was pregnant with twins)!

I told you I was going will AF away with all of my might [emoji1306][emoji1306][emoji1306]! She ain't comin' damnit!!!

Maxim - I think I can see the signs of a line on the FRER!? has it dried more now? Take it apart I say. Great that your ob is going to investigate (if needed)

Lola - PMS is also a pregnancy sign!

Burakoam - Thanks for your insight about a corpus luteum cyst! They could already see evidence of it on my left ovary at 4+4, so hopefully it goes.

There's a little square gap in the seam on the side....just stick your fingernail in and pry it apart. Leave it to dry for a few hours.

Cant trust a pulled apart test. I only did it because I thought I still seen a line and thought maybe it would be obvious....

Going to test one more time this afternoon in a couple hours time. If I feel I still see something then maybe its real but otherwise I'm really hoping it will be stark so there is bo question. I'm so annoyed right now! I purposely held off testing so I wouldn't be in this is it, isn't it scenario :(

Good now. I've just tested again and its stark white. I was starting to feel a little upset that there was a chance as its like a kick in the guts when it turns out not to be. Oh wow I want4kids thank you so much for posting your pics!!! You were 8dpo when you started testing right? I'm just asking as I'm 12dpo and your lines are so obvious by then. Just a quick note & then I'll come back & catch up later...she is def here, my wait is over CD1, now entering month 4 ttc, temp has dropped. I didn't really get a warning dip. After my cranky, agitated feeling yesterday, I feel so much better today & almost relieved. Looks like I'll be in the May2ww & hoping for a New Year baby!!

Kind of a relief to know it's coming on cycle day 30 or 31 so I know I'm not much off what I used to be with a 29-30 day cycle! Yay... on to month two for me. Don't fret about cheats! I worried about my 4th meals/snacks right before I got my BFP. I think I needed it due to all of the stress I was under, plus I was still breastfeeding my DS3 6 times a day then!

Hi ladies, I know that this isn't news or any updates, but just wanting to vent for a moment. I took my girls after school to the park that we haven't been to in years, the last time we went was when they were about 2 & 4. I don't know why, but I started crying...they're growing up so fast and seeing all the other little babies there makes me super emotional for some reason. In a way this is a good sign, since it means that I know that I want so badly to have another baby (for years I convinced myself that we were done, which is why we didn't start trying earlier!). But now that I want it so badly, it hurts that much more having 3 cycles of BFN's. It really sucks! I am trying to understand why I got pregnant so quickly with both DD's, but this time around it's just not happening. Just wanting to vent...emotional type of day! :(

Have not read all the updates but wanted to tell you all that my scan was wonderful today. We saw one HB at 174 and baby was measuring 8w6d and I am 9w based on Ovulation. So measuring right on. So thankful for all of your support and prayers. Here is a pic or our newest little one. So you just never know what the outcome will be.

Skyblue - a little cheat every now and then won't hurt. It's the overall sway remember. One or two cheat days won't ruin a three+ month sway. My DH sure would like a cheat alcohol day but he's on the no alcohol band wagon with me and has been so good. He is dying for a bourbon but he keeps telling himself he wants his boy more. So far he's been alcohol free for 5 months.

Lola - With our dd we weren't using opks and didn't even know about swaying then. All I can remember is that it took us like 5-6 months to get bfp. I used to believe that since my af comes every 28 days, it won't be fruitful to dtd after day 15. [emoji12][emoji12]We always started dtd on day 11 or 12 and then definitely BD on day 14. We tried doing 2-3 times between cd11 - cd15. I am just sharing my experience to give you an idea. I am sure it's not what everyone suggests here. So, don't follow without checking with someone who knows more than me. [emoji4]

But when Pbn mentioned late bfp for dd, it did turn out to be true in our case.

In the past I'd eat something small for breakfast & snack throughout the day, then eat an early dinner. Now with skipping, I wake up starving and feel like I have a big whole in my stomach until I eat. It's totally worth it, if it helps with my baby girl :) Thanks for sharing your BD attempts for DD. Not sure what approach I'm going to take this time. I stopped taking vitex last cycle, but I'm going to try it again this time...

Dancingdiva - Well done to your DH. We fell pregnant first month with both boys. We used pre-seed and I ate heaps of high nutrient food.

Lola - on my plan Atomic told me to do the one attempt at positive OPK.

AFM - New HCG is 134, from 70 (was hoping for 140, but it doubled in 51 hours, so very close to 48 hours). I don't normally ask for the Progesterone level, but she told me it was 23.5. I have no idea about this, anyone know? I'm seeing my obstetrician next Thursday afternoon (20th April). I'll keep getting 48 hour blood tests too.

Lola, both of my DD's were O-2, but I wonder if we should be doing O-1 this time around. Not sure if it's his swimmers or my uterine lining being too thin, but it's certainly frustrating either way.

Have not read all the updates but wanted to tell you all that my scan was wonderful today. We saw one HB at 174 and baby was measuring 8w6d and I am 9w based on Ovulation. So measuring right on. So thankful for all of your support and prayers. Here is a pic or our newest little one. So you just never know what the outcome will be.

I got some bloods done and a few scans. (Oh and we will most likely be doing the early blood test, but we are not finding out gender - we are team green!)
first faint BFP on 9dpo
bleeding started 12dpo (ended 17dpo)
14dpo - 107
16dpo - 198
18dpo - 287
21dpo - 815
scan at 4w showed *something* in my uterus but was too small to know what it was
scan at 6w showed a gest sac and yolk sac measuring 5w4d
scan at 9w showed one baby with HB at 174 and measuring 8w6d

So my bloods were not doubling right and the scan was not great news, but this little one caught up apparently.

Dancingdiva-both of my boys were first cycle. I started taking FertileCM supplements, soy iso & using preseed...then bam-BFP! I'm not doing any of this now, so I'm sure that's why it's taking me longer.
Maxim-part of me wants to go all in and see if every day works. I'm getting impatient, but don't want to mess up my sway. Maybe the O-1 will work? When is AF due?

Sky for all my boys I didn't take vitamins but I had a healthy well balanced diet and I did exercise. Ds1 was 2months ttc and BD all the time then miscarriage which was surprise pregnancy, ds2 was 4minths ttc straight after mc and the only one I tracked i had attempts on chart and o-1 and 2x on O day. Ds3 surprise so not trying and ds4 one month trying. Hoping it's harder to get pregnant this time as I hope it's my girl but I don't want it taking to long I'm impatient!
I found a backpack diaper bag here I LOVE and surprisingly hubby loves it also and says it'd have meaning coming from Florida! I'm so excited lol first baby purchase for #5 and hubs don't even care the price tag which is so unlike him!! Skyblue-we just BD 2-3 times in the fertile window and that was it. I used OPKs for DS1, but not 2. I had just stopped taking BC and then they were conceived the first time ttc.

Currently 10dpo not bothering to test after the stark white yesterday. Don't feel pregnant....but then didn't feel pregnant at all until over 5 weeks with my DD and it was only a little bit of sore boob even then.
Aarrgghhh waiting is annoying but only have 1 test left. Saving until 13dpo (Saturday morning) then if that's a bfn I'll stop the progesterone and let AF come.

Pbn/dancingdiva - yes, I did have an u/s on CD28 as I had horrific pains on the evening of CD27. They indicated that I had a corpus luteum cyst and that I ovulated, which was strange since I never got a positive on OPK! I put CD25 as my O date since it was the first high temp that I got, but it really could be anywhere between CD25-27.

I do think that the IC are playing a cruel joke on me this morning. I'm out of FRER's and honestly haven't even bothered purchasing more because I'm just so sick of those stark white BFN's. Decided to take a cheapie and got a FAINT line. Like so faint, I'm not sure that you can see it... Do these get fake positives or does this mean chemical since I'm already 12dpo(ish)??

I would hold off peeing and drinking a lot of fluids (some is fine- you don't want to get dehydrated!) for 3-4 hours.

Remember, you may not get nice, dark lines for 2-4 days. It takes 2 days for HCG to double, so be discouraged if the lines are faint today and tomorrow. They should have color though, unless your urine is real dilute.

Thanks lola & pbn! I haven't tested again with wondfo, and actually took that FRER during my daughters gymnastics class (awesome hanging out in the bathroom stall for 5 minutes lol)... I'll test again with FMU tomorrow morning with both wondfo and FRER. Not feeling great about it, though. My OB wants me to come in and get bloodwork at CD3 after AF starts to test for hormones. I'm thinking if this is a BFN cycle, I'm going to do the saline sono and start clomid.

Thanks dancing! I know, super strange. It showed up so quickly after testing, but faded quickly when drying. Is that an evap I guess?

Maxim evaps appear after not straight away that I know of anyway and generally have a colorless appearance. That did not look like an evap to me but I've been wrong before.... really hoping your next tests show a clear faint line.

Maxim-agree with pbn-it seems like if it was an evap line, you would see it later & not right away like you did! Fx for tomorrow!!!
Dancingdiva-no clue how I even stumbled upon the site (most likely due to all my ovulation searching lol), but apparently it's a bracelet you wear at night with sensors that track the beginning of your fertile window & tells you when to BD. Never even heard of it until today and think it would be cool to try...BUT it is $199, more than I want to spend on something I just discovered on a whim haha.

I just started the LE diet at the beginning of April, so two weeks now? I don't think I did too well though. I'm really hoping for a girl, and wanted to wait to TTC until the end of June, but I guess now I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Haven't noticed the last couple days been using tampon since we're at the beach but I needed a break from that this evening and there's nearly nothing there. Went to a little boutique shop today and saw sooo many cute girl outfits and I said to the owner "I need a little girl so I can spend all my money on dresses and bows." The owner said she had 3 boys, then finally a girl...she told her DH that she was going to keep having babies until she had a girl...had a little laugh :)
Ash-Don't know what's going on with AF, maybe it's a good sign that this will be our time! Haven't even started ttc cycle 4 yet, but already feeling confident :) Sounds like DH is not going to budge on the BD topic, hahaha, you'll just have to get your baby girl another way!

I did some reading about the ava thing....interesting but I see how a lot of results could get ambiguous with sickness etc if you weren't doing opks and you happened to be sick around the time you are ovulating - the ava can't measure your lh surge as it needs saliva or urine, so it's merely based on temperature, heart rate etc. I like to know I'm doing everything in my control to ensure results are accurate....a boy mom thing obviously!
I'm so impatient this 2WW is driving me mad. 11dpo today. 2 more days until I can test with my last frer. I have a feeling this isn't my month though.

Also has any one found high levels of progesterone make them super tired? The last 3-4 days I've had 8 hours sleep a night but I'm still super tired in the day and having a nap for 1-2 hours when DD has hers. Lucky I'm on holidays at the moment! Tuesday will suck when I go back to work! Haha

On our way camping now... my latest HCG result is 397 up from 134 so almost tripled in 48 hours! Yay!

Thanks ladies! I currently have three boys and this would definitely be our last. I thought our third would be our last but here we are.

So funny Lolabelle, we were actually out shopping as well and I walked though the girl section and couldn't stop pointing out all the cute Easter dresses I'd choose if I had a girl. DH just stayed silent, which was unusual. Then as we were entering another store a worker randomly said "three boys! I predict the next is a girl!" Usually people are so careful with what they say, or they just ask if we want another, but this is the first time someone has said anything like that to us. Then we get home and DH is all for trying for a girl. I really hope this is just everything aligning for us to have a girl! I don't usually let myself fantasize about having a daughter but I did today. I figured either I'll be right, or it's my last chance to. I honestly won't be upset if I get a negative, since that will just give me more time to diet, but if I am I hope all these girly vibes work!

Well ladies, big temp drop and stark white IC/FRER this morning. :sad: I called my OB yesterday to see if I could have blood drawn to check for estrogen, going in on day 3 of AF. Also going to do the saline sono on CD10. Really, really bummed... Hoping AF just shows so I can move on.
