Sent from my SM-G900I using TapatalkI know! I was too! I wear tempdrop every night-- comparable to the ava bracelet, and the night before last I was up with My oldest boy sick through the night... I was bummed to not see the rise yesterday morning and noticed that a few of my previous temps from the nights before had gone down-- but I couldn't help to think that possibly since I was up during the night with a sick kiddo that it could have messed up my algorithm. This morning my temp spiked, and the past temps that had changed, had changed again. So I'm thinking that with being up, it messed up my algorithm and when it spiked today, the algorithm corrected itself. It's confusing. But since we had such weird temps this cycle, we are continuing to BD every 72 hours until AF.

With my past 2 ovulatory cycles, the first one my cycle was only 17 days long and the second was 19 days long. I'm Currently on CD20 and AF hasn't come yet... hopefully my cycles are getting back on track like before when my cycles were 26-28 days long.

Oh I hope they do the blood test for you!I called my doc office yesterday and explained to them that my temps are wonky.. and that it's looking like a repeat of my last 2 anovulatory cycles (may have fibbed some with that statement but it's true that they are still wonky ;) ) and that I haven't had blood work for 6 months... i even said, you know levels can change daily, right? I need bloodwork updated. Even if they could do it monthly, I'd be happy with that! The nurse told me that she'd talk to the doc and let me know..... that was yesterday morning... and I still haven't gotten a call back

Hey guys-

wondering your thoughts so we DTD on CD 11 and CD 14. On CD 15 I had a positive OPK FMU and on CD 16 I had very painful ovulation pains in the morning. We were unable to DTD CD 17 (yesterday) due to a sudden death in the family and for obvious reasons nobody was in the mood for that. Should we DTD tonight (CD 18) or are odds that ovulation has already occurred and not to worry about it? I'm not temping, which would be helpful, I know. In the past when I temp I usually get a rise the day after my pains.

Out of curiosity what opks are you testing using fmu? Do the instructions state its ok to use? I only know of two opks (both digital) that can use fmu for testing that's all so thought I'd double check with you [emoji4]

Noemi the spotting that's recorded cd21 in your chart? I wonder if it's ovulation bleeding/spotting?! I've heard of it but never experienced it myself. I actually thought cd19 could have been o day at the time but now cd21 looks pretty good for o day too [emoji23] Did you do any opks or feel any cramps?

Hello Pbn, yes i did opk (cd 19partial positive, cd20 positive, cd21 partial positive)i felt cramps from cd18.. About spotting it happend to me for the first time and it happend in the morning so i knew ovulation was cd21 in the morning:)

So with my wearable BBT, Tempdrop, it's got algorithms in it to determine your BBT by monitoring you all night... anyways last night was an off night for me again... I just tossed and turned so when I got my reading this morning it was very low... which automatically changed my past couple temps bc the algorithm changed. Sometimes it's a fluke though, so if by chance the algorithm was thrown off last night due to my insomnia, it'll correct itself with a good night's sleep tomorrow morning-- assuming I have a good night's rest. I'm hoping that's what has happened here bc I felt my chances were sooooo good this month. I'll keep you updated. I haven't gotten my results back yet and my doc office just closed so looks like I'll be waiting until monday. But at least with the progesterone test, if it comes back with low numbers my doc should know that I need suppositories or not. And I'll also be able to know if I'm ovulating or not, and if I am, then he may even be able to tell if I'm having a strong o or weak o.

I started bleeding tonight, so chances are I am out this round. Could this be implantation bleeding? I didn't have that with two previous pregnancies. Before that I had a miscarriage so no data. Intercourse last night, no pain. Should I keep hoping? I had negative wondfo pregnancy tests today and yesterday. When would a test be positive if this is implantation bleeding? Thanks in advance for any guesses. I will be fine either way since this is our first month of attempting, but I would really like to know.

Yes. Late pm test. My am test was blaring positive. So I think I’ll do an attempt today. This is our first round of clomid and I’m on a time crunch so there’s no playing anymore. Should I add in another attempt tomorrow as well. I’d love a girl but at this point, my only sway may be the Almighty Himself. Doing lots of praying lately. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji33]

Sutton the usual recommended time for dip tests such as these is between 1-3pm. Some people choose to test in the AM and late PM as well. If you're new to using opks I'd stick to the instructions for now (most will say beyween 11am and 4pm) and use between 1-3pm. Make sure you limit your fluids 2-3 hours prior to testing, sip rather than gulp [emoji6] and only when you need to wet your mouth. Hold your wee for 2 hours prior to testing also. So as an example if testing at 2pm you'd only sip your water from 11am until test is done and you'd refrain from peeing from 12 noon. Never use fmu with opks unless you are using the cb dual hormone digi that is designed for fmu [emoji4]. Some people choose to test outside this 1-3pm time frame of they suspect or know they have a short surge (confirmed by temping) or if nearly pos in the afternoon may test again that evening. Please ask away if you have any more questions or need anything clarified [emoji4]

Oh and as girlswaylondon said cd14 o day is based on an 'average' cycle with an 'average' luteal phase and many many women actually o before or after cd14. What is your usual cycle length? Most people will start testing with opks from cd10 but to cut costs you could start later if you have a longer than average cycle.

I agree it looks another anovulatory cycle BUT your temps indicate your body tried really hard this time so next cycle may just be the one being round two of the stronger clomid dose. I would not mess around with attempts if I were you and would for sure bd every 72 hours and additionally at pos opk just in case you do in fact o. Will be crossing everything for you [emoji173]

We’ve technically been E3D so that would put me at 2 attempts in my fertile window. I think we’ll just add in one today at positive then continue e3d until my temps show that I possibly ovulated. Oh goodness this ttc stuff.

When i asked about my results my doctor's personal nurse said, "upon getting your results Dr. Williams said that unfortunately did not ovulate this cycle. your progesterone level was at a 3.34.... and we like to see them at a 10." so she told me that we would go over our next plan of action on Wednesday. Any ideas what he might do? He told me that he only prescribes clomid 100mg for 3 cycles and then refers out to a RE. Do you think i need an increase yet again? or progesterone supplements? I'm sooo lost

I dont think there's much more he can do at this point but I'm no expert either..... he may want to go ahead with the two remaining cycles at this stage or maybe you can ask for an earlier referral if this next cycle is anovulatory as well [emoji848] may even be worth asking for a referral now too. At least with an RE you should get ultrasound monitoring to see how you're responding. Another option may be to ask to try femara instead of clomid for a couple cycles prior to referral to RE?

Thanks girls. I am disappointed that I've wasted 3 months... but I am glad that I was assertive and requested the blood draw. I'm not sure if they truly believed me about my past 2 anovulatory cycles but now this judt confirms to them that this is what I've been telling them has been going on. I'm not sure what's going to happen Wednesday, but I'm hoping I don't have to take a break. I just want a baby girl already!! 🤞[emoji120]

I think I'm out. AF hasn't arrived, but very low temps and I'm expecting AF Any day now. Currently on CD25... haven't gotten my blood test results back yet and i have a doc appt set for Wednesday. Can I ask you to re-explain what your sway consists of attempt wise? Are you charting and using opks?

And focusing on things I can do you like exercise, modified diet, one attempt at day after positive opk . I started the diet again on January 1st and I've only had one attempt month so far. Maybe March will be my lucky month. I swayed about 4 years ago and got my lovely son and I'm back to try for a girl one more time.

Gafan why are you having an attempt day 'after' pos opk????!!!! Day of o conception odds are really low! Almost always a day of o attempt will be too late.... hoping it was just a typo and you meant day 'of' pos opk rather day 'after'. Can you clarify?

It looked like the opk might be positive (nearly dark enough) on CD15, so atomic and I agreed to go ahead and have the one attempt. Then I got a clear positive OPK on CD17 and she suggested another attempt. I opted to wait until 4 days after previous attempt to up odds of girl, although 3 days later would have increased odds of catching that egg (if it came). This was month 1 of attempt so I felt I had some time to spare. During last sway I became pregnant on second try... maybe next month it will be better timed.
