Question about Breastfeeding..
Alright ladies! I need help. I nurse my three month old baby. Exclusively breastfeed, because so far there isn’t a bottle she will take. That’s a problem, because my three year old is going to need surgery on his eyes real soon and no one can watch her really, because she won’t take a bottle. We’ve tried avent, nuk, spectra, medela, and playtex with liners with no luck. She literally screams and refuses until she gets my breast. So I need help, best bottle for a picky baby!

Have you tried Comotomo? They are expensive but my sister had the same problem and it was the only one she could get my niece to take!

Have you tried giving her a tiny bit of milk directly from breast to take hunger edge off, then unlatch her and offer the bottle?
Otherwise, the on,y bottle that helped transition was the Medela Calma, as it forces bub to suck like on breast.
Last resort, cup feeding...she doesn’t have to feed via a bottle to get her milk when you are away.
When is the surgery due hun?

Tagging in just to learn since I never managed to get DD on a bottle, but the few times I had to be away from her during a nurse, actually spoon feeding or cup feeding milk was enough of a novelty to get her through those few hours.

You’ve still got a month, you and Emmalyn will find a way to make it work
Also, maybe try to get hubby or someone other try to feed her (bottle, cup etc) whilst you aren’t in the room...if Mummy is there, She will always choose mummy so if she can’t see you she’s might be inclined to at least try good luck, and keep us posted on the surgery too!

Yep mine would never take a bottle either. But by 4 months most of mine were really curious about taking food off a spoon and I was able to leave them for a short time. FXFXFX for easy surgery and quick recovery.
Bump
Not sure where to ask not TTC
