I haven't finished shopping. Hoping to next week!

I did more online shopping this year than ever. My family is not too far so we see everyone. It's fun but a lot.

DS is totally into it this year. The first year he really "gets" it and can talk about it and he does non-stop! I'm sure it will be fun.

That darn Elf thing has me up in the middle of the night when I forget to move him. Anyone else do the Elf on the shelf?

I got all our shopping done, only have my husband left. I have no idea what to get him!!! lol. We are going to be driving 4.5 hours to spend Christmas with family. We leave on Monday and come back the Sunday after Christmas. All of the kids are so excited!

We also do Elf on the Shelf. Have almost forgot it a few times! lol Elf on the Shelf is "sent" from Santa every year for the month of December (or how ever long you want to put him around the house). What he does is watch to see if the kids are being good or not. Every night he "reports" back to Santa. He comes back to the house and hides in a new spot each night. The kids love running around every morning looking for him. Also gives them an incentive to be good lol. Just a fun little thing to do around Christmas.
Mom of 5, DD , DS1 ,DS2 , DS3 and surprise DD 2 . Baby number 5 sure was meant to be here, she was born after I had a tubal ligation after baby 4 was born! We are so happy to have her join us, done having kids now (hopefully my body now agrees)!!

I am almost ready for Christmas too! I have just 2 gifts to get and I am finished. I am really enjoying the holiday season this year. I think especially since my boys are excited about it.
