View Full Version : Vitamins leaving your system

So I was planning to sway in August, and started the diet this month. However, my wellness dr put me on a host of vitamins (including calcium) for 6 weeks. I’m still going to do the LE diet the whole time but any idea how long it takes for these vitamins to leave my body? Maybe I should consider the start of my sway at the end of the 6 weeks?

No one really knows how it all works. Some nutrients leav more quickly than others.

being on diet now will only help in the long run.

Thank you! Do you think it would be smarter to start the 12 weeks marker after I finish the vitamins?

If you have the time to spare and want to, yes, it may be beneficial. I don't think it's necessary provided you start diet sooner but it may help a little.

I decided my boy mom personality can’t do this alone. [emoji23] I ordered a plan. Cant wait to start. I’m having trouble finding all the forms and stuff tho! Sorry to already be a pain!
