Wishing all of you lovely ladies a bfp this month. Neomi, it’ll happen soon for you, don’t give up yet. [emoji6]I called my doc. She sent me for hcg & progesterone levels today and Friday. She said there's not much to do now, but it might guide us in the future if levels are low. The bleeding has slowed. Never soaked a pad so not my usual period first day.

How are you today HGmama, has the bleeding stopped? Just came back on to check for updates from you xI'm much more encouraged today. The bleeding stopped in the evening yesterday. Its 8 am here now. I got hcg/progesterone levels drawn and again will Friday as well. No blood at all this morning. Boobs hurt again which didn't hurt yesterday at all. Never had a spot with my son so I guess this is what people talk about when they think they have a period. HGMama - Glad the bleeding has stopped and your lines still look great!! And glad you are getting blood work done!!!! I had bleeding in both of my pregnancies with my boys - with DS1 it was spotting off and on from like, weeks 5-8. With DS to it was heavier bleeding off and on for a several weeks late in my 2nd tri. TERRIFYING. They never found the cause and both babies were (and still are!) perfect! So I know how scary it is but I do hope things work out for you!!

Girlsway YUP I'd say that's official!!!! That's a great line on a FRER too. Yea my due date would be Oct 16th - a day before my birthday! Very close to yours! So hoping both our little babies are healthy and that they STICK!

My FRER this morning (17 dpo) with FMU was waaaaay lighter. Kinda panicking. I shouldn't have tested with FMU b/c I KNOW my lines are always lighter with FMU than with SMU or TMU. I think this may be b/c I tend to drink more liquids in the evening before bed. But there wasn't a ton of pee this morning and it looked pretty concentrated so I decided why not. And it was way light & now I'm freaking out :( The line yesterday (with maybe TMU, it was late morning I think) was pretty good - just a hair lighter than the control line and that was with pretty pale/diluted pee. Not much darker than the previous 2 days though. But why is my FMU this morning so light? I'm waiting to hear from the doc about 2nd betas that I had done yesterday, but I may not hear from him today as he's usually out on Fridays. I'm trying to hold for a few hours and then will try again but I'm feeling like it's not going to be good.

Anyone have any good stories about their FMU tests being terrible and still have rising/high betas? I'm seriously on the verge of tears right now b/c of a stupid test!!

The tests were just randomly getting a bit darker or lighter from that point on. Maybe the tests are saturated now and the colour of the test line just depends on the amount of dye in each test which at least for my cheapie tests seems to vary a lot from test to test. Keeping my fingers crossed so much for you!

ABC don’t think anything of it. My lines with Emmalyn were always darker with smu and even tmu. She’s just fine. My urine was diluted with fmu for some reason!

ABC fmu on my second day after my positive test, said not pregnant barely any lines on the ones from 4:30 in the morning, then I held my pee until 8:30 thy morning because I wasn’t having That and the lines were much darker.

Girlsway it’s probably ligament pain, it starts sooner with subsequent pregnancies. This being my third baby, the RLP started very early and happens a lot more frequently. Very normal!

I went back to the hospital for my last blood test on Thursday and it came back less than 5 so everything has resolved naturally which I'm pleased about. Anyway last miscarriage I didn't ovulate at all the next cycle and it lasted about 40 days so I'm expecting the same this time. However I really feel like I'm about to ovulate, could this be possible? I'm on cd 14 and stopped bleeding about a week ago. What do you all reckon?!

Mummy so good to hear from you!!!! And thanks :) I'm terrified beyond belief about my BFP but hoping this one goes well. I'm glad that everything has resolved now naturally. I hope you are doing well - emotionally and physically - with the healing process!!

With both of my miscarriages, I ovulated about two weeks after the bleeding started (the first was exactly 14 days after, the 2nd I don't know the exact day but I know it was around the two week mark). Now, that said, my m/c's were both very early (I was 5 weeks - I think you were a bit further along?) AND my hormone levels were super low, especially with the 2nd one. The m/c bleeding with my 2nd one was crazy light - lighter than a normal period! So that may be why I ovulated so quickly after, plus my body is pretty much like clock work when it comes to my cycles. BUT - that being said, I would say it's definitely possible!!! Are you doing OPKs or seeing a bunch of EWCM that makes you think you might ovulate soon? Are you wanting to try again on the first O?

Hi abc!! I am so, so pleased you've got your bfp! I've got everything crossed that this baby sticks for you 🤞 Have you had any more betas?
My first loss I was only 5 weeks but I was 6 and a half this time and the bleeding was much heavier and much more painful.
I have done some opks and they are quite dark but not positive yet, am feeling very wet down there (sorry tmi!) and I'm usually pretty in tune with my body and can tell when o is approaching by how I feel. But maybe my body is messed up from the loss still. Yeah I want to try again straight away, I'm 41 so haven't got much time to play with [emoji33]

Hello ladies! Happy to see so many BFPs! I swayed 3 years away and failed, but I'm a proud mommy of two beautiful boys. I swayed this time again, had an unintentional 5 day cut-off, so don't know if it's going to happen this month or not. Weird thing, I got a low fever on Monday that that's lasted this long. I know you're supposed to do Bbt, but my little one wakes up throughout the night so I don't. I wasn't feeling well on Monday, took my temp and it was at 99.7, from then, everyday it has fluctuated between 99.1-99.6, which is not normal for me. Yesterday i had major pain by my left ovary, it throbbed for a while and now it's gone. I a POAS addict, so I've been testing and nothing so far, I'm at 8 dpo. I am 9DPO (according to FF) although I think I ovulated maybe 2 days later.
Anyway woke up this am to pinky discharge (which is now brown) I had cramps in my right hip last night and sciatic pain on right side also. Do we think it could be implantation or just a weird blip in my cycle? I did a cheapie test today (not expecting anything) but just to be sure, which was neg. I'm quite run down I've had a cold for 5 weeks which has now turned to a chesty cough so hopefully that's good enough poor maternal condition for my pink sway! Ha ha!

Girl dreaming that dip at (likely 6dpo) looks very promising for implantation especially combined with your small amount of spotting. If it was implantation then you should see a faint line on a sensitive test like frer either tomorrow or the following day. How exciting!! Fx fx fx!!

Girl dreaming an frer is a first reponse early result pregnancy test. It's very sensitive so will show a line before many others on the market.

With the temp dip it can also be caused by a secondary estrogen surge which occurs approx a week after ovulation however a deep dip like yours almost to coverline is quite promising for an implantation dip instead. You'll know in a few days regardless [emoji3]

I find it highly unlikely you oed the day before a pos opk. I honestly think you're 7dpo or even 6dpo but I don't suppose it matters anyway if you get that bfp [emoji12]

You can't compare to others though. It's a doubling game. You can start with anything from 0 to 5 hcg in your system (all of which are entirely normal) and so a person who starts with 0 will have less than a person who starts off at 5 but the pregnancy is still developing properly.

Looking at the numbers one would say wow the pregnancy at 16 is much lower that the 160 but both pregnancies are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing! Doubling is what counts! Imagine this - a woman could start off at 5 and NOT have doubling, her pregnancy may not even be working out, but would still be higher than a pregnancy developing normally that started off at 0 or 1 or 2 hcg! Don't compare numbers!

Hello, this is my first time posting and I am currently 3DPO and in the 2WW.

I have been charting my BBT but it seems to be all over the place and very low (35.95 the day before ovulation and then between 36.05 and 36.19 after ovulation). Is is generally between 36.00 and 36.05.
My question is, for those mums that are still getting up to other children in the middle of the night and the time that I wake is all over the place as well, can you trust your BBT temps?
I am taking them before I get out of bed and after 4 hours of solid sleep, but they seem lower than what they did when I was testing for DS2. I just wasn’t sure if perhaps the OPK appears to have given a false positive result, or if I can’t rely on my BBT based on the other factors mentioned above. Anicole going by your temps I would lean towards cd21 being o day. Oing up to 48 hours after pos opk is very common and completely normal. Taking your bbt after 4-6 hours is perfectly fine especially if doing so consistently. I wouldn't doubt your temps as restless/little sleep would falsely elevate your temp, not lower it. Open mouth breathing can cause falsely lower temps if temping orally. If your temping vaginally then I would consider them quite accurate. Some people simply dont experience a clear cut change in temps, but its more about a sustained clear shift than how high the shift is. Low temps can also indicate low progesterone but I wouldn't jump to ths conclusion this clise to o. See how it goes over the next few days [emoji3] If you like, post a link to your chart and I'll keep an eye on it [emoji102]

Hey girlsway, I wish I could remember in real detail! But I've got a rubbish memory and I didn't write it down!

I was aware of swaying as I was trying to do it and I was a member here too. I wasn't a huge meat eater but I didn't go veggie. I worked full time and had a side job working in an ice cream shop on my days off it was in the summer months(so I defo didn't stop dairy either) this time I've limited dairy and I'm having almond milk in my coffee which I didn't do last time. I had sweetener in my coffee and I'm doing that again. I drank Diet Coke too but not loads and I'm doing that again too.
I skipped breakfast that's for sure I was never huge breakfast eater before my DD and now I feel like I need a little something in the morning (funny how it changes) but I try not to!
I drank alcohol but not loads really. I drank cranberry juice but I'm not this time as it's not seen to be that effective. We dtd once at pos OPK I fell pregnant 2nd month luckily. I drank coffee but I always have (except when I was breastfeeding then I stopped it) I had lost weight before I started TTC about 1 and a bit stone. This time I've only lost 2kg and I'm bigger (8kg) bigger than I was when I conceived my daughter. Although I'm only 5ft 3 and I weigh 57kg currently (so I was very very small when I conceived my daughter) I doubt I'll be able to get down to that again. My body doesn't seem to want to lose anymore. I had an active job on my feet along with my 2nd job I was probably doing excercise but I wasn't going to the gym or anything.
Again this time I'm walking and active with my daughter and my job which still involves being on my feet for 12-13 hours so I'm not managing excercise either. I didn't take any supps as I didn't really understand them. I feel I have more cm this time so I'm considering antihistamines for our next try maybe.

I really hope to have another DD as it would fit perfectly for our family but I will be happy for a healthy baby!
How has your diet been for your sway this time?

The picture doesn't have great lighting but the OPK stick on the left has a slightly darker line. I tested 3 times yesterday afternoon and three times the afternoon before and I was having trouble waiting long enough to pee, so the urine may be diluted. Atomic suggests another attempt at 4 days to be safe (3 to increase the chances of pregnancy but since I've only been on the diet 6 weeks I'm going to go for 4). I am going to try to limit obsessing and just test twice today. Good luck to all!38812

I am currently CD1 after taking Provera to induce af. Wasn’t coming on its own. The plan is Clomid CD3-7. I’ve read through the clomid files and most likely will drop all sway tactics minus working out 4-5x week. Does anyone else have any tips for a clomid cycle ttc a girl?! Strawberrybella opks cant tell you when you've ovulated. Only temping can do that. Rule of thumb is ovulation will generally take place 12-48 hours after first pos opk. Up to 72 hours after is also possible but rarer. Your opk can remain positive after o has happened, some peoples lh levels drop quickly, some drop slowly....

Sent from my SM-G900I using TapatalkThanks Pbn!! I'm praying I ovulate this cycle!! I started OPKs on CD12... I'm currently on CD14.... just waiting for crosshairs. Im testing 3 times daily-- FMU, SMU (10am) and then right before I go to bed (9pm). I got a hollow smiley (neg) for FMU on CD12 (3 days from my last pill) and then 2 flashing smileys for the rest of the day. CD13 and so far for CD14 I've had constant flashing smileys. I'm still using wondfos along with the clear blue advanced smileys just to compare... wondfos looked positive on the night of CD12. Not sure if I Ovulated then, or if I'm still gearing up to Oulvulate. Yesterday for most of the day i was having period like cramping, lower abdomen, which differed from my usual ovulation pains where it's infrequent and on one side. It feels so long since the last time i ovulated so maybe im just looking into it too much. Wondfos seem to be getting lighter as time goes on... Trying to DTD more often now and kinda threw my E4D out the window. If it doesn't happen this month, I'll go back to the E4D. I really really want my girl in the worst way but also getting close to my limit with Clomid.

Hannah are you doing e4d? I did one attempt for 3 months with no luck but got my bfp first cycle doing e4d! Good luck!!

We have been doing e4d since ttc this last one. I was thinking of having more than one attempt this round. Maybe e3d? Or add one at positive opk?

After having ALL even number years, it is just something we can’t wrap our heads around. I KNOW this sounds silly. This actually is a good compromise. Well both be 40 next year and always said we’d love to be done having kids by 40. (This would make #5 for us) just having a harder time this round.

[emoji170] 08/2014 [emoji170] 04/2016This came about because of confusion of eod, e3d and e4d. E3d is no longer recommended for use as a term, as some mistake it for eod (every 48 hours). I used to say e3d meaning every 72 hours but now call it e4d - 72 hour version [emoji16] There is also an e4d - 96 hour version. Either e4d version whichever you prefer is recommended by Atomic [emoji4]

Hi ladies, just to say I'm still here. My chart is weird and I was certain AF was coming but she hasn't turned up yet. I've had all neg tests and I'm 15dpo (although I think I ovulated later so I'm roughly maybe 13/14 dpo)
My cycles over the last year have been roughly 30-32 days with the exception of last month which was 35 which was unusual for me.
Would the diet increase my cycle length do you think?
Any thoughts on my chart?

Girl dreaming I believe you're 11-13dpo and not 15dpo as ff is saying. Temp wise I'd lean closer to 11dpo but maybe you have a slow rise and therefore 12 or 13dpo are also possible? There's no other previous charts via your link to look at bar last cycles which has limited data entered so I'm not able to look for patterns. What type of hpts are you testing with?

Thanks for the reply Pbn3! Yes my chart last cycle I didn't temp at all as it was such a busy month and my daughter was up twice a night all month for some odd reason! I've tried the cheapie ones, Poundland ones, Superdrug all apparently are supposed to be good. I feel really sick today I wonder if I'm just gearing up for a heavier period?
I am unsure how to share my other charts from last year?

Never mind, you should know one way or another in a few short days [emoji3] Cheapie tests may not have great sensitivity. I'd test again if af doesn't arrive by cd36 as by then you should see soemthing on any test!

Mummy2boys that's not even a squinter, I can see it clearly [emoji50] I have seen bfps this early on two occassions only over the last few years so while it is extremely rare it can happen. I can only be 6/7dpo at most I reckon because we've only dtd twice so I'm pretty certain lol. I thought I was 5dpo like you said Pbn though. My opks were only just positive on cd15 and then completely negative on cd16 so I thought it might have been surging through the night. Anyway, as I've gone completely crazy now I've done a frer and it was negative, so obviously I opened it [emoji23] and there is a line. But probably an evap from opening [emoji51]

Best time is usually between 1-3pm. I only know of the dual hormone digis that use fmu and a cb? one that can be used any time of day... If it was a dip test did you test again either that afternoon or evening?

I tested again at 11 am with quite diluted urine and that one was clearly positive. So I hope it was a real positive?? After the positive opk I didn't test any further...

I showed him my charts after my two anovulatory cycles and he agreed that the temps were too high and my cycles were too short. He has only been monitoring my cysts on my ovaries every 6 weeks. I wish they'd do more, but that's all they do at that office. I'm so up in the air about when I possible ovulated... I did have cramping the last 2 days of being on Clomid, and I believe I had cramping on the night of CD12-- but it wasn't like my normal o cramps on one side of my ovaries, it was all over ... like period like cramping. I've been waiting for a temp spike, but in the past, anything above 98.0 for me was normal post O temps. It's been resting in the low 98's so it looks that way but idk??? Also, my wondfo test last night was very dark. Looks positive to me. We BD yesterday afternoon so that would cover us (I'd think).... i was also very wet all night-- super watery cm, even made my sheets wet as i was sleeping, so that looks good for O-- but temps didnt go up as far as i thought. I was tempted to BD this morning but didn't bc I'm trying to go back to the E4D (72 hour version) of timed intercourse. I've also been cramping for the past couple days, and BD isn't very comfortable--- thrusts hurt Haha! And for the first time since my first round of Clomid, my nipples are on fire. Started last night and still sensitive this morning

After 2 anovulatory cycles on 50mg clomid I'd be trying to increase my conception odds as much as possible. I'm not even sure I wouldn't have added attempts this cycle.... Clomid is a strong sway tactic in itself so I'd check with her as I think its more important you try and conceive at this stage while taking 100mg clomid rather than use number of attempts as a sway tactic. Best to run it past her though xo

I doubt she will Star so I'd just stick to your e4d (72 hour version) for this cycle and take her advice on board for next cycle. It's quite possible an attempt now wouldn't count in any case. Being that sperm takes up to 12 hours to capacitate to be able to penetrate an egg and an egg only lives for approx 8-12 hours there's not a high chance of conception from an attempt tonight. I doubt she will Star so I'd just stick to your e4d (72 hour version) for this cycle and take her advice on board for next cycle. It's quite possible an attempt now wouldn't count in any case. Being that sperm takes up to 12 hours to capacitate to be able to penetrate an egg and an egg only lives for approx 8-12 hours there's not a high chance of conception from an attempt tonight. I haven't been temping the first half of this cycle, but I was temping religiously when I was ttc DS1 and I checked my temps every once in a while since then so I know quite well what are pre o temperatures and post o temperatures. Yesterday was definitely pre o. Today I woke up at 5 am, took my temp and it was somewhere between pre and post o. I fell asleep again and at 7 am, which is my normal time for temping, it was sky high. Is it possible that the temperature rose just within those two hours? Or did being awake for 10 min (didn't get up) at 5 am change my temp at 7 am that much?

Here's my chart, although it's really incomplete... For temperatures before yesterday I just inserted my normal pre o temp as I didn't measure that days. For today I inserted the 5 am temp. At 7 am it was 0.4 degree higher....

How frustrating is the 2WW! It honestly feels like a lifetime waiting to take a test!
I am currently 8dpo and have had next to no symptoms - would I have felt something by now if I was going to get a positive test in the next few days? I am over thinking about the fact that I have had a lack of symptoms.
I have had a little bit of cramping yesterday and today, but all of this waiting and symptom guessing really messes with your mind!
I hope the next 3-4 days goes quickly and I can talk myself out of doing a million tests too early between now and then.
I hope some other ladies are getting some BFP’s [emoji8][emoji8]

Anicole I wouldn't rely on symptoms at all, especially this early. Symptom spotting is so unreliable and is just a bit of fun to pass the time [emoji4] I had zero symptoms my last pregnancy, other than what I thought was my usual af cramps, only they started a couple days earlier than usual. I honestly believed 100% that af was coming they were that similar....

I asked him to use a little lubricant during our attempt but he accidentally squeezed out a lot from the bottle. I'm worried that it was too much and next time we'll have to figure out how to make it just a little bit. Husband can be so complicated!

Most regular lubes are not good when ttc, it destroys/inhibits sperm so you need to be using a sperm safe/friendly lube. People do fall pregnant using regular lube so its not 100% bad but you've a much better chance of conceiving using something designed to protect those swimmers. Use a sperm safe lube sparingly if swaying girl or however much you like if swaying boy [emoji4]

Are you currently doing opks? There is a rise in this mornings temp which could indicate o happened in the previous 24 hours prior to temping however without more temps to confirm a sustained rise it's only a possibility. Also going by last cycls chart you're not in the same post o temp range yet so unfortunately it's impossible to say so far. I'll keep an eye on your chart though and let you know what I think in a few days!

Noemi have you had any testing done? I'm only asking because from memory you're close to 40? I was tested and found to have low ovarian reserve which is how I ended up being prescribed clomid at the time even though I was still ovulating. I had lh and amh tested on cd3 and progesterone on cd21 (I had done on cd21 because I ovulated on cd14, you need to get bw done 6-8 days after o day)

I did a test this morning at 9dpo but I knew it was too early as by memory I didn’t get a bfp until 12-13dpo the last two times - I was just getting impatient!

Unfortunately I haven’t had any sign of a temp increase with implantation either. I suppose I will at least know one way or the other in the next few days! [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] at least then the guessing can stop!

I've been so absent! It's been really busy here. I'm about 1 DPO, we had a 2-O attempt, so it's possible this cycle! We did E4D this cycle so hoping we have better luck. Anyone else about 1DPO? I'm hoping the best for everyone here!!

Gafan what kind of lubricant are you using? Most regular lubes are not good when ttc, it destroys/inhibits sperm so you need to be using a sperm safe/friendly lube. People do fall pregnant using regular lube so its not 100% bad but you've a much better chance of conceiving using something designed to protect those swimmers. Use a sperm safe lube sparingly if swaying girl or however much you like if swaying boy [emoji4]

In my sway plan we are starting with one attempt at positive OPK with a small amount of lubricant. This cycle was first attempt this sway, so I feel ok about probably not having much chance, but I'll have to think of something next time so he doesn't have the chance to use too much. I guess I'll start applying myself. If we only get one shot a cycle I don't want to spook him. It took a while to get him on board with trying for another baby and whenever he thinks about that in connection with sex he is less interested.

Still trying to convince my doc to give me a blood test. [emoji848]
