Comments regarding DW's diet changes- I did my best to be almost vegan, a big change from my normal high-protein/good fats diet. I ate a lot of white rice and white rice products. A few months before I started swaying I also became gluten and casein free which was also a HUGE change.
I lost about 7 pounds, but was at least 10-15 pounds lighter than when I conceived my sons. I am at my lowest adult weight.
I cheated a fair bit. I would always skip breakfast, but generally ate a lot of my calories at lunch time. I tried to be as vegan as possible, but still took nibbles off of my kids plates occasionally or had a hard boiled egg, etc.

Comments regarding DH's diet- He ate less red meat but didn't change anything else.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? I do not drink any caffeine or use any artificial sweeteners (different from when I had my boys). I was gluten and casein free during the sway for other reasons.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 24.4
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? I dropped a regular weight lifting regimen for the sway, and feel very flabby even though I weigh less. I tried to do cardio 6x per week, but life sometimes got in the way. When I did it I did spinning, swimming, or elliptical for at least one hour.

DW Supplements- folic acid

DH Supplements
Any additional supplement info? We took a minimal amount of calcium and magnesium to counteract the fact that we were casein (dairy) free. I also took Vitamin E to help with egg health due to my age, and B6 to help lengthen a short luteal phase. I drank 3 strong cups of peppermint tea every day from AF to O and it really helped even out my cycle and balance my hormones.

Things that make me feel great about my sway: We tried the month before and I had a very early miscarriage. I think swaying the extra month helped. I think my condition is so different from when I conceived my boys, it is the best I could do. I was also quite ill when we conceived, so hopefully that helped.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: I cheated a lot on the diet (with calorie &fat intake, mostly). I'm hoping the decreased nutrition from being gluten/dairy/soy free counteracted that.
