Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I am vegetarian anyways(have been all my life) but I eat a high fat diet so drastically cut fat,protein,cals at least by half of what I normally eat even though I did stay on the high end of 1500-1800 cals daily but I was full time nursing also. Also drank diet coke last 2 weeks and I am not a soda drinker or artificial sweetner person at all. I usually have lots of ewcm and it was completely dried up and think that was from diet.

No, I did not factor that into my sway

I am not a coffee/soda drinker only caffeine I get is from choc. and I had to cut that back because of diet anyway

vegetarian so there was no meat or fish in my diet but I did eat eggs almost every morning to get me through. while i did skip the time for breakfast and eat around 11-12 I still had 3 meals a day within my cal,protein,fat limits

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

forget but lost a total of 4 lbs. I was a reg. weight to begin with and didn't go hardcore on diet since I was nursing so wasn't much to lose

tried to exercise since I am a non exersizing person but it was hard to keep up on such a low cal diet

was taking opk's multiple times of day to catch beginning of surge. tested neg. at 4:30 pm and then caught a + at 10pm. freaked and did 1/2 tube of rephresh and also dh and I took benedryl and dtd 1 hour later. on top then jump and dump since we did not do fr or abstain so was trying to reduce sperm that way. was scared of doing only 1 attempt to in the morning about 12 hours later went for another attmept. was very dry at this point so didn't use rephresh or anything and just hopped on last minute to "catch it" lol. there wasn't much so I ran to room and laid on bed for 5 min. for that batch

yes washed with lavendar soap,lotion, and had salt rock lamp, lavender oil burning

the moon and all the other hocus pocus lined up perfectly for us but i still did all this with a good heart and to have a baby happy with whatever gender just trying to sway the odds a lil bit more in favor for a girl
