I don't want you to use vitex. Vitex only helps with long cycles when people have PCOS or quite a lot of weight to lose (and even then there are better options.) I think taking vitex will cause you to stop ovulating if you take it. Plus, it hasn't worked anyway for pink.

How old is your hubby? Most people under 35 use 7-10 days abstain prior to the one attempt.
