DH 1 pharma nord bio selenium plus zinc tablet per day
Me - 1600 mg folic acid
DH and I - 1 seven seas cranberry forte tablet - me only up to ovulation

LOWERING SPERM COUNT/TIMING

We were using cbfm and starting trying on my first high day - day 8. It never peaked, and we had sex or he released every day up to day 18 when we gave up! So we dtd through ov.
