Viola! So glad you and baby BOY are doing well! HE looks so precious! And man, I know that ring of fire is horrendous! With my ds1 my epidural didn't work and I felt it too. Any names yet?

Thanks girls! It’s been a whirl these last few days! We have named baby Sami. He’s doted on by DD1 and DH, DD2 just gives him kisses and goes off to do her own thing lol. I’ve forgotten how painful breastfeeding is the first few days . DH has been the most helpful he’s ever been after all of our kids births too so I’ve just been focusing on feeding and recovering and still playing with the girls.
How’s everyone else going? Who is due next?

37w5d and I am a miserable wreck. My stomach is so tight my skin hurts and the weight is just piling on even if a barely eat. My pinched nerve in hip/leg makes it nearly impossible to walk which means I am getting very little done these days which is the most frustrating part because I hate just sitting around. I want to be up and cleaning and nesting. I haven’t even packed my hospital bag yet. Doc said he might strip my membrane next week to help get things going. He will not let me go past due date since I am older which makes me high risk.
Prayers accepted that this kid comes out this week because mama is miserable. I know it will change once she is here, but right now I am not excited for a baby at all- I just want to be out of pain and not pregnant.

Oh girliecat, I am so sorry ur having such a rough time . The third trimester is the worst, the waiting and anxiety and just sick of being pregnant and big. Try having some warm baths and pamper urself with a nice massage to help? It’s so close now, and once ur baby is here it will make it so worth it. Sending hugs ur way. I hope stripping your membranes works for you, for both DD2 and DS it worked within 24 hours for me. Fingers crossed for you!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
