Hello!
So I’m waiting on my period to start and hopefully this month will be our attempt. Dh will release a few times before our one attempt at +opk/ewcm. I’m using letrozole so I’m wondering if my typical ovulation date might change.

I was wondering if after that first unprotected attempt, can we have sex every 4 days following that to make sure we caught the egg? Is that still one attempt technically? If not, what do you suggest we do as far as dtd after that first unprotected attempt?

Yes absolutely I have people do that all the time. Do the one attempt at first pos, then go to e4d. In the 72 hour pattern for best chance of conception, in the 96 hour pattern for best odds of pink
