Vitex and clomid
I know this has been done before. I know you shouldn't take them together. What I was thinking of doing is taking vitex a-o now until I ttc in a few months time. So I would have a 14-17 day break off vitex before I start taking the clomid.
My question is I know this hasn't been done much trough internet searches.. I was wondering if any one who has taken vitex has noticed how long it took for their cycles to return to their normal cycles after stopping the hurb? I just want an idea of how long it takes to get out of your system thats all!
Thanks xo mwaHoping for a pink rainbow!

I took angus castus (vitex) from AF to O and it took about 3 months to totally clear out my system, I knew this as it would give me a 'certain' headache. However, I know it is supposed to sway pink but I concieved DS2 and DS3 whilst taking it. Did not take it when concieved DD.

You can also take vitex AF-AF as long as you are not trying to conceive and then stop on cd1 and start taking clomid whatever cd you are planing to take it. When I realized I missed O last cycle I started taking vitex and SP and took it until AF arrived. Then I started clomid on cd3 and O'd on cd18. Don't know if it worked for me yet but it did not mess with my O.

This may sound dumb - but why arent you meant to take vitex and clomid at the same time???

Clomid and vitex counteract each other and you don't want to mess with your cycle while on Clomid.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
