    Day 4 transfers are generally not done. The reason Day 4 transfers are not done is that the technologies that have a Day 3 biopsy and give you results by Day 4 are generally not very accurate. You would use either Array CGH on Day 3 or fluorescence in situ hybridization, both of which are bad ideas. Additionally, you would use PCR for gender only which is archaic technology. Overall, I am not sure Day 4 transfer will ever be something that is appropriate.
