Here's a good place to start: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...-diet-faq.html
The Complete Index is here (although this is a LOT of info all at once) https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...ete-index.html
I have a lot of links that are stickied at the tops of these forums. I would scroll thru and see the ones that are on the topics you are wanting to know about, and read them. Skip anythign that isn't of interest for now. https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...onceive-a-boy/
https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...est-practices/
And then this forum has info for both pink and blue, but lots of good stuff in here: https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...al-discussion/

And O-day, is it when i get a smiley face on the opk-test?

No I want you to do OPK and have attempt the night of the positive OPK, again the next morning, and again the following night (so that is 3 attempts in 2 days.)
O Day is the day AFTER positive OPK, usually.

Thank u Atomic!! You explain in such a good way! I have just one question; In one thread I came across this: ”You can do everything "right" and still conceive an opposite. It's because it's not what you do that sways, it's how your body reacts to what you do, so if your body is still doing the "girl stuff" even if you eat the most boy-friendly diet you can get your hands on, you will still be more likely to conceive a girl.” This make me so nervous!! What does it mean? How can I change it so my body wouldnt do girl stuff? Is it about the attitude?

You can't, hun. That's just the way it works. Swaying is not 100% or even close to it. If it was, the entire human race would have died out a long time ago. People have to keep having some boys and girls all the time no matter what their tribe or culture is eating/doing, so there are some biological factors at play that are always going to be out of our control.
We do what we can do and end up going from about 66% likely to have another of our same gender with a pink friendly lifestyle, to 66% likely to have the opposite gender. For some people this may even be a little more lik 70-75%. But that appears to be the best we can do - there's just some setting(s) in our body that prevent swaying from being 100% ever.

Thank you so much for your response Atomic. It scares me that my body can be very girly and that I can't do anything about it. But what also scares me is that my husband may have no teosterone. He is very calm and never gets angry, like never! Could this be a problem for a blue sway? Then I wonder about the personalized plan. How does it work? Do I get a detailed plan for my situation? Is it based on my age, weight, eating habits etc? Or is it a general that works for all people who want to sway blue? Is the plan detailed? Is it exactly what amount I should eat and how often?

You can do something about it and become more boy friendly, just that it won't ever be 100%, that's all.
Testosterone in men has never been proven to sway and in fact, we know of many balding men (balding men have lots of testosterone) who have all daughters, like Bruce Willis. I would not worry a bit about your husband's demeanor, we do not even know that his personality has anything to do with the gender of offspring.
The personalized plan is everything BUT diet (with some diet tips) and yes it's all personalized to you based on age, weight, eating patterns, health history, etc. Then, in the coaching that comes with the plan, I help you on a day to day basis with your diet using the foods that YOU like and will eat rather than having me make some diet up for you that you may not even like at all. It works much better than prepackaged diet plans. We do also have a general plan but just get the personalized one instead.

Thank u Atomic! I have a question about the frequency. So if it is better to bd a lot for a blue sway because it makes the women more boy friendly, but we cant tcc before i’ve been swaying with diet, vitamins and workout for at least 6 weeks, so is it ok to use protection in those weeks?

It's believed to be exposure to the hormones in semen that may make you more boy friendly, so it's better to have unprotected sex out of the fertile window.

Thank u Atomic. I see that the personalized plan include vaginal ph, but i dont understand how im suppose to mesure that? Cause as i understand it, is not the urine you test, its the cm? But the cm is not that fluid, so how should i do?
Another thing i wonder is the chewing gum like Extra, which contains sweeteners, is it bad for blue sway?
