Happymommy mine once went from 9 to 44 in 48 hours. It's common and normal for hcg to rapidly increase in these very early stages.

Missed this somehow and seen it quoted by kiku...
Will they not monitor levels for a few more days?? I know someone who has had the methotrexate and went on to conceive the fourth cycle after. Pretty sure it's a 3 month minimum wait to conceive again due to it being in your systemthat long... You'd have to clarify with them though. Seems a bit odd to suggest surgery if they're not even sure

Hi ladies, they’ve decided now they think it’s a missed miscarriage rather than ectopic so I’m having medical management tomorrow. I wanted it to pass naturally so have had one final hcg to see if it’s going down yet and just waiting for results. Has anyone had the tablets before? Think they are a pessary?

Mummy I suppose that’s “good” news. I think atomic wrote up about tablets in a miscarriage post somewhere. I’ve heard they can be hit or miss.

Mummy, given the circumstances I'm glad to hear they think missed miscarriage. With mine I had the D&C, no tablets. Thinking of you.
