Have only had 'stiff hips' on waking, or getting up which I am assuming is not the same as yours.

Are there any excursuses advocated by SpinningBabies.com ? I know they are about turning the baby in the right position, but perhaps they have advice about other pregnancy related issues

I've looked up exercises online and doing them now but so far not helping. It's pretty painful. Whenever part of me thinks maybe we could have a 4th child, I have to remember that my body hates being pregnant.

Anyone else get a nasty after taste when eating? Never had it with previous 4 pregnancies..it went away for a few weeks and now it's back don't know how to get rid of it!

Brushing my teeth/tongue doesn't help. I just end up with a rotten toothpaste taste in my mouth afterwards, same with the lollies Makes me feel nauseous

Iam the same nothing much helps . I sometime use mouthwash listerine and some really strong mints but it doesnt completely go away ..
It drives me crazy . Apparently well so ive read its got to do with the PH in ur mouth

It's awful isn't it?! Makes me feel sick. Never had this with the last 4.
