Sky no it has wheels on it so you pull it out for bed time. It's bigger than a regular trundle and shorter than a traditional bunk.
Lola she seems fine she has no power and there are quite a few trees down but she had everything boarded up and food cooked a freezers cleaned out. I think she's mostly worried about her husband who works for the city

Thanks blue I'm trying to look at it as a blessing we've gotten it this soon. We usually only get it once a year and since we will all be getting flu shots hopefully this will mean we will all be somewhat healthy when baby arrives

Pbn- I would love to join the fb group thanks. Please send me the details and I will join.
Blood work came back normal for liver function...so frustrating but doc isn't happy and is sending me fir more tests and an emergency ultrasound to see exactly where baby is sitting (hopefully no where near my gallbladder)
Kat - congratulations on your girl. I'm sure she will be gorgeous and bring you much joy. I love your attitude towards your disappointment. It's hard but your absolutely right god chooses for us and knows best. Xx
Lola- happy belated birthday!!🎉🎉🎉
I hope you had an amazing day and were spoilt rotten by your gorgeous family?
I hope the hurricane/tornado scare is over for you now? Xxx
Ash- I hope your feeling better now?
Sorry I've been so crap with updating regularly...you lovely ladies are always in my mind xxx

Has anyone had a c section in a previous pregnancy? If so how did you find the pain and recovery time?
I'm 28 weeks and seriously onsidering having one. my main reason is so the birth can be planned and hubby can be present and arranging childcare would be easier than a spontaneous delivery which never usually lasts long with me. If I do go for vaginal it's highly likely hubby won't be there as he will be home with the kids as him mum flys home the month before.
The only problem is I've never had to have one before due to medical reasons. The twins were delivered naturally in the end and I'm concerned it maybe A step too far if I don't really need one plus I've heard so many mixed reviews for example. You can't lift anything for three months after, I won't be able to move for the first week at all and someone will have to pass me the baby, breast feeding is excruciating after a c section!!! So confused. Also the other issue is I've never even had a baby past 37 weeks, they have all been early and I know it's planned for 38 weeks so may not even be an option.
What are your thoughts ladies? Any advice or previous experience you lovely ladies could give would be great xx

Cant u have a planned vaginal birth mum of four ?
I am planning on asking my OB for an elective induction on my upcoming visit for same reasons plus most importantly the need for time off work. I am trying not to go into maternity leave.

Not as such not without having an induction which they wouldn't do unless I was late.
Would just be spontaneous vaginal delivery, elective c section, home birth or induction if baby decided to be lazy 😜

Mofm if your in the us a lot of places now won't schedule until 39 weeks unless medically needed. I'd say a planned induction may be better but if you have spontaneous before 37 they're unlikely to schedule that either.
Afm hubby is down the man flu has officially hit the house [emoji23]. I'm sure I won't be laughing about this in a few days! Maybe it'll go through us quicker than I expected

Mum of four - I've had 2 csections and they were not bad. I disagree with lifting, hurting with breast feeding, etc. BUT, I would not have one unless medically necessary especially if you have good/easy vag births!! I have a friend that opted for a csection after a very difficult vag birth but it was only because another vag birth might have caused problems pooping for life [emoji85] That makes me so sad for you to think hubby might not be there, but I really can't recommend a csection over vag again unless you have bad vag experience. Could a sitter not keep kiddos?? Or let them be present during the birth [emoji15]I would seriously consider that if it meant DH be there.

Ash- I'm in the uk and options are somewhat limited in regards to induction.
Kat -thank you for all the info..I did initially think home birth but that meant potentially the kids being part of it until the childcare provider was able to pick them up.
Friends and family are somewhat unreliable as they just seem to operate on completely different timescale to me e.g. Be there in 20 mins...2hours later...where are you?!!!😂
Pbn will send it now x

Mum of four monkey. I had four and as long as I kept up on my pain meds and was up walking around, pain 1- none. Wasn't bad at all. Actually my two youngest I only stayed the day I had them
And then was able to go home the next day. Kolton I asked to
Go home, because the care was terrible, and with Braxton they let me go home early do to my dad passing the same day he was born. I think if I ever conceive my last baby I'm going to take advantage of the stay in the hospital though, lol probably not but would like to
Think so.
I don't think I'd just schedule one, but that's just my opinion. I wish I would've gotten the chance just once to give birth naturally l.

Oh Ash feel sorry for you, gastro and co is the worse – vomit makes me gag so bad, so pregnant it’s 10* worse!! Hope your little dudes get well soon (and well, the hubby too haha)
Lola –thinking of you – hope the house is spared and all you have is a lashing of rain & no flooding nearby! Scan 3 sleeps away now – bet you cannot wait!
Mommy2apples – how are you? Is it the 2ww now?? FX!!!
Max – hope all is well? Your scan is only 2 sleeps away (well for me) now!
Iwant4 – all I feel at this stage is light flutter at times, can’t wait for real kicks!
I can see you are discussing delivery, labour etc – I’ve been fortunate to have natural vaginal deliveries, but them being very fast, some people feel I got the “easy way out” (little do they know about the painful BH and prodormal labour thoughout the whole pregnancy nor the feeling of almost “missing out” on labour because it goes so fast – you still run a ‘marathon’, your body just does it much much faster so it knocks you out the same, as there is no gradual build-up!) – you can never win.
At the end of the day, as long as we get these babies out safely, who is to judge how? We are all super mammas, regardless of how, when, how slow or fast <3
M is telling everyoooone mummy has a baby in the tummy, lifting my shirt – slightly embarrassing in front of strangers haha but I guess it shows how excited she is, bless her :awe:
The littlest miss just tucks towels under her shirt and says “towel in my tummy Mummy, look!” lol
12 weeks tomorrow – guess I will have to post a bump pic soon haha it certainly pops out like mad from midday onwards (lunch helps lol) but after dinner, man I have the tummy I had at 20+ weeks last time

Ash-so glad your cousin is ok! Poor FL!! Hope her husband is ok!
We kept power the whole time...watched zootopia, made cookies lol, but we had several tornado warning alerts on phone & tv to take shelter & those were scary!! Still raining, but flooding seems to be receding. Not bad in my neighborhood, but really bad in other areas!
Mumoffourmonkeys-thanks for the bday wishes! It was great! I have had 2 planned c-sections & recovered quickly. First baby was breech, placenta previa with 2nd. Just as Mommy said, it's not bad if you stay on top of pain meds & start walking as soon as they allow! I didn't feel a thing during the actual procedure...just a lot of pressure & tugging. When they said "ok it's going to be a lot of pressure right now," then I knew I was about to see baby, so it was exciting!! Both times, I met my babies pretty early on in the procedure & the longest part seemed to be sewing me back up haha. I was too busy swooning over my baby with DH to pay attention to anything else. My OB wouldn't schedule it before 39 weeks unless medically necessary though. They prefer to let them cook as long as possible. I remember sneezing & coughing were a little rough...had to put a pillow on my abdomen. Babies are so light, I carried mine around and had no issues with breastfeeding b/c of the c-section. I don't know how it is for most, but I prepared myself for it & read all about it & had it in my head that I was going to bounce back. The first morning after was the roughest for me, but pain meds had worn off & I didn't know I needed to request more. Both times I did shake uncontrollably due to the anesthesia, but it went away. It is a major surgery, so as Kat mentioned, if you've had easy vag deliveries...I'd consider seeing if there is a way to schedule induction for DH to be there, doesn't sound like friends/family are a reliable option to watch kiddos :(
Blue-fx your OB is open to 39 weeks!
Ash-my hospital stay is never relaxing b/c it's a teaching hospital. SO many doctors, residents & students are in & out of my room asking questions, observing etc. I don't mind though b/c I was once a student there [emoji4]Gosh, hope your little guys get past this bug soon!!! Not fun!!!
LMSM-this storm has made the days fly by...I can't wait for my appt!!! I have tomorrow off due to weather & guessing we'll be back to work as usual on Wed. Getting closer to my scan! It's so cute how excited your girlies are!! Please post a bump pic!!!

Anyway, we ended up driving around the suburb that we love and found a really great house for sale. DH called the realtor and we were able to see it Sunday afternoon and are bidding on it today. So out of the blue, but I'm so excited if it works out. Sorry it's been hectic on my end pbn. ❤️ Weekends are sometimes hard to log in as much. Mum of 4 monkeys - Are elective c sections allowed where you are? In the US c sections are for medical reasons (unless you have a quack doctor) and are not usually scheduled very early. Normally 39 weeks or so. Inductions usually aren't even done until 39 weeks (I've had 2 - 1st was 40 weeks and my 2nd was 40w6d). I've never had a c section because it's never been necessary for me. I usually try my best to stay away from them as I'm not a fan of being cut open or surgeries, not that I know anyone who is. Do you have any neighbors that you can maybe set up something for when you go into labor or speak with a daycare about it? Maybe see if the hospital has a daycare in it or one they can recommend for the situation? You'll never know if you don't ask.
LMSM - That's so cute your little one is getting excited. My youngest is 5 and kisses and listens to my belly.
Max- that's exciting about the new house!

Hi ladies! I'm joining your FB group but using my maiden name...I'm not a big FB user and don't use it because of my husbands job. Can't wait to see you on there!
I'll catch up on the thread tonight, it's been crazy today with trying to catch up on work as I'm wrapping up a client. Two quick questions while I'm on...first, I got the doppler but can't figure out where to hear the heartbeat. I'm 11 weeks, shouldn't it be easy? Any tips? Second, I've never had the flu shot, even when pregnant with my two girls. At the time, we lived in a warmer climate and I didn't stress about it. Now that we are in the northeast I do worry more. My doctor wants me to get it, but I've never had it and afraid of side effects. Anyone else??
Lolabelle
September 12th, 2017, 06:12 PM
Yay Max! Will be glad to see you on there [emoji4] For the Doppler, try it down low near the bikini line, angle the probe a little & slowly move across your abdomen. It took me a few tries before finding it for the first time. I also had some freak out moments where baby must have been hiding. It helps to google some youtube videos to familiarize yourself with your heartbeat vs baby's. I bet you'll find it soon! [emoji173] As for the flu shot, I've never had side effects in general & have also had it during my pregnancies without issues. I'm sure they'll ask you, but shouldn't get it if severely allergic to eggs and it should be the shot, not the nasal spray. I've never had side effects other than a really sore arm, but some swear it makes them feel like they have flu symptoms temporarily. I believe it means it's your body's reaction & building antibodies. There are so many different strains of the flu, it doesn't protect from all, but being pregnant, we're in the high risk group who are more vulnerable to the flu. It could lead to serious complications if we get the flu such as preterm labor and pneumonia. My OB highly recommended it, so I went ahead with it. I'm not sure what everyone's experiences are here, but I do feel it would be a good idea to get it.

Max woohoo for the house – that’s so exciting!!! That must be so cool, rocking up, fining THE house and biding on it almost in the spur of the moment! ;)
FX it goes through :)
I’d echo what Lola said for the Doppler – mine is a cheap one (not even a wand thing so it’s harder to aim) – and found HB at 11 weeks – but a week before couldn’t – she was just over the bikini line - hubby couldn’t find it, because he was so gentle, but I found you do have to push slightly for it to pick up the HB ;)
B2P – I can’t believe what the seller is doing – didn’t you contractually agree on a hand-over date?? Aren’t they legally required to move out on the date they agreed on?? Like WTF?? I would be all over their case! What’s their excuse??
Lola – so happy you are ok and the house was sparred – phew!! All in order for the scan on Friday then, woohoo!!
Mommy2apples- couldn’t check your chart on my phone – a bit ahead of myself clearly lol FX hon!!!!
This morning M asked when I would see the Dr to “get the picture of the baby” – as it’s Tuesday she counted the sleeps with me so 6 more to go - getting a bit impatient now! I think when I see her wriggling on the screen, I can only be totally in love ;)

Max I second everyone. Maybe it will look smaller Thursday than it would tomorrow and give you a little more peace of mind.
Shan I know I HATE throwing up! Ds4 has vomited a couple times today but ds3 and myself still seem to be doing ok. I sure hope it lasts because at this point we have things to do every evening for the rest of the week and dh will be gone for a couple of those evenings [emoji20]. My chance to get sick was today

Max - I bet it was just doing a tad too much that caused bleeding. I really really hope it's smaller Thursday and you get all clear! That means by this time next week you could know gender!! Mine were done in a week and I'm sure whoever you see should be fast too. It is so nice to hear good results about all the bad tri genes too. That 12 week mark is just a good one.
Ash - so sorry about throw ups. That's my fear about more kids, passing sickness. Scares me [emoji15] Hope it passes soon.
LSMS - you will fall in love, but I still have moments of sadness too about never having a son. I just get sad thinking how excited I'd be announcing this baby is a boy and makes me feel guilty that I haven't told anyone yet. My gender scan is Monday and lots of people know, so I'll be announcing then. Part of me thinks it will be easier to get it out there. And just punch people if they make mean comments [emoji23]
As for me, I'm good, BUT haven't pooped in a week and I'm so scared!! I had the stomach bug 2 weeks ago and was going several times a day everyday and I think that messed me up. I'm thinking if I don't go tomorrow I'll call nurse and see if I need to take something [emoji51][emoji30][emoji51][emoji30]

Kat, I totally get where you're coming from. Even though I'm getting better with this baby being a girl, I keep thinking about how much more excited I would have been if it'd been my boy. I think the finality that this is it, my last baby ever, is really hitting me hard, especially now that I'm under three months left!

Oh Kat/Srg - oh I know what you mean – I keep my chin up, and try my best to just look at the positives, and know I will love her endlessly – but yes, I know that the excitement would have so different had it been a boy! Sometimes I feel I set myself up for failure being so positive this would be my son for sure with all I did – I feel like it’s “all this effort and I still won’t have a son” – when it’s really “all this effort and she still chose us as her family, what an honor” – I’m sure the GD will be up and downs over time, regardless of how much we think we are at peace with the gorgeous girls we were given.
I try to look at it the way that she’s here for a reason, and she didn’t chose to be conceived, Mother Nature did her job she is just the beautiful outcome – I have a stash of boy clothes which I know I will have to put away soon (don’t have the heart to sell/give it..yet) and I will likely sit on the floor like a crazy woman crying my eyes out….
I think we will announce the pregnancy with gender in a few weeks, to cut comments short before people even get a chance to say they hope it is a boy & just to shut them up!

Serious question ladies. Pictures can be deceiving but my weight is getting out of hand! I've already gained 20lbs and I only want to gain 10 more throughout the rest of pregnancy. I eat when I'm hungry generally not just when I crave something. Obviously I could make healthier choices but what I'm wondering is if you other ladies are just hungry and ignore it? How do you not gain so much? I'm starving all the time I feel like about every 2 hours and I never feel satisfied but if I try to ignore the stomach growling and hunger pains I get so nauseous. Just deal? Or what am I missing here?

Ash – if you are hungry you def need to eat! I feel for you because I am the same, always munching…purely out of hunger or I gut nauseous! I think the key is:
- Make wise choices and keep treats for occasional use only.
- The foods you do eat need to be satisfying or you’ll just end up reaching for snacks you carve after anyways. I have started making a big batch of hommous (cooked drained chickpeas, lemon juice olive oil , garlic, salt and if I have some tahini I add a bit) and bring a container with some with carrot sticks and much on that. Yogurt with granola is a good option is you are craving sweets. Both these options will fill you up if you are hungry and satisfy too. Wholemeal toast with nut butter (and optional sliced banana on top) or apple slices topped with nut butter are yum too – you need things that force you to chew to send the satiety signal to your body so your hunger signals stops when you have “had your fill”. If you are going for lean meal options make sure there are some filling sides (like salad with chicken and some bread or fish, veg but also some carbs etc).
- Try not to be fixated on the number on the scale, as hard as that can be. Baby is growing at a fast rate so it’s normal your energy requirements increase too.
- If your body allows, go for walks, swimming, any gentle exercise you can cram in – I haven’t yet, but if my BH leave me be, I will start a daily short pregnancy exercise routine – maybe you can do that at home with the kids so it’s fun for them to help mama?
Kat – prune or pear juice are a good way to get things going – also, if you can get a fresh orange juice when you wake up before eating, I find it gets “things going” – good luck, it’s so uncomfortable!!
Sky – so many scans this week – can’t wait for you! Have you decided on gender – whether you will want to know or not? :D
Come back with more news soon hon!

I missed some posts earlier...
LMSM-you have such a positive attitude & this little girlie is lucky to have you as her momma!! I think it's a great idea to announce & shut them down before they can comment! The comments are so frustrating...it's so easy for others to casually comment not meaning to offend, but this is your little human who will have feelings, her own personality & a whole future ahead...it's so exciting!!
Ash-you really do look great & wouldn't think you have an issue! I would eat when you're hungry & LMSM had awesome ideas...maybe find more filling options. I was ravenous in the beginning, but I am short with a short torso & I think my uterus is pushing into my stomach, so I get full quickly, but have little snacks throughout the day.
Blue-ugh the iron pills! I'm supposed to be taking the strong 375mg ones that my OB prescribed, but can only stomach the lower dose otc ones. I was very anemic last pregnancy & always craved ice!! When is your long awaited appt again?? I am so excited for you to finally get there soon!!!

Maxim I'm so sorry to hear you have bleeding again [emoji853] this is not going easy for you at all! Agree with the others (and youself) with plenty of rest and see how things stand at your appt in a couple days. I hope so much you hear good news that takes some of the scare out of the bleeding. You may be in for a pregnancy with regular spotting/bleeding but it would be nice to know in advance if that's going to be the case [emoji53] hugs xxoo
Kat I got constipated badly once with ds2. It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever!!!! I felt like crying and honestly I'd put it on par with what I imagine birthing is like (but from the back bum instead of front [emoji23]) I'm sure I even felt contractions [emoji23][emoji23] In all serious, I ate a heap of prunes and had something else that didn't help and ended up with an otc laxative that the pharmacist advised was safe to take at my gestation (I was 19 weeks at the time)
Big hugs Kat, LMSM and Srg [emoji173] You ladies are amazing and your daughters will grow into amazing women because of you!
Ash I've just decided to hell with worrying about the weight! This is our last pregnancy (well definately mine) so lets just enjoy it and whatever food comes with enjoying it [emoji3] we can always lose weight but we will never experience pregnancy again [emoji173]

LMSM thank you! My issue I believe is unhealthy snacking. Hunger and healthy foods makes me so nauseous and I don't understand because I was the most fit I'd ever been before I started the le diet.
Blue I haven't taken my glucose yet I think it's around 28weeks isn't it?
Pbn I've thought about having this mindset it's certainly so much easier but it's hard just for the fact I was so fit and muscular before starting the le diet I'll post you a pic I ran across of my progress from 2w pp with ds4 till just before the le diet. It's just so hard seeing all my hard work go to shits after I told myself I would have a fit healthy pregnancy. So much easier said than done

Sooo much to say!
Ash - I'm with ya on weight! And I'll be with you getting it off. I have to have junk food and healthy food. I just do. I LOVE food when pregnant so weight is a struggle. I'm not going out of control but I won't completely deny myself either. I do try to eat a light lunch and it makes me nauseous all afternoon so I chew gum and that helps. Just do the best you can, don't splurge all the time but treat yourself and you will get back. I'll hold you accountable afterwards! I'm up 10 pounds at 19 weeks and that's trying pretty hard which is frustrating. I'm still working out pretty hard, but now instead of running an easy 8:45/9 minute mile I'm doing a hard 10/10:30 minute mile and EVERYTHING jiggles when I exercise [emoji30] I know I'm tall/thin but it's still hard having my body change and it's does I promise!!
LSMS - you eat very healthy [emoji1316]
Sky/Blue - so excited for you to go to scan. Mine is the 18th and I'm very anxious to know everything's ok [emoji1374]

maxibella-I didn't find the heartbeat until 12 or 13 weeks with my doppler and it was very low like along my pubic line. You do have to push and wasn't isn't very loud at first.
Kat1234-just ignore the comments. I've gotten quite a few gender comments and I'm already coming up with some good come backs for when she comes and strangers say stuff in public about trying to a boy. My favorite so far is "this one is a boy I just really wanted a girl." I usually deck my girls out in the girliest of clothes so theres no mistaking gender, except that one old lady in the grocery store once thought my daughter in her pink stroller and pink outfit was an adorable little boy.
Ash-I just leave the weight gain up to the pregnancy gods lol. I never eat just because. I eat when I'm hungry and I gain what I gain. My first I gained 45 lbs, my 2nd I gained 35 lbs, and this pregnancy I'm 19 weeks and have gained 2 lbs but I'm overweight this time around so I'm not complaining but I was also sick until 16 weeks. I also lost 13 lbs in the month and a half before getting pregnant by dieting but I had to stop all that. I still drink mostly water throughout the day and try not to splurge on junk food too much but I really love chocolate!

Thanks ladies I think I just need to focus on more healthy treat foods when hungry like apples or banana and pb. I didn't gain anything for about 8 weeks now I'm packing I like none other so I think that makes it hard. Im already up 20 in 22weeks [emoji52].
Kat I was running a half before I started the le diet and I lost so much muscle tone I could hardly run a mile in 11 minutes once I finally got my Bfp. I definitely am going to start back after this baby comes. Dh had already given me full support and said he'd keep the kids so I can have run time lol he thinks it's sexy to run I guess [emoji23] or he just really wants me to get fit again!

Ash - sorry you are struggling with weight. I have not gained anything this pg (was over weight before), but it is not because I am trying. I am NEVER hungry. And if I eat too much, I am so sick the rest of the day. I rarely eat dinner and it really bothers my DH. He is so concerned. But I am still at my heaviest weight ever, so I think my body is just adjusting. HUGS Eat when you need to in order to feel good. Thank you everyone. Tomorrow morning is the scan. I got my test results for the second trimester blood work and everything looks fine. Thank god. It didn't have the gender since I opted out. [emoji4] I am relieved to know that one part is good. Just keeping 🤞for scan tomorrow. Dh is still insisting on finding out and I will let u all know if I won't be able to resist. I honestly don't have high hopes or may be this is my way of preparing myself.
Kat,Srg,LMSM - I truly honestly know that feeling and the guilt that comes with it though it's only natural
to feel what we feel with gd. I still feel horrible because I felt it with dd and she is best thing happened to me. She is everything I ever wanted to be. I don't want to carry the same guilt all over again especially now when I don't even have such high hopes and I feel that two girls will be as much fun as a boy and a girl. May be more. We won't have more kids but my reasons for this pregnancy were to get a sibling for my daughter. And she would get that anyway irrespective of the gender. I felt very strongly that my gd with dd was more because of the fact that I knew the gender without a beautiful baby in my arms. That's why I feel I shouldn't find out this time. We will see. [emoji52] You ladies are amazing and so positive. LMSM, I love what you said about Mother Nature choosing the dd for you. ❤️❤️ I know all our babies will bring nothing but unlimited love and joy in our lives. So, we should feel what we are feeling and then start getting excited about the next stage together. Hugs ❤️
Ash - I am surprised to see the transformation in your pictures. You must have worked so hard. I haven't gained any weight so far in this pregnancy since I was overweight to begin with and after being diagnosed with gd, I am eating better than ever before in my life so it's the best worst thing happened to me. I feel so light irrespective of my big belly. And I must say that everything LMSM said is what we follow in our gd diet. Apple with nut butter is the best and healthiest snack to have. We are advised to pair protein to anything we eat and ever since I started doing that, my numbers have been great. I am not allowed to skip snack or get hungry so I always have my snack whenever I step out of the house. My favorite snack is cuties (I am allowed 3 at one time) and soaked nuts and peanuts. I have substituted sugar with Splenda and don't even have to walk after my meals. I don't eat our usual Indian homemade bread instead I eat whole grain one with 13g or 9g carb per slice. I eat pizza without the crust and my numbers are great. I eat a lot of chicken. And the days when I do eat more carbs, I do an at home pregnancy workout and it's only 12 min but helps me get my heart rate up and get good numbers at sugar test. I can share the link though I am sure you all have way more experience in workouts than I do. [emoji4] Hope it helps. The best thing to do is have three meals and 3 snacks throughout the day as per my nutritionist. And drink plenty of water.
Lolla- So glad that you guys are all safe. Praying for those affected. How are you and boys doing? Your scan is a days after mine ❤️❤️ [emoji4][emoji4]
Can't wait to see the pics.
Kat - I take iron since I am aneamic and used to be constipated in the beginning and that was not a good feeling but I am doing a little better now though I changed nothing except drinking a lot of water. I drink water even when I wake up in the middle of the night. It's good for my blood sugar and helped me with my constipation too. My OB asked me to take any otc probiotic but I didn't since I didn't like reading about the risks. [emoji52]
Max - Hugs honey. Like everyone said take rest until the appointment. I know it's hard and frustrating and I pray that you get to hear all good things on the appointment and can start moving around like before in no time. 🤞🤞❤️❤️
Pbn - Thank you. I will be sure to update on fb as well as here. ❤️❤️
Bluebooties- I am praying with all my heart that you hear a boy. Can't wait for your scan. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Mommaxo3 - I love your answer. I am going to borrow that too if this one is a girl and people say things without using any filters as always. I heard horrible comments from my own relatives even though dd was our first baby and just because my siblings have all girls. Can you believe that?
Shannshaff- Sorry about the MS. I can't even imagine how hard that must be for you. I complain about my gestational diabetes only to feel ashamed that you have been going through such a hard time and yet always cheering everyone. I truly hope u get some break from the MS. Hugs.

Sky-almost scan day yippeee & of course more prayers [emoji1374] Yay for good bw results! Oooo, can't wait to hear if you decide to find out gender!!! You have been doing such an awesome job of controlling gd...you sound super healthy!!

Sky tons of sticky blue dust and lots of prayers u hear boy. U said DH knows a hint at gender. If he is "insisting" then i think there are good chances ul hear boy 🤞
Thank you for the compliment lolabelle !

Thank you ladies. I m feeling excited/worried/nervous and a lot more. [emoji52]
Bluebooties- I tried hard to read dh but he won't budge. [emoji23] He is so good at keeping secret. I didn't think men had it in them. He doesn't even tease me and that makes me feel that it's a girl and he doesn't want to tempt me incase he had to tell me. Like I said before, my mind plays games on me. [emoji52]Anyway he still insists on finding out and says that he is going to be happy either way. So
I am happy that one of us would know. His next question was what would he do when he knows the gender and he wants to shop for the baby. I told him that he needs to hide it from
me but I don't know if I will be able to resist. 🤷🏻*♀️

Ash – you did it once, you will do it again – enjoy your pregnancy, the weight will come off eventually ;)
Can’t wait to hear about your scans ladies!!
Sky – great the bloods were good :) I am pretty sure it’s a boy, the tech wouldn’t have guessed that early otherwise, as if the nub is boyish at that gestation it won’t go down – but if it’s flat it can still go up – so FX it’s your boy, am sure it will be ;) there’s bound to be SOME success with the HE diet and some blue bundles!! I can’t to help to wonder why we have had such poor results though when pink swayers have had way more success?!
Thinking of you all – I am just exhausted, feel like I’m hung over haha ( and my skin is appalling, MS is back – why oh why??!) :( – so will, for once, be brief now ;)

Oh and I definitely don’t eat healthily – I have some healthy things but loads of junk too alas – I was muuuuch better when on the HE diet but with MS I have had to just eat what I can and when I can…last night a few hours after dinner I was munching on plain corn flakes for an hour as nausea was too strong otherwise lol

Good luck with everyone's appointments tomorrow!
I have one tomorrow as well, but for a papsmear. Then going to see if maybe I can convince her into a ultrasound to see if I'm actually ovulating or not. Although I bet she will make me come in next cycle instead.

Lola - Yes, it came through AL but we were on the west of it so it wasn't as bad. Schools were closed Monday though. Delayed on Tuesday. On another note about your dream, I did have an epidural with my first csection bc they didn't know at the time I would end up having a csection and I wasn't completely numb and it was painful/very hard!! Needless to say, I was SO scared going into my 2nd csection and it was great, didn't feel a thing. Hands down the second best day of my life only next to my wedding day. Hoping birth of #3 will follow suit!! Crazy birth stories [emoji51]

Sky-you NEVER bug us!!! I understand that nervous feeling very well!! That will be me tomorrow night!! Just so much on the mind...
LMSM-more MS ugh, hope it doesn't last long for you!!
Mommy-good luck with your appt too!
Kat-so glad the storm wasn't bad where you are! Life in SC seems to have resumed as usual-no damage in my area, but the historic downtown area in my city got the flooding pretty bad! As far as your 1st c-section, just wow...it was my biggest fear that I would feel pain, but I felt nothing both times, just pressure. Can't imagine going through it the way you did feeling pain [emoji15]I'm sure that your 3rd will be great just like your 2nd. As you know, the planned c-sections with a spinal are not bad! The epidural is meant to stay in long term & can be regulated, but going into the epidural space... doesn't always numb perfectly/completely...sometimes on just one side. The spinal goes directly into the spinal sac & numbs immediately (as you know). I didn't know how a c-section would feel with an epidural, but the thought makes me nervous, even in my dreams(nightmares) lol.
