Hi and welcome Bree! We do things a little differently on this site so if you have any confusion, please ask, ask, ask! I answer all swaying questions posted personally and I'm always happy to explain any differences between our approach and what any other site may recommend. :) Huge congrats on your newest boy!

I haven't gotten to far into it, because well, I have an almost 7 month old. But I've been reading on the Shuttles method; and changing some things in my diet. But I will deffenitly ask questions as they arise!

Here is the case against Shettles - most of us on here have timing opposites, several of them, myself included. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum/gender-swaying-general-discussion/7691-trouble-timing.htmlm It just doesn't work and so it's best to focus on diet, exercise, lifestyle changes and BD pattern rather than timing. :) You can do timing if you want, of course, just don't rely on it.
