Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I was very strict with the diet at first, but by the time we conceived, we both were pretty relaxed about it. Tried to just eat low amounts of whatever I wanted.

We did the diet for a few months before I got Bfp.

He tried the first couple months, but quickly got tired of it.

Dh had taken licorice root and cranberry the previous months, but not this cycle. I had taken saw palmetto, but not this cycle either. After a few months of bfn, we stopped taking them to see if it would help.

Did you do anything with Ions?

Kiflow bracelet and polar north magnet around belly before O. Also had a salt lamp in computer room.

Wooden spoon, dress under bed.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Vitex- noticed that I started O-ing on left side after taking it.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

We were very relaxed with diet, but I always tried to eat breakfast later.

I also think the magnet helped stimulate my ovaries a little.
