Lean PCOS
Hi there
There’s a lot of great information regarding PCOS and seaying but there are degrees of PCOS. What about Lean PCOS and PCOS that is diagnosed but is not severe enough to require medical treatment? In this case which diet should be followed? Should any changes be made to the LE diet?
Very grateful for advice on this

Still follow the alternate PCOS diet in this thread (ther are a couple of examples) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html with the 50-60 g protein and fat and whole grains, fruit and veg instead of empty white carbs.
But you don't have to necessarily be quite so strict as another person with more severe PCO might have to be. If you need a little treat now and then it's ok. Just aim at trying to stick to that diet most of the time and then have a cheat as you need to for sanity.

That’s great, thanks for the advice. I wanted to purchase the meal plan but wasn’t sure if it would work for me but now I can go ahead - thank you
