my insurance cover IVF too what does your doctor have to give a reason for them to cover ivf ?
my age is 36 too.
but I have no fertility issue.

I didn't use insurance to pay for any of it, as it wasn't covered. It was all out of pocket. I don't know where you live but at least in the US, most insurance companies need "proof" of infertility such as trying for 1-2 years without success, even with using treatments like clomid, IUI, etc. I have heard of some people being covered simply because they're 35 or older but that's unusual.
