Hi netti02,
I feel your pain in Australia there is not much help I've also had trouble with trying to get scripts for clomid from my GP who just wont its annoying as some doctors will prescribe and whilst other just refer you to a specialist, Im going to be getting a customer sway plan in the next few weeks and getting myself ready to sway in a few months

I have read the article on the myth of timing on here and found it valuable in identifying the flaws of the shettles method and the lack of scientific evidence that supports it becuase how did he know they were X and Y? More to research before i start

Hi Netti02,
I completely believed in the Shettles Method, that was until I got 2 opposites using timing! When I conceived my 3rd son, I went through a Fertility Clinic to track my cycles to determine when to dtd. (Up to 6 blood tests and up to 2 internal ultrasounds a month) The clinic would call me and say I was in the "girl window" and then call me when to stop. To me, this was Shettles on steroids. Fool proof. After all I was paying crazy money to make sure it worked. It didn't.
I've just purchased a plan to try for a baby girl using diet and exercise to sway. Your body's condition at the time of conception just makes sense.
Hope that helps! Good luck!!! :-)

Thanks so much for sharing this experience Am3!! So many of us have 2,3,4 or more Shettles opposites, but few can actually say they used HT methods to be absolutely certain of that! Thank you!

Walking is fine and has gotten good results as have running and biking. Don't worry about building muscle if you're dieting and lostin at least a bit of weight.
Make yourselves a cuppa , this is going to be a loooooong one LOL (and sorry, it may not be super consistent as I started this when pregnant in September - then changed it when I lost that baby and...
Boy sway after 4 girls - the last...
