Hello fellow mamas! Im Bree and I am a happy mom to 2 wonderful little boys! I would love to up my chances on conceiving a little girl tho. So i am researching "the girl diet". And thought i would join This fourm and learn from yall!!

I am not currently ttc, as i had my second baby almost 7 months ago and still do not have my periods back and havent been ovulating. Just wanting to prepare my body beforehand

Thank you!! I haven't gotten to far into it, because well, I have an almost 7 month old. But I've been reading on the Shuttles method; and changing some things in my diet. But I will deffenitly ask questions as they arise!

Here is the case against Shettles - most of us on here have timing opposites, several of them, myself included. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...e-timing.htmlm It just doesn't work and so it's best to focus on diet, exercise, lifestyle changes and BD pattern rather than timing. You can do timing if you want, of course, just don't rely on it.
