    Sounds like something I'd eat a few times per month a few years ago...and you can see how it's worked for me

    I used to eat all sorts of nummy things....Burgers, fries, tacos, Indian food, nachos, wings...gained 30 lbs from high school to marriage(at 23) and kept it on...3 boys later....sigh...I think this last one is a complete fluke!

    I think I should have all boys lol
    Thats how I usually eat and always have.

    Prawns would be great I would think so! I don't like shellfish though lol.
    I am making a pasta bake with pasta, mince meat and a tomato and basil sauce topped with cheese.
