Hi ladies,
I'm sure I have read this some where before but can't seem to find it so I'm going to ask it again, sorry. If your ph is low already why do the diet? Has the diet got to do with something else that we need to increase chances in conceiving a girl? Could the diet alone lower ph even more and therefore decrease your chances of falling pregnant all together?
My ph is usually 4.5 and at it's highest 5.75 at o time (which I'm really surprised about, I thought I'd be alot higher). Obviously I still need to go on the diet but just wondering.
oh and just one more question TMI, even though I may have a lower ph I still get heaps of EW before, during and after ovulation. Is ph and ew connected in anyway, I guess what I'm asking is the more acidic you are should you be more drier down there? I hope that makes sense.
Thanks
