    Responce Time

How long does it usually take Dr. Potter's office personnel to contact you over the phone after a request for a consult through an e-mail? I am suppose to talk to Stephanie, but when should I expect that to happen on average?

It depends when you emailed and if it is their day off. Email Stephanie AND Lori, tell them you're coming from this site and if you don't get a response in 24hrs, PM ME.

I e-mailed Lori on Friday and she responded the same day saying that Stephanie will contact me soon. I'm still waiting on Stephanie...

She is the new patient coordinator. Lori is his nurse for current patients. Let me know if you don't get a response.
