Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I followed the LE diet. I had two meals a day (skipping breakfast) and cut back on protein and sodium. I did still have some meat (DH is a massive meat eater and refused to cut out meat totally, and I won't cook two meals) but greatly reduced from what I normally have. I drank mostly water however I did drink normal coke as empty calories, I can't have artificial sweetener as it messes up my cycles (not what I need when we're TTC!) and gives me a migraine.

I was 70kg at time of conception (BMI of 22), which was 3kg lighter than when I conceived DS

I do no exercise, though I do work a fairly active job. DH does two footy trainings a week and a match. He also goes for a run with the dogs many evenings

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I was really happy with my diet leading up to O - I was feeling quite light in the belly and not bloated which was great. I was also happy that I was 3kg lighter than I was with DS. Plus I was happy with the timing - we had a reverse Shettles with DS (he was 3 days before O) so to get an attempt on O makes me feel good.

Things worth mentioning:

Once I ovulated my diet wasn't as good which makes me a bit nervous.
