How much would it be for another cycle if you froze the embryos and you didn't become pregnant the first cycle?

Hi there!
Does the pricing at HRC include the below? I recently reached out to a clinic in MN and these were all listed as separate line items, so I am trying to look into HRC and see if it makes sense to travel to CA. Also, how long do you have to be in CA (I thought I read on one post 13 days) for those of you who have traveled there, how did you make that cost effective (since the price of hotels/eating out must add up)
Pre screening $3300
Monitoring- Fresh $2200-$3200/cycle
Monitoring – Frozen $1200
Pregnancy tests
PGD fees

Pre screening $3300- Always separate cost no matter where you cycle
Monitoring- Fresh $2200-$3200/cycle- Yes, in the cost
Monitoring – Frozen $1200- in the separate FET cost- FETs are a whole second cycle that is a reduced cost but another cycle- $2950 at HRC I think
Pregnancy tests- I guess if you do it at HRC??
PGD fees- Yes it is in the HRC price.Mom to

$12,200 includes everything but anesthesia which is a few hundred dollars. If you do a fresh transfer, that's it.

Pre-screening can be totally covered if you have diagnostic testing(most do) on your insurance policy. I paid nothing for my pretesting.
Anesthesia is $400.
The $12,200 includes ICSI and PGD testing of 12 embryos. $250 per embryo after that.Mom to

Thanks nuthinbutpink!
Do you know on average how long you would need to be out of town to cycle at HRC? Also, do many people have luck with having insurance covering the medications or are those mainly out of pocket?
That's great to know that insurance might possibly cover pre-screening! I sent over my consultation to HRC, and was really excited to hear back from them! I am still weighting out the pros and cons between cycling in MN or in CA, so its great to get as much information as possible.
Bump! :)
