Hi,
I suffer from terrible migraines so i get nervous at changing my diet too drastically because it does trigger them if i do and just now im getting just 1-2 a month.
At the moment i work part time 3 days a week, on those days i wake at 5.30am (after being woken through the night by my 21m old zzzzzzzzzz lol), i have a strong coffee at work (with half cup semi skimmed milk and 2 artificial sweeteners) at 6.30, i then have maybe another 2 or 3 of these through the day. Lunch at work either doesnt happen at all or i have 2 toasted crumpets with butter (sorry im in the UK, not sure if you have these in the US). If im hungry due to having no lunch i may have a biscuit or wafer when i get home. I then eat my dinner at approx 6pm and this is typically a feta salad with pasta or baked beans on toast/jacket potato.
On my days off I'm home with my daughter i do pretty much the same but enjoy a couple more hours sleep than the above but still no breakfast, same amount of coffee and just have biscuits or chocolate for lunch and then my dinner in the evening.
Now i know coffee is girl friendly - should i be switching to 1% milk instead of semi skimmed (which is 1.5-1.8% fat)or is it the nutrients in the milk that are the issue not the cals? How does poor sleep away pink?
i do eat a fair bit of sweet things and am a little overweight, should i stop doing this or is it ok since i have it as a 'meal' and not grazing all day? Should i try and radically change everything im doing to follow LE or carry on as i am and track my cals to make sure im within LE cals but continue the above?
should i be avoiding nutritous tuna and salads? I dont really eat veg so this is all i eat in regards to anything i would call nutritous (not good i know  )
Also - my ovulation question. i have cramps that i have always had at ovulation, the whole of my abdomen feels sore as though ive done too many excercises for about half a day. i know you cant say for certain without seeing my ovulation actually happen from my tubes but i wondered if there was a trend of these pains - ie, like do they come before, during or after ovulation? I cannot temp due to my lack of sleep but my OPKs are easily readable.
We are going to do one shot at pos OPK - this does scare me as we DTD everyday with my baby girl but ive seen your stats and know that it works the best so one shot is what we will do!
My hubby has high BP so im not giving him sups but we may use flax to lower testosterone. Hes stopped eating red meat and is eating some fish but trying to keep as close to vegetarian as he can.
