What makes it way scarier is that I think there is a good possibility I ovulated 2 eggs (the nurse even told me I probably would). Hopefully there's just one super healthy pink bean in there!

This gets me so excited to start testing! I have 7 "predicted" days until AF is supposed to arrive and I'm trying to hold out testing until the day after AF is due because I get test happy and run through them all before AF arrives. I'm trying to be good on testing this cycle!

I cheated quite a bit on vacation and didn't do any exercise :oops:

Last cycle the femara was so rough on me that I added an attempt in the hopes of increasing chances of conception (actually ended up doing same bd pattern that worked for both my boys lol) and so far, this month femara has been great- no side effects!!!

I'm 4 dpo and will most likely start testing early because I am just so eager to see those two lines!!!

How is everyone in the two week wait?

Starting the clearblue digital opk and wondfos tomorrow. I have a history of possibly ovulating between CD8 & CD18. My husband and I will have some issues of being in the same city during possible fertility period! We figured out we wont see each other CD8-12. So I need to either ovulate early or late. [emoji51]
He feels like this is OUR cycle! My gut tells me its not. So it's on to see who's right. I'm feeling blessed to have a DH that is actively excited and TTC. I didn't expect it after he was VERY hesitant and actually against a second baby. Now after losing one, he's all game.

I'm getting blood work done next week to check my hormone levels so that's the first step. I don't know when the first scan would be as I'm seeing a fertility specialist right now (as I've had three losses). Hopefully soon!!

Is the bottom one today's? To me it looks a little darker than yesterday. I took one again this morning and it was about the same as yesterday as well. I think it's normal not to see a ton of progression over 24 hours!

Those lines look great ladies! Remember that progression is every 48 to 72 hours that early, so not a big change from one day to the next is normal!

Hey girls I'm 5dpo today so thinking about testing at 9dpo which will be Thursday 31/5 here in Australia... I got a bfp with ds2 at 8dpo so I think 9dpo is a good starting point for me as my Lp is only 10 days at the most and sometimes only 9 days!

Hey garfan, I think it can be mon/thurs or mon/friday. We did e4d plus one this cycle using mon/thurs pattern

Ed4 is the timeframe, 72-96 hrs. Its not specifically a day of the week. When we did E4d pattern we varied between every 3-4 day pattern, so 72-96 hours. So don't wait for a monday or a thursday or a friday... just start and go from there.

Clearblue digital errored on me. Guess I'm starting tomorrow. My wondfo was pretty light, as expected. This wait is just as stressful as the TWW. I find it even more stressful right now because I'm trying hard to do LE diet, get attempts in, etc. After O, there's nothing to do except wait.

Well this morning I woke up and had to pee soooooo badly. I took a CB digital pregnancy text and it said Not Pregnant. They say to use FMU but would it affect it if my urine was seriously diluted? CB digitals require some of the highest HCG on the HPT market. I think it's like 50miu? Say your first test was a positive at like 20miu, which I think FRERs tend to be 20-25, adequate doubling to 50 would be 3 to 4 days after that first one! So awhile! I'd stick with the pink line tests!

I'm still trying to get access to my private forum, not sure what the delay is but I'll keep trying.Yea, 72 hours is better odds of conception and 96 hours is better for pink. But both are good pink tactics. From what I've read most sperm will only live up to 72 hours so I think you're better "covered" with a viable attempt with that version. With 96 hours there's more likelihood that you'll end up with 2 badly timed attempts.

I picked up a chicken sandwhich yesterday at arby's while traveling and as I was exiting I held the door for a couple with 5 boys, about 7 & under. My first thought...i need to give her this group's info.I've had that thought more then once when seeing mamas of boys! But then I'll see moms with both genders and I think yeaaaaaaa they probably didn't do any swaying to get those, LOL!!!

Thank you everyone! That makes me feel much better. Our car broke down today so I'll try to get some FRER later. Since I can't see an OB until.. well who knows, since I don't actually HAVE one right now in the middle of this huge move lol, the tests are giving me something to rely on since I don't have an OB to get betas or anything. I know many women don't go in until 12 weeks, but I just get so anxious :(

Barely managed a 3.5 hour hold, took it and it started to show the positive in about 30 seconds and is definitely a bit darker than yesterdays. Such a relief.

The only tests I have now are the FR Rapid Result, FR Digital, and another CB Digital. The drugstore ONLY had the 3 pack of the First Response types not just FRER, because of course they didn't ;)

Well, it also happens to me this month - I‘m on CD21 and just today I had my temperature rise... O_o (I’m tracking temperature)
Pos opk was on CD18..

Our first attempt will be next cycle, but it sucks that my cycles start acting weird and every o is so far apart!

Eighme its nothing to do with when af is due as in how many days before, its all about when implantation takes place. Let's say you had 10 day lp but didn't implant until 9dpo (which is well within the normal average implantation range of 6-12dpo) you're not going to get a bfp on a sensitive test like an frer until 2-3 days later which would put you well past missed period. However if your lp is usually 14 days then you'd likely see a bfp 2 days before missed period (still using 9dpo as an example implantation day). Does that make sense? That's why it's truly never over until af arrives as no one will know when implantation takes place and it can occur even later than 12dpo although that is more rare.

So here I am at CD 8 again, needing help with my opk & timing of attempts. First off, good/bad news. My mom is sick so she rescheduled our little trip, which now means I'll be in town CD8-11. He however will be gone CD 12-14. So yay for being in town together. But not if I cant figure out my DHs lack of a finishing. So we've had attempts and no success since may 20th (9 days ago). So I have been avoiding a big O and not using lube, but I think that effects DHs mentality and my comfort level with dryness.
So this was my CB dig opk and wondfo this am. I'm not super familiar with CB as I only used it one cycle before and I got pregnant with it.
Had a flashing smiley, but when i look at the actual test strip it looks like it bled a lot. My wondfo is however approaching positive. Im usually someone with a blazing positive.

Kiku - YAY!!!!!! There is something satisfying about seeing it on a digital. So happy for you!!!!!!

HG - are you using the advanced CB digital OPKs? I'm guessing so as the regulars don't flash. Did you start those this morning? Flashing means "high fertility" - it means it's picking up estrogen but NOT LH yet - so it's still considered a negative OPK. I always have 4-5 days of flashing before I get a solid, but, some people only get one or two. This being your first month using it we have no idea how many more days you'll get the flashing before solid. I would hold off if your wondfo is not yet positive since you know you normally get a positive on those and from what you said it's not quite there yet. You may end up with a solid smiley on the CB digital tomorrow. And don't worry about bleeding thing on the test strip - mine always do that. As far as big O, a lot of ladies on here have gotten girls with big O so I wouldn't stress too much over that if it helps DH out. If you really need lube just maybe use a small amount of a "non-sperm friendly" one (basically, just not Preseed). I think atomic has even OK'd using a very small amount of Preseed if you really, really need it.

Hgmama that's getting close on the wondfo but if you usually get a blazing pos I'd hold off until solid smiley/first (not necessarily blazing) pos opk. I also wouldn't risk any more attempts now as perhaps if you hold off a couple days it may make dh release easier plus I too would also use a small amount of preseed. Lube will not make or break your sway and if it's going to help get a viable attempt in then use it. Another idea as well is maybe try to mix it up a bit at the beginning? Perhaps some hand or mouth stimulation for hubby to really get him going? Hope I'm not being too blunt and embarrassing anyone [emoji85] but this is too important for niceties [emoji12]

ABC & Pbn3- Thanks for responding! Yes I am using CB Adv dig opk. It technically is my second cycle using it, since I got pregnant with it in January. However, I went from 3 days of open circle straight to solid smiley. I completely planned on following both of your advice and waiting, but then DH got home and I took advantage of him being in the mood. Thankfully it led to a successful attempt, but I DO NOT think it will be our one attempt. My wondfo LH was pretty light this am so I think I am going to have a longer cycle and O in several days from now. My January cycle did that, got lighter and then rose appropriately to a proper blazing. Thanks for telling me about the bleeding test thing. I think I will give up the no big O, thanks to you gals. It will help DH mentally and me physically with dryess. However when I have EWCM, I don’t have that problem. First off, nothing is too blunt or embarrassing for me… and gals this is life changing advice. We dtd in the guest bedroom since our son was napping in ours. Switched up location.  In the past, even some of the unsuccessful attempts, I did some hand stim prior. Unfortunately, I haven’t done oral in a while bc it’s been after long days of sweaty work. Yes I am a bit nervous... hubby not home tonight so I hope it was a faker, although I do feel a bit gassy today, as we will have missed our chance... Really wanted to just do positive opk this month and had hoped it would be after tomorrow, so Im scared to just try in case the positive then shows up in 2 days time. Maybe I did in between 11 & 7 but I didn’t do one as it’s so early in the cycle for me & 3pm never seems to work for me, maybe I would have got it at 7pm on cd11!? But it was so faint that day at 11am. Swearing right now, can you hear it [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]

I just looked at last months chart and I also ticked opk darkening on cd12 then too (no clomid) weird because ovulation didn’t happen last month until in the 20’s sometime. But I do feel a bit achey today. Want to scream and cry

Don't give up hope yet emshe!! Most of the sites I've read about Clomid say you should ovulate 7-10 days after finishing it, which is consistent with your first round on it. I O'd on day 15 of my first 3 Clomid cycles and on day 14 this last cycle. I think O-ing on day 12 or 13 would pretty unusual. I'm guessing that OPK yesterday was a faker like you said - and hopefully you'll see it really darken and turn positive in the next couple of days!!!
