Hey LMSM, how are you doing?
Ttc is a very tough journey, but there's always hope.
What would you do differently next cycle?
I'm expecting AF anytime now. My cycle hasn't been regular for some time, It's been between 24-30 days, and today is CD 26. Since yesterday, I've been experiencing back pain and headaches.
I stopped testing months ago. It's difficult to keep looking at stark white tests and trying to see if there's a faint line. I'd always turn the tests in different ways, under different lights, just hoping to spot a line, and every time I do that, AF appears the same day. Emotional torture
I know with DH's low sperm count, conception would not happen immediately, so I won't test anymore except if I'm about a week late.

Remember though - some months just aren't THE month!

9jamama01 hang in there!!! We have had people whose husbands had non-existent sperm count, who did end up getting pregnant. It just took a little longer to get there!!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you - and hope that this is THE month for you!
I understand the torment and heartache - we TTC'd for 2 years for my 1st, and had to get some fertility, surgeries etc help to get there....
If your husband taking anything that may help his count?
As for me, AF starting this morning I think (it's funny how much you can convince yourself you're pregnant when you're not).... so on to this new cycle!
Honestly, if I do anything different it will be back to exercise more (and if I can get DH to as well it won't hurt) we were pretty lax with that while on holidays - and keep my eyes on the prize...
Though, DH just tested positive to Covid - so wonder if I should skip this month?! We have taken turns being sick with what we thought was a cold, but could be we just all had Covid (he only tested because a colleague of his tested +).

I know - I'm such a planner though...that month would have been just per-fect for so many reasons :P
I realise I can't control everything - doesn't annoy me any less though LOL

Nope, not this month, lol
. AF arrived, and today is CD 2 for me.
DH has agreed to only take Men's One a day. He has high blood pressure, so he's reluctant to take anything else.
I'm with you on the exercise. I wish I could lose some weight and then continue trying. I weigh 84 kg now, and when I started swaying, I was 78kg. But I'm scared if I start losing weight, it'll sway pink.
Good luck on the next cycle

Oh no! Well, on to this new cycle and will hope it is the one, then!
I'm glad your DH is willing to take the multi- that is likely the one best thing he can take, anyways..
I can't get my husband to take anything
Maybe regarding the weight - even if you don't lose weight as such, getting more toned/muscles may make you feel better?
I thought AF was coming yesterday but nope, just spotting still - has been going on since Thursday so kinda just want AF to start in earnest now
as if it's delayed more, O will be at a crappy time LOL
