    Workout dvd for pregnancy??

Can anyone recommend a good dvd to be used during pregnancy? (fingers x'ed for sticky) I am feeling pretty flabby and slow atm and am wondering if a bit of movement my help?? I saw something the other day which included some kind of weight bell?? I was quite enjoying getting a little stronger whilst swaying so I wouldn't mind keeping this going in a steady manner, any ideas??

I have the Davina pre and post natal workout DVD, which is quite good. I can't remember too much about it though as I used it when pregnant with DS2 and did nothing at all (except lots of walking!) with DS3.

I love the Walk away the pounds ones for pregnancy. They're not strictly for pregnancy but they're low impact and not as "dancey" as some others. I did them right through my pg with DS 3, even when I had a big belly!!!
