My shopping trip on my lunch hour was a bust! The store I went to really has a teeny tiny selection of stuff ! I hope some of you had more luck! They have some really cute stuff online!

Ds1 said he was really hoping for a girl. Ds2 wants another brother. Ds3 wants a baby! Lol! We'll go with DS3 wish.

Ppl were real sweet and surprised. They know now!

wow, missed a few days and so much to catch up on, all these beautiful baby scans! congrats abi, oncue, daisymoo, and sweetdream! daisy, i'm not an expert either but agree with the ladies that that nub looks really girly - flat, with a fork!

oncue and abi, i hope your kids' intuitions are right. my toddler said to me out the blue just once while he was playing that he had "to get his sister". that was pretty funny and puzzling but he was right!

nausea getting better on my end as i head into the 2nd trimester - the honeymoon phase of pregnancy, lol. still hate the smell of bread, crackers...and opening the fridge still kills my appetite (for not much).

super hot here in washington today. where is everyone else?

Both of my boys say they want a girl! I think it is because we fostered my niece for about 6 months and they became really close. Now they want another girl around to play with.

My boys really want a sister too they keep begging for one.
I am having such an awful day. I'm so incredibly irritable. I feel like crying at how much my boys are driving me crazy. I don't even want to look at my husband and the thought that the baby in utero could be another boy makes me want to cry even more. I just need one girl..just one. Ugh.

Belle I am in Minnesota. ..very humid here and and bout 85 degrees. I'm miserable.

aw, rosie, sorry to hear you're having a bad day. i think pregnancy hormones can do that. i haven't been the most even keeled mom in a while since i got preggo...one day all sappy, the next day, Mean Cranky Mom. i hope you get your girl, just that one baby girl! i think all of us here have tried so hard for that one girl or boy.

hot AND humid does not help either. it's hot but dry here. stay cool somewhere. nice old fashion lemonade maybe?

Rosie Sorry you're feeling down , that's pregnancy hormones for you hon I have also been so irritable some days over the last few weeks At least we know what's causing it and it's so worth it to get the end result!! You will have a daughter Positive thinking!!
