I loosely followed certain ideas found in the LE diet. I stayed away from red meats, bananas and tried to limit snacking too.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Decreased exercise routine (although that's a double edged sword!). That I was relaxed about it and just really wanted to conceive.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I dropped many things in this sway in comparison to my first sway. That I seemed to have used timing more than anything else and it is the least important thing . At the 18.5 week ultrasound the Sonographer wrote down 'Girl' in an envelope, as my DH and I wanted to open it together that evening, but the sonographer mentioned 'His...' during the Ultrasound? I feel nervous that he wrote down the wrong gender??? Do not have any shots but feel I did see the three lines.
